Power Play (open)

" I don't like this..." Izel murmured under his breath as he walked through the corridor with its many cells with one way glass. Some held several people, others held only one. The echidna scientist looked ill at ease as he petted a ball of fluff snuggled into the crook of his neck. His companion, shorter than him by about half a head and a little on the chunky side, gave him a snort of disgust. Seth was short, even by hedgehog standards. His unerving spiralled eyes slid across the cells"Why?" he asked simply. His smooth baritone holding the hint of a purr to it.

"Some of these are just kids" the echidna hissed back at him, obviously peeved at the hedgehogs devil may care attitude. The hedgehog responded by cheerfully slapping him between the shoulder blades, causing the more slender echidna to stumble and nearly fall on his face. " Trust me.." the hedgehog drawled" if it weren't for our 'generous sponsors' inhibitor collars those kids of yours would likely blow this place up and kill us for kicks... besides..." he shrugged" how else were you planning on testing that syphon of yours, Like anyone would voluntairily let you take away their powers" he rolled his eyes.

"Well some people might want to.." the echidna protested nervously as he entered the control room, his fingers starting to dance along a keyboard, the screen giving him a view of a dome. " But still you will go along with the experiment" The hedgehog grinned maliciously. " For science..." 

The echidna cringed but pressed a button, opening the back walls of the cells to let their test subjects in the small forest biome the dome contained" Stage one initiated.." the echidna mumbled. " now lets see if our little mice will come out to play" the hedgehog replied almost eagerly.

Among the many captives, one tended to stick out like a sore thumb. A flightless dragon, covered in bright orange scales and sporting rainbow-colored hair on her head and at the tip of her tail. She had been nervously studying her surroundings and the others imprisoned in a cell with her, but kept quiet after her initial bouts of pacing the cell and searching for a way out. It had taken her some time to realize that it was a collar around her neck that was preventing her from attempting to summon up the electricity she could typically manipulate with such ease. It had to have been at least half an hour that she spent pulling and clawing at the device, her frustration with it increasing rapidly until she had to start pacing again to vent off the stress and continue looking for a way out. The bout of aggression was enough that others likely avoided the angry dragon, looking to keep out of the way of the spiked tail lashing back and forth behind her.

Now, she wasn't entirely sure how long she had been here or how she had even gotten here. She recalled a late night trip for snacks... Most definitely the feeling of being followed... From there, though, it was all a blur. It all ended with her being trapped here in this unknown place and the feeling of vulnerability without the familiar coursing of her powers running through her was more than a little unnerving. She found herself flexing her fingers again and again, testing them out, trying to summon up the strength she was so accustomed to, but time and time again, this yielded no results.

When one of the walls suddenly began to move, the dragon lifted her head, ever alert as she looked at the forest being revealed to them. Some of the others seemed hesitant to enter the biome, but she rose to her feet and looked into the biome as she made her way over to now-absent wall. Tangerine stepped out of the cell and peered around. Whatever was going on here, it probably wasn't good...

A short hooded figure wearing a black trench coat laid in one of the containers, he started to twitch as he woke up, he then picked up his head as he looked around, revealing fox-like mobian fur. "O-oh n-no... did it happen again?" He said in a nervous toned voice as he felt his head hurting and his body weak. "N-no, I'm u-usually greeted with the voice..."

 He then held the back of his hood as his head hurt. He flexed his hand as he looked at the back of his black glove, bent every finger and then stretched them back. He then turned it over as he looked at the palm of his glove. He then made sure his filter mask was still on his face, it was, so he felt relived. Travis then got up and felt something on his neck. He scratched at it, "Wha-what is this?"

 He then gripped his gut and fell to the ground. "W-why do I hurt so b-badly..." He then picked up his head towards the opening door and then shielded his lenses on his gas mask with his arm. "M-maybe the more important question is: Wh-where am I?" He then started to move towards the door, as his eyes were still shielded by his arm.

Washon'jour hated it here. With emphasis on the hate. The heavy-russian accented dog hate many a time tried to destroy the walls that surrounded her like-no, it is a prison. Due to her hate she clawed everything, hence why she was given a cell alone. Fully black with her feet and hands brown and brown strips along her cheeks and above her eyes, she has proven to be quite the handful. 

But her anger held back long enough to notice the wall on her south side of the cage of hers opened up to something she did not expect. She stayed clawed and attached to the ceiling as she highly suspected something was not right. Washon slowly crawled out, staying attached to the wall outside and observing everything carefully. What're you people up to?


A forest with the stench of monstrous ways siding along evil creations. She knew this had experiment written all over it. This wasn't the first time she ran into this sorta thing. 


Now that she saw the forest as it amazed her that the hostilities she faces among others in the smaller fights, she knew it'll never end. And she'll go through it all and make sure she shows them it was a mistake to take her prisoner. She was determined to do so as she ran into the forest in search of others.
