It's really unknown in the game world, but in the Archie world, she seems to still not have much to dislike on but Breezie The Hedgehog and Robotnik.

Honey is a rather devious character sometimes. As she is caring and friendly, she is also seen fooling her opponents into defeat. She cares a lot about making her business  'Honey Brands'  popular. She is also seen to be very intelligent, being young, yet running  an entire successful business by herself. She also has a feminine/"girly" side to her when she meets Amy.

 
History:

Honey originally was a scrapped character in the  Arcade version of Sonic The Fighter. In this, she was a Sonic rendition of  "Honey" (Or Candy in other releases), a character in Fighting Vipers. Gamers have dug her out of the game's files and made her playable. But as expected she was glitchy and buggy. Many interesting bugs occurred such as a lazy eye, stolen moves, disappearing ponytails and random flickering.

She was later reprogrammed in the PSN/XBLA releases of STF. All bugs have been fixed and is now easilly accessable. Fastforward to 2015, Honey returns in a new Archie Sonic issue, #268 In this, her character has been expanded while still maintaining what she originally was. A Sonic version of a Fighting Viper.

Yes.  For one thing, I am a beginner. Her lack of real history and character in the games makes her easy to RP as. But to me, I like to go with Archie's depiction.

Just ask anyone this: Who's your favorite Sonic character? Most would say Tails, Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles. The typical guys. Me on the other hand, I LOVE Honey, and it shows. I've always been a big fan of her when I was little, just due to the fact that she is  THE BEST CUT CHARACTER IN  HISTORY! and that Archie issue just made me love her even more.

It is the afternoon. Just before sunset. Honey, the girl full of dreams and wonders of winning a tournament for her  fashion business is taking all of her breath training to become the winner of the said tourney. Honey is standing near a punching bag, her left knee bent, feet apart, and her arms up and hands lowered down like cat paws.
"Focus your punches, Honey. You're only one step ahead to glory" She said to herself. She squints her eyes, mouth in a frown. Honey begins to rapidly punch the bag until it ripped out of its chains. She readjusts her posture to a normal stance, her face becomes a warm hearted smile and her left hand against her hip feeling proud of herself.

Powers:
Sonic has gained many, many abilities over his adventures both from treasures he’s found and skills he’s tapped into. Most if not all of them are tied to his speed, his signature trait as if you know almost anything about Sonic, it’s that he’s fast. Regardless, he's capable at hand-to-hand combat though he much prefers kicking than punching, and though he may have access to the elemental shields I will not be including them in the power-ups section as his access to those are limited whereas his normal power-ups are only dependent on when he's wearing them.

Natural Abilities:
-Spin Attack: In the middle of the air or along the ground while moving he can roll into a ball to attack enemies with his quills while protecting himself from minor damage he would have otherwise suffered while not in a ball. He can unroll from a ball while in the air whenever he wants but can never roll back up afterwards until he lands again - if he unrolls, he tends to drop from the point he unrolled.
-Insta-Shield: While in the air, Sonic begins spinning fast enough to cause energy to burst off of them a small bit, extending his Spin Attack a few feet from his body for a second. It can only be performed one time in mid-air before landing again.
-Homing Attack/Jump Dash: While in the air, Sonic can launch himself at enemies at high-speeds to quickly and easily bounce off of them. This can be performed once after any time an enemy is hit to either form a chain or continue hitting the enemy, but if no enemy was defeated or hit by the first homing attack(thus, being a Jump Dash also known as a speed thok) it can only be performed again after landing.
   -Charged Homing Attack: If Sonic waits in the air while targeted on one or more targets, not only will the Homing Attack carry Sonic to hit every enemy that was targeted without him consciously needing to activate the Homing Attack for each enemy in the chain but it will also be a bit stronger.
-Blue Tornado: While in the air, Sonic can begin immediately spinning around a nearby opponent to generate a wind-funnel with his speed and colored after his aura as if partially fueled by it. It will last for only as long as he’s spinning around the opponent and larger opponents tend to be flipped upside down at the very least from this attack.
-Double-Jump: Simple, while in the air, he can somehow do a second jump that is only about a fourth as high as the first jump, giving him an added boost for quick air dodging and to help make jumps he may have otherwise missed.
-Speed Peel Out: After running in place a bit, Sonic will immediately blast off at max speed. If Sonic doesn’t start running immediately after seeming to charge up the Speed Peel Out, he’s probably mocking you.
-Spin Dash/Drop Dash: If Sonic begins spinning in place from a crouched position, he can charge up a dash slightly slower than the peel out at max charge but safer because he's balled up. If he does this after jumping so that he immediately blasts off after landing, it's called a Drop Dash.
-Rail grinding: Sonic can jump on any thin bar or rail and begin sliding on it at incredible speed. If he crouches and keeps balance, he’ll go even faster.
-Triangle Jump/Wall Jump: If Sonic jumps toward a wall, he can jump to another wall parallel to it quickly after. Rinse and repeat until there’s no more wall to jump off of or to. He can also do this off of vertical pairs of walls as well, which would then be a Wall Jump.
-Drifting: While going incredibly fast, if Sonic puts one of his hands closer to the ground and shifts his weight a bit, or rolls into a ball while spinning somewhat perpendicular to his forward motion, he can round corners quickly and smoothly similarly to a car.
-Sonic Boost: Though it requires some form of energy source, such as Ring Energy, Hyper Go-On Energy, or whatever power source Sonic rips out of some robots(Chaos energy…?), Sonic surrounds himself in his blue aura as his speed increases tenfold while using the Sonic Boost, causing him to constantly move while it's in use, damaging anyone whose unprotected that he rams into. It tends to be limited by whatever power source he has to his disposal and unless my suggestion is true that Sonic is feasting off of Chaos Drives that are in G.U.N. Robots and Eggman somehow got a hold of some of them to power his badniks or Egg Pawns, Chaos Energy actually has never been used to pull this off while in his normal form. However, rings aren’t rare to find.
-Parkour: With any amount of speed, Sonic can easily latch onto walls so that he can run up or along them. If he can’t make it up or across with his speed alone, quickly spinning against the wall for a burst of speed should do the trick.

