An Evening At Ease

Adrian gave off a slight smile as he looked towards her. "Well, seeing as how eager you are,  I can't say no. So let be on our way." He said.

She hops to the door then opens it up, turns to him and says. "Well then, lend the way." She says gesturing her hands out the door.

"Alrighty then. Let's be on our way." He says as he begins to walk out of the door. He looks up and focuses at the grassy mountains far away and points to it. "That is our destination over there." He said.

She nods in response, clutches on to her back pack and follows him closes behind.

Adrian looked back towards Midokou as he continued walking. "Hey, just a quick warning. There's bound to be some strong winds on the way there. So make sure you be really careful." He stated to her.

"I'll try my hardest to not to be a nuisance to you." She said with a slight worried expression.

Adrian stopped walking in order to turn towards her."Nuisance? You're not a nuisance to me at all." He said to her.

"But we just met and I'm asking you too many favors already...that isn't right." She said disagreeing about how he felt ultimately. She knew she had to head up there but at the same time, she felt like this was to alot to ask.

"It's fine. I don't mind at all." He said to her trying to reassure that he wasn't bothered by her.

She inhales trying to accept his words and breaths out calmly..."Okay." She simply said quietly a she followed the hedgehog.

Adrian walked along through the forests, smiling just a little bit at the thought of returning to his home town. He looked back towards Midokou. "So...do you have any family you're in touch with?" He asked her.

"Well..umm...my mother is the head of our village my brother and dad travel alot."She said "What exactly do you ant to know about them?" She wondered.

"I dunno.....what were they like? If you don't mind me asking." He asked hesitantly.

"The were all very strong and brave people." "My mom has guide the village to avoid and get out of so many different bad scenarios that they don't know what they would do with out her." "My brother is a bit of a drifter and loves to explore and my dad's a fighter." She said while looking down." Which is why i feel like i want to find my purpose too. I'm the only one  that's so cowardly...so i decided to live on my own as a start a learn how to take care of myself." She says finishing.

Adrian formed a slight smile after listening to what she had said, as he could somewhat relate back to his own family. The thought of wanting to prove yourself and wanting to find a purpose is something that he greatly admired. "I see...I can somewhat relate to that...wanting to make yourself stronger. And I can see you have the determination to make that happen." He said to her.

"Oh u can?" She said looking at him, her ears perked up a little in relief to know that she isn't alone in that sort of journey. "I'm glad to hear that, I hope you can accomplish your goal too!" Sh said with a little happiness in her voice.

"Yes. We shall both give our very best to strive towards achieving our goals." He stated with a sense of determination in his voice.

"I really hope I have what it takes to get reach it too." She says with a small smile. "So...how much further, if you don't mind me asking?"

"I think we're halfway there. It shouldn't be too far now." He said to her.

She yawned for she wasn't use to traveling far distances much. She wasn't mentally tired but she could go for a quick break. It felt like they were walking forever to her. Although that's how she felt, she didn't complain once to him knowing that it would be rude to. Then the thought was tumbling around in her head finally came out to him as a question. "Can everyone in your home town use wind powers?"

"For the most part, yeah. My hometown embraces the air around us as a form of martial art, as well as part of religion, both which requires an extensive amount of meditation." He explained to her.

"I see. That's really neat." She said as she looked up to the sky. She was beginning to feel more confident in finding the answer to what she was looking for.

Adrian kept walking until he reached the mountain region.  It was then he felt rather nostalgic gusts of wind passing by. He know he was getting close. "We are almost there now. Just a little bit further." He said with a bit of anxiousness as he walked along the mountain trails.

She follow right behind him closely and carefully. "Err...is it really safe to be walking along here? It seems a bit...rocky.." She gulped.

Adrian looked over his shoulder at her. "Don't worry." He stated. "It'll get better once we go further in." He said to her.
