Love challange: the angel or the sin

"Oh..." She watched him take her sister away. "..okay." She  walked a head of him and opened the door for him

"Where's her room?" He asked looking to Joyce.

"Up stairs.. Here." She lead him to her room. "And here you have it."

He walked into her room laying her down. Then walked back out and out the door. He sat outside like a guard and pulled out a cigarette box.

She fixed her sister up and closed the door behind her as she left. She then was startled as she saw Venny. "Oh!!"

He stood. "I'll be sitting outside" he said going outside he sat on the porch a cigarette in his mouth he lit it and inhaled. A puff of smoke came out as he sat again acting like a guard. 'I need to protect them'

It took some time, but Joyce finally came out with a plate of cookies. "I made you something."

He looked to her "thanks... But I don't deserve it" he said "besides your family is coming this way"

"...?"

"Joy!!" Came the sound of one of her relatives.

Ven just sat there silent smoking his cigarette

Joyce quickly took the cigaret out of bins mouth. "You'll thank me later Venny." She whispered. She saw his angry face. "Sorry..." She blushed and turned back around.

"Who is this? He new?"

"N-No dad." Jojo stuttered. "He was just stopping by."

He looked at him and her several times. "But I see you have made cookies."

"She made them for the family" ven said standing. "As for  me I was never here" he said starting to walk but the father and the family stopped him

"Jojo what's going on?" Kailey shouted from her room.

Joyce turned around to the window kailey was in. "The family is back!" She then turned back around to see dad had out a string on ven's pinkie. "Oh no no."

"You're not going anywhere." He said as he held on to the string.

"D-Dad! What are you doing!! Let him go."

"No. He has to stay for a little while." He pulled his third oldest over. 

Joyce's eyes opened wide as she quickly hopped over, took the string, and tied it around her finger

Ven growled. "How dare you tie this to me old man! Do you know who I am! I am one of the seven deadly sins I am wrath! I am Vendestelca Von lucipher!" He held his warhammer. 

Kailey walked out. "Daddy? Daddy is that you?"

When ven moved, he yanked Joyce around. "Ven stop."

"Jocelyn! You are promised to another."

She glared at him. "Well, you did this." She said snortilly back. 

"Well I can't take it off! You know that."

Ven growled. "Explain what it is old man. Now!" 

Kailey sighed. "Fine I'll go as unnoticed as usual" she walked back inside. "Jojo get the big lug in here!"

She nodded and tugged on the string, pulling Venny in the house and closing the door. She then locked it. "I'm so sorry." She looked at Venny and her  sister.

Ven growled. Slowly calming down. "Explain what this is"

Kailey sighed. "Dad use the unbreakable  braid again?"

She nodded. "It's the third time now..." She sorrowfully looked up to him. "He umm.. Uses this to keep strangers in to marry them off..." She took a pair of scissors and tried to cut the string. "It's magic..."

"I've heard of such bonds... I believe the inventor created a fail safe spell to disenchant it but I don't know the spell" he said sighin. "Now give me back my cigarettes."

Kailey sighed. "Did dad say you were promised to someone else? How long was I possessed by the sin?"

She handed him the pack back. "I'm am to marry soon to a man I don't even know. And, I'm not sure.. I haven't seen you for so long. I was beginning to forget your face."she gave a sweet smile

"So your family holds on tho arranged marriages." He said lighting another cigarette. "Well you wanted to get away from it all. Then we can just leave can't we?"

"It's not that simple mr lucipher" kailey said

"You can't leave this town..." She softly said. "Till... You get hitched..." She paused. "My dad was trying to set you up with my eleven year old sister.. I couldn't let that happen..." She shyly looked up. "Once the vows are said, you can leave."

Ven looked to her. "So I'm stuck here... Then we all die at the hands of the other six sins" ven said.

"Greed was planning to take the power we have jojo. That much I know." Kailey said.

"Well...." She sighed. "Great."

There was pounding on the front door.