Power-Ups:
-Light-Speed Dash: With the green-lit gold “Light Shoes” accessory attached to the back of the sole of Sonic’s shoes, Sonic is capable of moving at speeds comparable to light. If he doesn’t have a ring nearby to target as a destination for his travel, he will have to charge it up a bit. Until released, Sonic can only move at a walking speed while charged up.
   -Light-Speed Attack: An ethereal add-on to the accessory, the “Ancient Light”, allows him to use this as an attack. However, unlike with the Light-Speed Dash, he must always charge it up before he can use it. Given this is Sonic literally flinging himself at opponents while rolled up in a ball at relativistic speeds, this is only fair. Note, though, that despite the speeds traveled, whenever it's been used against others in the games it has never caused an instant-kill, so despite physics saying people should explode upon Sonic literally hitting them at these speeds, the game’s rules suggest otherwise, thus canonically this move is about as lethal as all other moves Sonic has.
-Bounce Attack: With the bracelet Chip left behind as a momento for Sonic, a silver ring with a blue orb attached, Sonic can perform the Bounce Attack(it literally looks like the Bounce Bracelet 2.0 and has never been seen again since). Simply put, this allows Sonic to rocket himself back down to the ground so that he can bounce off of it - presumably it temporarily makes Sonic elastic so that he can bounce like this.
-Fire Somersault: With the Flame Ring, a golden band with a ruby in it, Sonic can set himself on fire temporarily when slowly rolling into objects to break things he normally couldn’t, like metal containers.
-Magic Hands: The Magic Gloves are less “gloves” and more an accessory that attaches to the Flame Ring, 3 golden metallic protrusions. If Sonic is at a stand-still he can somehow use them to summon and throw a glass ball used to capture nearby objects around his size including robots(that aren’t characters or story-important NPCs) in spherical balls to throw at others. While it tends to be useless, it’s a skill he has nonetheless.
-Mystic Melody: Sonic can literally use magical light summoned into his hands as an instrument. While it has no useful combatant purpose, there are some spots, like ancient ruins, that are context sensitive to the the Mystic Melody.

Chaos Powers:
-Chaos Control: With a single Emerald, Sonic is capable of minor control over spacetime to teleport long distances and slow down or even stop time relative to other people for at least 10 seconds relative to him. With two Chaos Emeralds, normally with the help of someone else though not always, Sonic is capable of time travel.
-Sonic Wind: A variant of Shadow’s Chaos Spear, Sonic uses Chaos Energy to attack the opponent with wind-based projectiles.

