She ignored that Lillith was about to catch her and just spread her wings and went for the dash.

Lillith took the hit but quickly recovered."Your running out of my mercy time and you have yet to show me anything. I truly am far above you!" Liela's body twiched for a moment.

"What do you expect me to do?" Ayah exclaimed, flailing her arms. "Are you not entertained?!" The hawk took out a pair of throwing knives.

She gave Lillith a wink, span each of them around their circular handles and then lunged at Lillith.

Lillith's face brightened up. "Yes this is more like it! This is ju-" Lillith had managed to dodge one of the knifes but not the other. Lillith flinched for a moment before laughing and pulling out the knife. "Ha ha!!! Entertaining but still pathetic!!! I am the one who is going to win!!!" Liela appeared to be having a nightmare tossing and turning.

Ayah just took another knife from her belt and went for a few quick slashes.

Lillith dodged some laughing but one of the slashes got to a part of her she was weak and she screamed in pain. Lillith quickly grabbed Ayah's hand. Her voice became demonic again. "YOUR FIVE MINUTES OF MERCY ARE UP!!! NOW I WULL SHOW YOU WHY I AM THE SUPERIOR!!! HOW I AM BETTER!!!" Lillith began to throw ink towards Ayah's eyes. Liela continued tossing and turning until it all just suddenly stopped and Liela woke up.But something was different with her. Her eyes were purple and she was giving Lillith a very cold look.

Ayah flailed around madly. "I can't see! I can't see!" She eventually tripped, leaving Lillith with a clear sight on Ivona, who was shaking in fear.

The schoolgirl lit up, her alien friend assuring her she can still take a few hits and that she's not allowing some big bully to hurt her.

Lillith started to laugh maniacally. "NO YOU WILL DIE LITTLE SHIT!!! BEHOLD MY POWER PATHETIC MOBIAN!!!" Lillith lounged to Ivona but before she was able to even touch her Lillith got hit with a very large beam of dark energy sending her flying to the wall. "WHAT THE WHO DID THAT???" Lillith turned to see Liela glaring at her.

Ivona put her hands together and then put them to her side like she was holding something. Light formed in her hands and as it did, the room started getting dimmer and the light purer, gradually shifting from yellow to a radiant white.

"You help will not be necessary..." Liela's voice sounded deeper as she walked towards Lillith slowly. "So you've returned to your former ways, slave." "Liela what ar-" Liela threw more beams at Lillith making her finally feel the pain. "I'm not your little ghost master. Her ways of treating you is not how a lowly demon like you should be treated."

But Ivona couldn't stop; she had to attack something, by it Lillith or a solid wall. Her colour changed and her eyes burned with a white, pearlescent flame. The ball of light she held in her hands was starting to implode on itself, as it had far too many light energy in it.

Lillith realized who she was really taking to. She froze. Liela gave an evil smile. Before she could punish Lillith more, she sensed the rising energy. "Have you lost your mind little spark!!! Such energy levels can destroy all of us!!! Aim that at the sky!!!"

The alien took control, as Ivona herself was not strong enough to divert the incoming spell, let alone point her arms at the sky. "Let the light cleanse you!" The ball inside disappeared and the room went pitch black.

Ivona held her arms like she was about to cast sparks of light from her fingertips, but instead, of was pure energy. A large, white beam shot out of her fingertips, illuminating the room. It shot through everything; the chandelier, the painting, the castle walls and it kept going on. The entire room shook and the beam was giving off an obnoxious buzzing.

If she hadn't diverted the beam at a 60 degree angle, everything in front of her would evaporate.

After a few seconds, Ivona had stopped, but she was still glowing white. "Weak. This host is weak," a much deeper voice proclaimed. "Unable to harness my true potential."

Ayah finally got the ink off her eyes and could see what was going. "Ivy? Ivona? You doing the sun goddess thing again?"

"Uhm... me. Ayah," she said. "One of your housemates. I was really mean to you at first. To everyone."

Unknown to them, Ivona's diverted beam attack managed to kill the queen, a story-critical character. With her death, the ties to the true storyline were severed and no matter the outcome of their campaign, they would never find the alchemist and put an end to what he was doing.

But the game was cruel and in a way, so was the businessman, who was ever present, silently watching over them. They made a mess; now they had to face the consequences.

Everyone except Ayah had the words 'God Complex' above their heads, before it quickly shifted to 'Deluded.'

"Ayah? Hmm... You seem like a lowly mobian. But you are housemates with this ghost? Hmm?" Liela then turned to the queen who had died. "Your blast was very reckless. I believe you have killed this lady here. Hope she wasn't important to you guys."

Ayah did not answer. That thing was not Liela and whatever was going on had to stop. Last time, a kiss managed to work and get rid of Lillith's bloodlust. It was pretty unexpected, so it worked.

Only one thing came to mind that could top it, but she didn't the courage to do it, let alone speak it out loud.

Liela walked over Lillith's ink and stepped on it. Lillith made a noise of pain. "Did I tell you could turn into ink? " Lillith formed back. She looked very scared. "N-noo master you di-" "And since when are you allowed to have direct eye contact with me?! A scum like you didn't deserve that right." "Of course m-master!" Lillith kneeled down making sure to not look at Liela.

After a while, the schoolgirl collapsed, her body unable to take the abuse anymore. How she managed to held on for such long was a commendable feat on its own.

Ayah felt sorry; if she hadn't used Lillith as a distraction to get inside, neither of this would have happened. But how was she supposed to know Lillith would completely lose it and so would Liela?
