Standing in his office, staring out his wide-swept at the slowly recovering city below, Sully contemplated his role, all the elements in play, the constituency, the plots, the plans... It was intoxicating. Hypnotic. Dots of headlights swished past the tower on the newly built M-204 bisector highway, like a snake coiling though the imperceptibly rising concrete and steel. His brooding was interrupted by a small dial tone form his Secretary. 
"Uh sir? There is someone here for you." 
"Send them in."
