Strengths:

Discord is very strong for a chao and can hold his own in a variety of situations, though that does not include stronger mobians.
His stature also makes him hard to hit, if his movements are erratic enough.
He can appear intimidating... to other chao.

Weaknesses:

Discord can still be overpowered easily by a powerful mobian.
Even though he is generally a bad guy anyway, the fact that he's a dark chao can get him a bad rap.
He is very immature and childish.
He doesn't really have any significant abilities.

Equity (Neutral Garden Guardian): Equity is kind of a weird case for Discord. He dislikes Equity for being so nosy, and he always wants to be better than Equity. Equity doesn’t really care about this much and only sees Discord as a friend. Discord may not like to admit it, but he appreciates the help Equity is willing to give when he needs it.
Enemies:
Tranquility (Hero Garden Guardian): Discord completely hates Tranquility. She does not approve of his policies, and he does not approve of hers. He does not give her a shred of respect, and views her as a weakling.
Known relatives: He can't remember. He's been reborn twice and has been a Chaos Chao for quite a bit.

Personality: Discord is a very mean-spirited, short tempered chao with an ego to match. He is often angered by very small things, such as someone accidently brushing up against him or tripping him. Whenever he is not angry, he has a huge grin on his face and he tends to brag about how amazing he is at everything. Whenever someone does something well, he insists that he is better at whatever it is they did. He tends to give himself a lot of undeserved compliments.

Besides that, he hates weaklings and strives to be strong. He may even bully someone he considers weak, and he doesn’t have a very good reputation because of it.

Physical Appearance
Color: He is primarily black with orange-red highlights. The markings on his top spikes and feet are purple, however.
Skin Color (i.e. muzzle, arms): Black
Eye Color: Bright Yellow
Hair/Quill Style: He has two spikes pointing upwards, and two other spikes pointing straight down. These spikes reach halfway down his back.
Other bodily features: He has a small flame hanging above his head, between his two top spikes.
Attire: He wears a red band around his left top spike. It seems to be burned at the ends. He also has a red orb with a strange black marking in the middle of it hanging around his neck from a cord.

Items & Weapons:

Devil’s Orb- It seems like a normal orb colored red with a strange black mark in the middle. It seems to radiate a strange energy, but the energy is very small in amount and it takes a honed sense to really be able to pick up on it. Nothing else too fantastic about it.
