Dance with the Devil

"No rocks here; just what Mobians sleep on."

"Is it bumpy? The beds?"

"No, they're actually smooth."

"Really?!! Thats crazy!!"

"Not for Mobiansm" He explained. "For Mobians, it's universal."

"Nothing against you two, but I really need to prepare a speech together with Belial," Ris said. "I'll also need a room to stay in for the night."

"I'm sure there are a spare room for you to sleep in.."

A mirror image of Legion appeared beside her. "Please, follow me," it said.

"After that, I'm hitting the hay," she told Recin. "Good night, love."

Night" recin said to Ris waving goodbye."

After the mirror image showed her room, she memorized its location and went to search for the Devil. 

She found Azzar and Lillith, but the Devil himself was gone.

Willow turned to Ris. "Hello" she said in Lilith's voice.

"Watcher's dead; where did the Devil go?"

"I dunno," Azzar muttered. "He just left when he the building started shaking."

"I'm sure where he went. You want us to go look for him?"

"No, I just need a portal out to Hell."

Azzar complied and created said portal and Ris went through.

"I'll probably be on my way as well," he told Lillith. "There's nothing I can do here to make you better."

"Don't leave me alone..." Lilith finally said and grabbed azzar.

"I'm sorry, but Willow convinced me that there's nothing I can do," he told her, creating a portal. "Which is why I'm gonna ask my master if he can help."

"can you take me with you?!"

"I can, but I won't."

"Why?!?"

"You're a liability now. I don't want to be the one responsible when you lose control and hurt someone."

" but..I...." Lilith's ears went down. "I understand..." She sat down. "Goodbye...I guess...I hope you're able to help me.."

Without looking back and waving her goodbye, Azzar went through the portal.

Lilith started crying alone as the voices in her head started talking. "Guess he didn't love you that much..." "HA HA HA!!"

Out in the Void, his master told him exactly what he thought – that she couldn't be helped. If the souls acted as bandages, all that could be done was to replace them.

As he was leaving to get back to her, his master told him one last thing. "The path you'll walk with her will be nothing but pain and at the end, you'll walk alone..." 

This implied that he'd either have to leave her when her inner demons take over or put her out of her misery when that happens.

Both choices were equally horrible.

Lilith was shaking. "Please go away....you've all ruined my life....I don't want you here... Now azzar will never love me....." Lilith was crying a lot now.

When he returned, he just waited, glaring at her.
