Unsurprisingly, she did see Lee again. She was in the house again, but hee host was making cookies.

"Lee..The runes were not where you told me...." "How come?"

"Of course they weren't. You're supposed to write them."

"Too far away, plus I have a fear of heights."

"you didn't tell me that!" "It's not that bad. Just pretend that the ground is soft and the view is nice. " Wendigo told

Lee lifted her head up, showing her the rune.

Guards were near the city gate, as usual. They looked at Wendigo oddly; they knew what she was.

"and i need to make how many if these runes?" "Hello there guards. " Wendigo waved giving them a smile

"Four. Just four. Be sure to grab your teeth off the ground, will you?"

That was enough of the guards to reconsider and let them in.

"my teeth aren't in the ground.." "thank you guys.." Wendigo said walking in. She then looked at legion. "I wonder why they looked at me weird."

"He punched some of them out."

"No idea either. People believe all sorts of things." The two of them turned right at the main square of the city – a fountain – and into a small, uninteresting house.

"HE DID WHAT!!!!?!!!!!!!!!!!" willow looked pissed. "Is this the place?"

"And he's trying to get you back with CPR. Charming fella."

"This is where the frost mage lives. Believes displaying wealth is wrong."

"he is? Still..I liked my teeth...Wait why is he doing CPR if I'm not drowning?" "Nice idea. "

Lee shrugged. "You should wake up shortly."

Legion gently knocked and someone opened the door.

Willow woke up to a freaked out Autumn. "You're alive!"

The frost mage was an aging man of a average stature and muscular build. Though it was hard to see through his graying beard, he gave them as he seated them down at a table, tea already prepared for each of them.

"Is this the lass you told me about?" Legion just nodded and the mage looked at Wendigo.

"of course I am! You pucnhed my teeth out and tried to do CPR!" "I am"

Autumn hazhazardly tried to put her teeth back in, only for them to fall out. "Sorry! Sorry! I wasn't holding back."

The frost mage's warm smile endured. "And you wish to study magic?"

"please stop it hurts!!" Willow said. "Yes."

Autumn stopped to pick up her lost teeth. "we-we'll get them back in. somehow."

That's when the old lad demonstrated what he had to offer. "Frost; the very essence of cold," he got up and touched the wall and around that, ice sprouted. "With ice magic, you're limited to things that have water in them. The magic I teach does not have such a weakness."

"oh it's hopeless...." Willow was covering her mouth sad. "Wow...That's awesome!"

"Dryads know healing, right?"

"The only question is, do you want to learn?"

"yes I think.." "I do."

"We get the runes, then we heal you up, okay?"

"You have a strong affiliation with cold, so this will go slightly easier."

"I know what the runes are. I just need to draw them" "I do? Really?"
