Pandemoniun (Pt. 1)

Willow didn't really look happy. "I wasn't even done with the park.." she mumbled walking Infront of the figure. "I don't think so"

The figure looked like any other human wearing a suit, but that was probably just a disguise, much like the one Lee had.

"Children should stay quiet when adults are speaking," Lee's brother berated her. "Go play with a yarn ball, kitty."

Viola's character came across more wolves, this time a pack of three with an alpha wolf, but they were a lot lower level than she was.

Of course, like usual, her speed allowed her to make the first turn.

"excuse me? I'm no child." Willow said "how fast am I exactly?"

Lee's brother wanted to beat her for standing in his way, but Lee intervened by grabbing his hand and standing in front of Willow. "There's no reason for violent. Let's talk."

"Talk about what?" her brother started. "That one time you showed up after nearly a century of being away or that one time you killed an innocent man?"

Legion pressed a few buttons and the character's stats appeared on a window that overlayed the battle screen.

Strenght was at twenty, dexterity was at thirty six and intelligence was at ten. That would likely explain why she was so fast.

"yeah like you haven't killed anyone"l. Really not even a hi or anything. Just immediate negative emotions what is up with you?" willow said to the figure. "Why am I so dumb?"

"Eighty years ago, she left the Void, saying she doesn't want anything to do with it," Lee's brother explained. "Then, she reappears out of nowhere and puts her foot in the door and puts claim on something she never wanted!"

"L'Kheneir, you know as well as I do that father wouldn't want this," Lee said. "He wouldn't want us fighting either."

"You're not dumb, I am," Legion said. "The game doesn't really explain that and I never showed you how to see the stats anyway."

"maybe she came in because you were doing wrong! Now stop arguing I await your acting like a child!" "How are you dumb?"

The brother stayed silent for a while. "Despite everything you've done to be a thorn in my side, I have an offer for you," he says. "Question is, do you want to hear it?"

"Because I didn't tell you about it?" Legion says. "I just feel really dumb when I forget about things."

Willow looked at Lee waiting for an answer. "Forgetting has nothing to do with being dumb"

Lee nodded.

"There's been word around my followers about some tournament, which gave me an idea to hold one of my own," he says. "My combatants versus whoever decides to side with you or fight under your banner. Whoever's side wins takes the Void and the loses leaves."

"But I seem to forget more often than other people..."

"hmm sounds interesting" "then you're forgetful?"

"And you promise that, should I win, you'll leave us alone?"

"You have my word, sis."

"Forgetful, yeah," Legion says. "But in my defence, a lot less forgetful then I used to be. Airheaded they called me."

"who are you going to make join?" "Well don't forget me"

"I...I have no idea."

"I'll make sure not to."

"what about you?" Willow looked at the brother. "Yay!!"

"Plenty. Names are not important."

Legion smiled, hugging her from the behind.

"oh well I guess you better start recruiting Lee." Wendigo turned around and hugged tight

With that, Lee's brother was gone.

"I should have known it would come to this," Lee sighs. "This is what hiding and believing violence to be wrong did for me..."

"I'll never forget this, not this moment, not you..."

"but you're doing the right thing" "I won't forget it either. You're so nice "

"I'll go alone," Lee stated. "This is my burden to bear."

"It's because I love you."

"no..You need help!" "I know that!" She blushed

Lee just stayed silent, her eyes closed.

Due to a feature that Legion forgot to turn off, the wolves got their turn after Viola's prolonged inactivity, taking 7 off of her character's health.

"you do! You can't just do this alone. You need lots of help. This will determine if all your efforts were worth it!" Viola got mad and turned off the game.

"I am the only one that can stop him," Lee tried to reason with her. "Others may whittle him down a little, annoy him at most, but it takes one like me to hurt someone like him."

On any other occassion, Legion would scream 'Ragequit!' at the top of his lungs, but she was someone he'd rather not annoy.

Once she finds out the game lacks an automatic saving feature...

Oh boy.

"Come on, it's just a game!" he told her. "Don't let it get to you."

"but he said he had others who will fight for him not him himself. So you don't need to go and fight" viola crossed her arms. "It wasn't okay! I want to go to school already!"
