Ren looked sad. He got up from the bed and put his clothes on. "I was just trying to make you feel better but if you want to continue to think on the negative and make things more worst than be my guest. " He then looked at her one more time. "And for the last time I'm sorry I was bloody drunk!!! I wouldn't be acting like this if you were in my shoes. " And then he slammed the door.

Ayah was dumbfounded. She really didn't see the positves of an acquintance suddenly appeared in her room and bed overnight.

She chased him out out of the room and onto the hallway in just her underwear and a shirt. "Where do you think you're going?"

"To Liela or kia... They are certainly more positive and could shed some light on what happened." Ren didn't turn to her.

She grabbed him by the hand. Her grip was strong. "You're not going anywhere unless you answer my other questions. Don't try to weasel your way out of this."

Ren looked at her. "And what questions were you going to ask?"

Her now-calmed eyes looked at him and then looked at the door to her room. "I believe private conversations should be kept private."

Ren sighed and walked back to the room. "What is it?"

"I was very suspicious of you because yesterday, when we talked downstairs you said something," she said. "This morning when I tried waking you up, you blurted out the same thing. I put two and two together and-" It was probably obvious by now that she just wanted to apologise in private.

"I'm sorry that you had to see the worst side of me."

"You are... forgiven but what exactly did I say?" Ren asked.

[Crimson Skies]

"Yesterday, you said you'll 'land Liela's plane in your your underground mines', to which I pointed out you and Liela would have to switch places for that to make sense," she said. "This morning, you said you 'already visited the gem mine.'"

Ren gasped. "Really I said that...oh..." Ren started blushing. "I can see why you'd freak out now...."

"I also freaked out because-" She leaned in and whispered something into his ear.

"Oh! " Ren blushed a ton now. "I..I uh...I hope I didn't take that away...."

"I'm going with the fact that you didn't," she said. "When I talked to you yesterday, you were fantasizing about Liela, but you were more hilarious than flirty. Called me 'Birdie', which is like calling an apple a fruit." She snickered; she lked 'technically right' humour.

"I was fantasizing Liela? Sorry about that. Well at least when I'm drunk I don't just start calling people unicorns." He gave a smile.

"Finally found the positive," she said. "You're not actually a bad person."

[Dogy9978]

"I never was...I thought it was obvious. The evil me is Voltraire. "

She stared at him intently and drawed closer. It looked like she was going for a pounce.

Ren gave a weird look and backed up a little.

"What? You afraid of me or something?"

[Dogy9978]

"No..just you looked like you were going to attack me."

"Oh, really?" She did the same thing, but all she did was to lean against him.

"I don't have time for this.." Ren started to walk.

[Crimson Skies]

"Me neither. You're a coward. No wonder Liela chose Volt over you." And then, she waited, wondering how much that hurt.

Ren stopped walking. He froze. "I'd rather be a coward than a Brave villain. I'll save Liela from him...I just need him to slip up. He will eventually. When all this time being all goody won't last. I know he just wants allies. "
