The Heart behind the Monster

Rosary smiles happily as Ark nodded.

Fang walked smiling as the moon came up in the sky. And he vanished into an alley.

Ark sighed. "How long will I recover?"

Rosary shrugs. "I... Don't know."

It was early the next morning. Fang stood on top of a building right next to the alley. He was making sure that no colossus were coming this way. He smiled but kept looking. Waiting for the to bunnys to appear.

Ark had recover and gotten there with Rosary. "I'm Here Fang."
Rosary giggles happily.

"Up here you two" he said smiling jumping down "ready to work on your shot ark?" He asked landing on his hands before his feet.

Ark looks and nodded. "Yep."

"Then follow me." He said walking toward the end of the alley pressing a brick. The wall opened to a set of stairs leading down. Fang looked to them. Before walking down.

Ark toke Rosary's hand before they both follow after Fang.

As it got darker. Fangs scales started to give off a slight glow. He opened a door. Turning on a light. "Welcome to the bunker. Where I do all my work training and otherwise"

Ark walks in with rosary, grinning. "Nice!"

Fang smiled. "I've been living here since dad died. Ark over there is the test range." He said pointing over to a gun range with a peice of a colossus on the other end. "Lock and load." He said looking to him then he looked to rosary. Smiling

Rosary smiles sweetly.

Ark nodded as he lock and load the gun before firing at the piece that was the colossus.

As soon as the bullets hit large chunks came off.

Fang smiled. "Glad to see him up and happy"

Rosary nodded. "Same, I'm happy he understands as well. He won't be hurting you anymore."

Ark smirks. "Awesome!"

"And the other hunters?" Fang asked

Ark looks to Fang. "I've been the only hunter that was trying to hunt you down, Fang."
 Rosary nodded. "I've notice that."

"Funny you make it seem like there's more of you." Fang said. He leaned against the wall. "But them again I can't see behind me all he time."

Ark chuckles slightly. "I do that, it's because I make sure I have a lot of weapons. But, no, it's only me out there."

"A mini arsenal. Not bad." Fang said "shoot as much as you like, I'm going to show your sister around a little." He smiled looking to rosary

Ark nodded, keeps shooting.


Rosary smiles at Fang.

Fang smiled. "Not sure if you want the history about this place. But I'll Sum up my part in it. My father was fanglyphius, the once infamous crime boss. He and my mother lived down here. Mother was a thief. Dad was Saurian." Fang  said. "They bought everything they could to support themselves... It was when the colossus came four years after I was born that dad became a hero.  I was with dad... The colossus came and crushed my mother... Killing her. Dad went Saurian to take it down in his rage..."

Rosary frown. "Oh... I'm sorry to hear that..."

Fang sighed. "It's fine... Anyway... Dad gave up being a criminal and went to be a hero. Something mom made him promise before she passed. Was to make the world safe for me... Dad made that promise and kept it... Years later. And I'm finishing his heroic legacy"

Rosary nodded, sighing a bit.
