CYOA: A Taste Of Medicine

SO HEY GUESS WHAT I'M DECIDING TO DO AGAIN THIS ISN'T A BAD IDEA AT ALL, NOPE
This is a Choose Your Own Adventure - a comic-like game where you suggest commands, and the character performs them. Commands chosen will be randomised, yet idiotic and inapproriate commands will be ignored. This is a game for fun, and I'll be putting effort into this, so don't think you're being 'funny' by wasting my time with stupidity.
Commands must be given like this:
>Character does this
Any without that system will be ignored.
Also, commands can be repeated more than once. The more it is repeated, in fact, the more chance it has of being chosen by the random number generator.

You lie upon a cold, hard floor. Dust covers the surface, causing your nose to wrinkle from the light tickling sensation as you start to wake from your apparent slumber.
You can hear the drip-drip-dripping of water upon a hard surface, leaving gentle echoes throughout the room, yet unfortunately numbed by the obnoxious, faint beeping in the distance which unusually rubs you the wrong way.
You can't see anything, your eyes are closed and have been closed for a while. Despite the fact that you appear to have passed out of some sort, you feel exhausted, your limbs weak and the concerning taste of dried blood is in your mouth. Thankfully, your consciousness is returning, and you are indeed aware of the above.
What do you do?

After a few minutes of trying to get your muscles to work, you find it oddly easy to stand up right, giving a hard stretch in the process, feeling your limbs ache from strange exhaustion. The smell of smoke still lingers in the air, but at least you're able to see... the pitch-black darkness before you, not able to see left or right of your surroundings. The high-pitched beeping in the distance is still screaming away, but you can't tell how far. It sounds muffled.
You look yourself over, and you're thankful you're not playing the amnesia game like the common cliché it is. You remember yourself to be Jekel Morishe - a red feathered phoenix. It doesn't take a genius to figure out you're the strong type, with those bulging muscles of yours and that intimidating physique. You were born with annoyingly small wings, making flight impossible throughout your life.
You can't recall much about your life though, and that strikes you pretty hard. In fact, you remember little to nothing about why you're here, or what you were doing before this odd scenario at the current time. You curse to yourself. Apparently that cliche still likes to hang about then. Fantastic.
What do you do?

You tread carefully down a long, metal hallway, driven by that irritating, screeching beeping which fills the air. Darkness greets you with open arms and lingers as you walk, partially clouding vision, but heading straight was what you intended to do anyway, so no harm done. Besides, it didn't seem like there were any other passages through this narrow corridor. Out of caution, you swing those large fists of yours in the air, both out of paranoia of possibly bumping into something and the possibility of threats in the shadows which follow you. It's practically breathing down your neck, after all.
Eventually you come to a metal door, partially open thanks to a convenient crowbar wedged between the two sliding metal plates. Moving it, however, could possibly snap it in two and cause the door to slam shut. The beeping seems to be coming from that room, and that ominous red light coming from within just rubs you the wrong way, as does this entire place, really.
What do you do?

Grabbing the edge of the metal door, you pry open and slide apart a decent-sizes gap without much difficulty, the bent and battered crowbar clattering to the ground before your talon feet, revealing the room before you, though the stench of smoke and burning hits you at once. The screeching of the obnoxious beeping is ringing in your ears, or would be if you had any.
A red light illuminates the scene before you. There is various machinery scattered hissing and emitting smoke from recent damage, sparks can be seen spitting out from faulty and ruined wiring and the consoles and buttons appear to be dead from first glance. You have no clue what they're for. Wires are scattered across the floor, small and large, and getting through this room without tripping would be awful if it were not for the blazing red 'alert' lights flashing up above, the apart in full-force and ringing out throughout the room. If not for the red light, this room would be in complete darkness.
There are scattered pieces of paper on a desk facing a shattered monitor. There is an open door to the north. There is a closed door leading east.
What do you do?

Noting the closed steel door to the east, you can't help but think that there must be something there; more importantly, a possible exit away from this weird and claustrophobic place. Getting a run-up, you run towards the closed exit, but find yourself falling and face-planting the partially hot floor as you trip over one of the many wires scattered across the ground. You're rather grateful that no-one saw, that was embarrassing.
