The D.C.P.K.F. and Planet Leviathan

The D.C.P.K.F. (Devil Cat Peace Keeping Forces) is a special force of militia first found on Planet Leviathan when G.U.N. wanted to reach out to other worlds via a space exploration program.

Leviathan appeared to be a lush, green planet that was first thought to not be inhabited, soon after scanning the planet, G.U.N. found masses of creatures in a few select species, Feline, Canine, Vulpine and a few others.

G.U.N. had studied this planet for nearly a year, discovering much about the planet's wild life, people and cultures.

Wild Life: Leviathan's wild life relative to it's name has creatures that are rather massive in size ranging from snakes, reptiles and even insects. Though the size of these things could pose a general alarm to the naked eye, they have proved docile and moreover friendly. Surprisingly enough, the Leviathanians attack these massive creatures for food, venoms and even materials to fuel their military presence.

Intelegent life, Species, People and Culture: The Leviathanians do not consist of any human life, but appear to inhabit intelligent animals relatively seen in Mobius. The inhabitants seemed to be peaceful, appearing to have growing fields of farmland, hunting, basic religious and moral values and even appeared to have already discovered basic advanced weaponry. Ranging from Single fire pistols to larger more intimidating anti-air heat seeking projectiles. Though, it appears they have not attempted space travel which left them vulnerable to G.U.N.'s more advanced technologies.

First Encounter Report:
Upon landing, G.U.N. marines and officials were met with aggressive introduction. Soldiers covered from head to toe in kevlar and a few unknown armaments approached the expeditionary unit with extreme prejudice. De-briefed soldiers of the unit claimed that the leviathanians were extremely cautious and were ready to fire upon them at the slightest movement. They appeared well-organized and well-trained, not missing a beat upon their surrounding advance upon their space craft. To an even stranger extent, the Leviathanians understood English rather well and upon forced capture of G.U.N.'s unit. They were brought back to a nearby village where they were interrogated thoroughly, but not harmed. After the leviathanians found the G.U.N. unit to be a neutral and potentially friendly, they released the unit to their vehicle and reported back.

Second Encounter Report (Discovery of Anti-Chaos Gem mines):
A few political figure heads had decided to meet the Leviathanians first hand, deemed that it was safe to do so. Politicians and Military Officials descended to meet Leviathanian leaders. Upon arrival, they were treated in a similar manner to the first, but were escorted instead of captured. One Official claimed that one of the soldiers appointed to show them around was friendly and well-mannered, as to others who were skeptical of G.U.N.'s intentions.

Upon arrival to the what appeared to be the planet's capital city in the country they called "Divinus" meaning divine. The city was named, "Serenity". The city Serenity was a  Mega Capital of a city, filled with sky-scrapers and basic buildings along with apartment housing and much more. In the center, was a massive head quarters of what they called "Kail's Pride" in reference to one of their protective deities or gods name Kail, who was said to be the protector of the leviathans and the "Fire Bird" of War and Renewal.

Once inside the officials noticed highly militant attitudes, statures, ranks and security. They were brought into what looked like a massive map room and where greeted politely by the Leviathanian leaders. Upon their visit, G.U.N. discovered about a Gem the Leviathanians named "Xaxem" (Zach-Sem) which was used to isolate the energy of Chaos Emeralds or what they called "Heractite" (Her-ak-tight) which in turn made the Chaos Energy developed in the countries power plants of it's absolute purest form, creating an enormous amount of energy with only 2 power plants powering the entire country. G.U.N's officials decided to make peaceful terms with the people of Leviathan upon the condition that they supply them with a few samples of "Xaxem" as well as allowing them to add Leviathan as a known planet upon their charts and accept them under G.U.N.'s allies.

The military established within the Country of "Divinus" called "The Devil Cat Peace Keeping Forces" agreed to all but one of G.U.N.'s request's: Becoming an ally. In which left G.U.N. confused, but satisfied with most of their requests. The D.C.P.K.F. made their conditions clear, in exchange for "Xaxem" Crystals, G.U.N. was required to hand over blue prints of the latest Space-Craft models as well as a list of materials needed to produce them.

Encounter 3 (wires crossed Legion/G.U.N., D.C.P.K.F. caught in cross-fire):
A few months in it became clear that the D.C.P.K.F. was a highly intelligent and highly skilled military establishment. Within just a few months, the Hell Cats had developed their own space travel vessels and G.U.N. was able to witness the powerful effect of the "Xaxem" Crystals only found on Leviathan. Though they crystals had quite a few pluses, they also had scary, yet interesting effects when it came into contact with a chaos emerald. The Crystals were able to deflect any energy blasts from the Emeralds with an effective protection radius of 3 yards and seeing that the Leviathanians had created their soldier's armor with strands of these heavily maluable gems, it was clear that "Xaxem" was a core player in strategic defense.

Upon the re-visitation to the city of Serenity, G.U.N. came face to face with the legion and hell cat forces within the same room for the meeting. It was clear that the D.C.P.K.F. were not knowledgeable of the rivalry between the two and wires were crossed. Violently.

Secret/Historical Conflict over Leviathan:
Upon the violent eruption between the Legion and G.U.N. within the walls of Divinus. The D.C.P.K.F. refused to take sides and what would have seemed as a default decision, turned into one of the bloodiest conflicts in Levithan's history. Forcing the Hell Cats to divide their fronts, the D.C.P.K.F. was out-numbered 75 to 1, but were soon realized to not be out matched. The Legion attacked Divinus from the east whilst G.U.N. pushed to dominate from the West. G.U.N. infantry and Legions Soldiers all described the D.C.P.K.F's fierce fighting through the same words, "Upon witnessing the D.C.P.K.F.'s ferocity, we can only say that their soldiers are not of anything we have ever seen, swift, intelligent, powerful and above all else, FEARLESS."

Under heavy losses of life on all sides of the conflict, the Legion withdrew and left the planet. Leaving the weakened D.C.P.K.F. to deal with G.U.N.'s stubborn numbers. Both the G.U.N. and the D.C.P.K.F had witnessed each other's prowess in battle and had shook hands once more. Upon the treaty to end the conflict, the D.C.P.K.F. had finally agreed to become an ally. Thus setting peace upon leviathan for the next 50 years.
