Violet just stood while yet,still holding the small gift from leo.At a point she looked to it a few moments before opening it then and there. with an intention behind it."..."

Inside was the baton with a small necklace wrapped around it with a ruby pendent. A not on the inside of the lid read. "Violet, I'm giving you my only bike as a symbol of our time together, no matter how short it was, you were and inspiration, for the side of the van, for my action to help to help you any way I could. Sincerely Leo. P.s. You were right when you said I have a crush on you"

Barely a glimps of a small smile on her face as she read the last line on the note. Taking the necklace off from around the baton and observing its design. Her eyes went back to the gravestone in thought, making like a promise inside to this deceased man. 

Many more minutes passed as she put the necklace on,and kept the note and baton in the box for now til later if she felt like using it. Taking her leave she then walked to head back making her mind up on what to do now. 

She didn't walk for the house yet, she instead was walking toward Leo. With something in mind to say to him.

Leo was looking at the artwork he made on the side of the van. He stood there before noticing vi come toward him. He smiled a little. Waiting for her

She stood there and looked to him, despite the grief in her eyes she looked fine. Yet wanted to say something that seemed just a bit challenging in the sense she still mourned and didn't want to brake down it was easier just to stay silent,but she got the words out alright." If you wouldn't mind Leo,I was wondering if I may stay with you for awhile yet,until I find something else to occupy my time and interest." She asked and stood waiting for an answer and added." And thank you for.. It gift it's nice." Not meaning to make it sound unappreciated.

Leo smiled. "You can stay as long as you need violet" he said with a smile. "As for the gift I didn't know what exactly to get you ..." He blushed a little.

"Well you did good.. I'll go get my bag and we can leave."she said and walked to do so.

He nodded getting in the van and starting it up. He waited for violet to come back out with her things.

It seemed to take awhile as she did a bit more than just grabbing her bag and heading out. She looked around the place as well for maybe something she could bring along for memory,but she came across something much more. A few moments spend holding in some emotions and then she walked out with her stuff and got inside the van. Setting her bag down that held couple items more inside than when she arrived.

Leo smiled. Starting to drive back toward the maw. He was happy he didn't have to say goodbye to violet. He wanted her around, she brought out the true Leo.

She kept her gaze out ahead and not taking a glance back. Her mind wandered thought and sometimes a glance to her bag every now and again.

Leo glanced to her. "You alright?"

"!."she looked to him a bit startled but just went to look ahead."ya I'm fine."she said even if it wasn't a solid truth.

"If you want I can mix you a drink when we get back, ya know just you and me. Niles won't be back for a while

"... Sure sound good."she replied and looked out the window.

Leo looked to the road pulling into the garage. "Here we are home sweet home"

"..."she didn't let herself respond to him for having nothing good to say about it. Vi just took her bag and got out to return her stuff to her room.

Leo hopped out and walked for the bar. He knew vi may want a drink to help. But he just wanted to talk to her more help her through it

She placed her stuff away, except a couple. There too was a gift marked to her from the place that held a pair of unique gloves. She just put them on and smiled a but with a sigh and frown following soon after. After a bit she walked out to head to the bar so not to seem so rude and not take the offer she accepted.

Leo looked to her sliding her a drink. "Here you go" he made one fore himself. "So tell me about him... What was he like?"

She looked at him a bit confused at first on why he would ask."...."she looked to her drink and held it."what could I say... Like a father should be,protective, strong. Was overly humble so others said but I never noticed, just seemed competitive toward me."she said then sipped."...taught me everything I know about.. Nearly everything except computers I had someone else show me that."

"Sounds like he was the perfect father." He said sipping. "I would have loved to meet him"

"...ya,except none of them took kind to strangers.they haven't since I got tagged by the government.just to keep people away was the easiest course of action except when new leaders in there came about and beat my father up pretty bad. He was left in bad health since as well so I left to keep th away..."

Until you finished your research" he said. "Right?"