Transformations:
-Super Sonic: With the power of the seven Chaos Emeralds and at least 50 rings worth of Ring Energy, Sonic is able to become Super Sonic, turning him golden and making his quills turn upwards for as many seconds as rings worth of Ring energy he has. This gives him invincibility, increased speed and jump height, flight, and allows him a stronger variation of Chaos Control to teleport larger objects other than himself further distances away.
-Hyper Sonic: If the Chaos Emeralds are restored to Super Emerald status by the Master Emerald, then Sonic can use Super Emeralds and at least 50 rings worth of Ring Energy to become the living seizure known as Hyper Sonic, making his quills even larger and sharper, and causing him to change between all of the colors of the Emeralds, as well as covering him in sparkles for as many seconds as rings worth of Ring energy he has. This form builds off of Super Sonic as this allows him to breath underwater and gives him an advanced double jump that releases a blast of energy from his body, and increases his speed and jump height even further.
-Dark Sonic: Only once before has Sonic taken this form, but it’s pretty well known that while in the presence of Chaos Energy, whether it be that of a fake Chaos Emerald or even that of a real Emerald, he can potentially take on this form when enraged. Dark Sonic is entirely black excluding his gray skin, with no pupils, longer quills that point upwards like Super Sonic’s, and a constant dark-blue aura visibly emanating off his body. While not as strong as Super Sonic, Sonic still moves faster than normal and is much physically stronger. They, however, don’t show any signs of physical invincibility. In this state, Sonic seems more vicious and brutal, and could be described as psychopathic. He will, however, change back once he has calmed down, normally by means of a friend pleading for him to turn back to normal.

Weaknesses:
Sonic is not only afraid of water, but he literally can’t swim, and will drown quickly if underwater for too long without some method of regaining air. His life energy is also equivalent to his ring energy and if he runs out of spare rings or ring energy, almost all attacks will knock him out or even potentially kill him, making him a fragile speedster. It doesn’t help that other than using boost energy, he can lose ring energy by using super transformations or simply getting hit.
Also, on a funny note, he apparently has trouble with keeping balance after coming to a sudden stop and he can't run as fast if he's physically tired from lack of sleep.
Also, Sonic tends to jump into battle without much prior planning and is overly confident in his abilities.

Personality:
Sonic the Hedgehog is the young, arrogant hero of Mobius.
Having fought Eggman and other villains after destruction, conquer, or other such motives deemed evil for a few years at most, the normally laid-back, cool-headed hedgehog couldn’t be blamed to let all of the heroics go to his head with fans all over the world praising his name and inspired by him, right? Regardless, his righteous ideals and strong will as well as his free-spiritedness and kindness are what makes him the first Freedom Fighter - literally someone who Fights for Freedom. As such, even when it interrupts his “vacation time”(how many minutes at a time it takes before the next tragedy happens he has to help stop), he’s there to help any innocent people in danger. With that said, he can be rather brash and his young age shows quite well in his attitude. He may be quick-witted, and in fact is quite witty as quite a few funny one-liners come out of his mouth from time to time(guess that’s action hero syndrome for you), but he’s also very impatient and will jump into most problems without thinking even if he should supposedly know better - his strategy for almost every fight is “smash it”, effectively(you’d think that’d be more Knuckles’ thing, but eh…?). He is quite courageous and very determined in the face of danger, but he’s very afraid of water(Though this is rarely shown - he’s mostly just afraid because he can’t swim) and he’s known to suffer Heroic BSODs(Heroic Blue Screen of Death - “A character experiences an emotional breakdown.”) from time to time when his friends are harmed. This is actually so bad so that if people try and torture him he’ll seem perfectly fine afterwards no matter how long the torture lasted, but capturing one of his friends in front of him will make him see red or fall into despair. Finally, Sonic has no time for romance since it would literally slow him down - he has no interest in dating because it'd keep him from adventuring.

History:
   On June 23rd, Sonic the Hedgehog was born on Christmas Island. While much of his early life remains unknown, many rumors suggest a few ideas, two in specific being that Sonic was born with his powers and that he simply left the island in search of adventure and the other suggesting that Dr. Robotnik was once good and did experiments with Sonic that not only changed his fur color from brown to blue but also gave him his super speed, before the good egg eventually came across a Chaos Emerald which somehow made them into a bad egg. Ha. Ha. Haaa…
Regardless, Sonic had always been a free-spirited individual even since birth and by the time he was approximately 11 years old, he went on his first real adventure to stop Dr. Robotnik from kidnapping innocent animals and putting them in robots while searching for the then six known Chaos Emeralds to conquer the world. All things considered, Sonic won every fight against Dr. Robotnik through every zone, and after finally defeating Dr. Robotnik in his factory base, he retreated, leaving Sonic to use the Chaos Emeralds to restore South Island back to its normal self, freeing all animals still in robots and letting the area bloom with flowers.
   This was the beginning of a constant battle, making Sonic the first Freedom Fighter and the inspiration for many other heroes to follow in his footsteps. He traveled from South Island to the Never Lakes and saved Amy from Metal Sonic and Robotnik while stopping him from roboticizing the Little Planet, from the Little Planet to Westside Island(also known as the Island of Illusions) where he met Miles “Tails” Prower who became his sidekick and best friend, from Westside Island directly to Angel Island where he fought Knuckles who had been tricked by Dr. Robotnik, and so on, gaining new abilities over time as he went on each adventure, making new friends, rivals, and enemies along the way.
This brings us to the modern day, where shortly after stopping the Deadly Six from killing everyone on Mobius, they came into the possession of a blue Chaos Emerald, which then went on to help him discover his Dark Sonic transformation after learning someone named Cyril had turned Station Square into rubble, beating them within an inch of their life. Afterwards, sometime around the rebuilding if Station Square, now known by the nickname “The City if Independence”, Sonic lost the blue Chaos Emerald and found an orange one instead, before shortly after disappearing, presumably to take a long deserved, proper break.

