she blinked and put his phone down and picked him up and walked down near the river and sat him down taking water and splashing him with it.

he didn't seem at all effected by the water."..."

Lexi blinked and had pulled him into the water but kept him about so her could breathe, wondering how to wake him.

getting wet was..less than helpful.as it was cold,and winter.perhaps freezing would work.

She looked at him. "...Novie.." She sighed a bit shaking and held his wrist as her hands grew cold near close to give frost bite but she didn't. She moved her hand around his head.

yet still nothing seemed to arounse him,but hopefully upon memory the shots.could that work,does he have one on hand.

she sighed. "..." she picked him up and sat him under a tree and searched his pockets.

there was but one left on him and it was half used.

she blinked and pulled it out and lifted up his pants leg. "..." she looked at it and rubbed her neck putting it into his leg and opening it work.

it injected and nothing seemed to happen.not quickly anyway,zane just got there and ran over."hey...any luck?.."

she sat quiet. "...he's the only one..." her head hung. "...I've tried everything...I just don't think it's going to work...he was the one I wanted to spend my life with...yet...all this happen cause of that one lie."

she just nodded and walked, looking at Novas. "...he seemed mad at me before...I'll do anything to have him back..." she stroked his hair. "...but can you guys please stop fighting...for me?"

"...i can't help but be honest with him alright,the truth of what i say has to get across and he doesn't listen to reason...i try to keep you both from making the same mistakes i had,yet you go out and make them anyway,can you imagine the irritation?...its not really a good defense but its the truth..if he didn't want to fight then he should try and listen.."he said and walked."...it's not like i hate him,i love him like a son,but im not to be his parent forever,my job was to get him on the right path..because my friend couldn't be there to do that for novas...!.."he looked like he just realized something.

Lexi sighed and looked at Novas. "...maybe it's just his time..." she said and took him from Zane's arms and hugged him.

Zane didn't hear it though."..well if it is there is another gem out there..and the user who accepts its power could just bring him back from the dead.."

her ears flicked thinking she hurt him. "...were not going find them...I rather just spend sometime with Novas..." she said and looked at him. she stroked his hair.

"....i'll wait in the truck then.."zane said and walked ahead.

"....why...it's not fun being with the dying i know that much...."