I believe I am fit to play Sonic. After approximately 8 years of RP experience(to my memory - I don’t know when I started RPing exactly) across a few forums and many chats - both Sonic and not - and RPing Sonic for at least one chat that held a very strict canon, I think I can be trusted to take control of the Blue Blur himself.

A light breeze… certainly a nice day to relax. Green grass spread across a large field, a few trees surrounding the large plain, hero Sonic lay resting against the trunk of a tree, calm and in peace.
“Ah… this is the life,” the blue hedgehog sighed as he lay there, music in his head as he began tapping his foot against the air, “nothing better than a calm, relaxing day outdoors…”
Grass crushed under the foot of a mini metallic militia madly marched its way through the lush fields. Sonic could hear them from a distance… much to his annoyance.
His eyes once closed in quiet enjoyment of the peaceful environment, now opened to the sight of the machines, all a bluish color, looking like bowls with small arms and legs. Clearly, later generation Egg Pawns.
“Ugh, will Egghead ever learn? Jeez, let a hero take a rest for once!”, Sonic complained, quickly jumping to his feet, before jogging a fair distance in front of the whole pack of robots.
“Hey, what do you guys think you're doing?”, Sonic teased, watching as the robots all came to a collective stop to scan him. They all came to a quick conclusion that yes, he was a target to be eliminated.
“Oh, surprised to see me? Don't be, ol’ Egghead is always sending you guys after me. It's like he wants me to bust you up or something! Doesn't he get tired of having to pay for making more robots? Then again, he must be pretty loaded to keep making all those factories I keep destroying.” The Egg Pawns clearly weren't amused.
One by one, each of the robots ran at him in an attempt to get close enough to punch him, arms waving wildly in front of them as they did.
“Wow, you guys really don't know how to run into battle, here, let me show you!”, he joked with a cocky smirk. Quickly, his feet began to skid across the ground as he moved them in a figure eight, before blasting off, charging into battle.
Aura covered his body as he began moving even faster, accelerating to top speed instantly, busting robots left and right as he rammed into them.
It did not take long for Sonic to finish off the robots, turning back with a smirk, chuckling as he began making fun of the scrap left in his wake, “See, that's how you do it! Now, if you excuse me, I'm gonna go find a new spot to relax - who knows how many of you there are around here!” And without any more warning, he blasted off at the speed of sound into the distance...

He’s incredibly emotional, feeling the extremes of most common emotions, which can make him lose control of his powers
 
Personality:
Silver is a shy-ish cinnamon roll with a heart of gold. He enjoys seeing the ones he loves happy, and avoids confrontation as best as he can. He has a crush on Blaze, but would much rather keep his friendship with her than ruin it by telling her. He considers Blaze to be his best friend, and the only one he can truly rely on. He gets very emotional when faced with difficult situations, or when his friends get hurt, which more or less results in losing control of his powers, but Blaze has always been there to help him when this happens.

 
History:
Born 186 years after the release of Iblis, Silver and Blaze were the last of the freedom fighters who kept Iblis at bay. When Mephiles, a strange being taking the form of a Hedgehog, offered them a way to save their dying future. With the use of a Chaos emerald, they travel back in time to the events that preceded the release of Iblis. They are set on a mission to kill the “Iblis Trigger”, known as Sonic The Hedgehog. Blaze is reluctant to join, but goes anyway, hoping to aid Silver and Mephiles. But Silver begins to question whether it is morally right to kill someone, even if it would possibly save their time. Silver then meets Shadow, as they travel in time to find out what really happened, learning of Elise and Mephiles, but also Iblis, who is sealed inside the girl. With this information Silver and Blaze join Sonic on his quest to save Elise, and save the world. They both return to the future to seal Iblis away, but Silver is unable to seal the flames. Blaze volunteers, sealing herself away to another dimension. Silver then joins Sonic, Shadow, and the rest of the gang to defeat Solaris. The events of 06 are reset, and Silver is returned to a brighter future. He appears in a couple of games afterward, but not in any major way.

From a storyline I have been working on, focusing on the Silver from Sonic 06, and what happened between then and Forces. I might expand upon it in the future(hehe), but maybe after I have what I want to tell in the story down to a T...

The sun shone through the jagged opening of the clouds above, piercing down a pale yellow column of light. I sat there in shock of what had happened, “Could she really be gone, she can’t be...”. Words echoed in my head, I was lost. I was now back to where I started... alone, scared, and with my time in ruin. I had accomplished my goal of defeating Iblis once and for all, but at what cost. I was alone now, in a future beyond repair. There was no way in heck I could fix this all myself. So this is it, eh? I die here, lost in time and irrelevancy. Images flashed through my mind, all leading back to the time I spent in the past. I remembered the smell of the grass, the sound of the babbling stream. It felt so natural, like I belonged there, I wanted so badly to go back again, maybe just once. Suddenly my thoughts came to a halt as the sky ripped open. Out from the rift screamed some sort of aircraft, a small, gray vessel that blasted through the clouds, only to sweep around and land some 100 meters away from me. I perched upon a mound, observing as the craft settled and steamed. A door towards the back of the craft opened slowly, and from it came a figure in a protective suit. He seemed to be talking into something, receiving contact from some other location. I cautiously made my way to the craft, readying myself for whoever, or whatever, this figure was. I walked up behind him, reaching to tap their shoulder, but not before he could pull around and point a blaster towards me.
 “Who are you? Put your hands up!”, they yelled, to which I promptly shot my hands up. 
“W-wait! I can explain!” I said out of surprise.
They cautiously put their hands down, the blaster still aiming towards me. 
“I have confirmed organic life in this location, proceed?”
From the communications device came a voice,
“Yes, bind them and take them back to base immediately...”
I couldn’t help but feel the adrenaline in my veins. I thought I was dead, alone, but now I’m here. Even if their intentions
are to kill me,

Personality:
Shadow the hedgehog, at best, is a loner. Willing to work together with others to put down opposition with justice and efficiency, but preferring to be indifferent and businesslike in his actions. Often distancing himself from most people, Shadow the hedgehog doesn't speak much in the company of others, and when he does, does so in a blunt manner. Shadow never bluffs, and is more attuned to boasting if anything, however will not expect fireworks or a lightshow to do so. Shadow is honed with a killer instinct, and belies astutely that noone can beat him. He is often callous to others, and is far from afraid to share his opinion, no matter how cold-hearted and apathetic it is. 

However, Shadow also has a sharp wit, although only using it in specialist circumstances. The hedgehog also suffers from post-traumatic stress, and often chooses to focus on his tasks with a fervent determination to distract himself from his past. Shadow has a strong sense of identity, and is indomitable in his knowledge of who he is and what he stands for. Shadow does also reserve a certain level of compassion, at least to those who he has developed any sort of mild-positive bond with, but flowers and kisses aren't to be expected.

Overall, Shadow is someone to feel safe around, but not to expect to be around much, he moves on his own whim, and more often than not, that whim will align with some form of greater good, or personal endeavour.

Weaknesses:
During Shadow's initial reveal, he was easily manipulated for his amnesia, however with the resolution that he is who he makes himself to be, rather than what the past determines he is, such a weakness has fallen into obsolete. 

Shadow has very little other physical weaknesses, and often earns the title "Ultimate Lifeform"

Do you think you are a fit to control this character?
I can't say I'd apply for the character if I didn't have some manner of confidence in my ability to control this character. That being said, I can only say that I hope to be able to control this character, having never had the privilege of undertaking such a task. My reasoning for applying is that I feel I have a reasonable ability to empathise with other characters and therefore with Shadow as well, I can understand what it is like to throw of the bands of unwanted memories and become a very carefree individual due to this as well as personal experience.

Do you understand that an admin/mod can stop you from using the character you have chosen if you have made too many mistakes?
Yes, and I would expect them to.

Try to get into character:

Whether or not it had really happened was not at the forefront of his mind, of course, however, it was of his concern as to whether or not he just been successful. He'd figured making the deal would have been fine. The suspected location for more of his clones was information he was glad to have, and the expense of promised loyalty was of little concern to him. Regardless of what was promised, or what was of concern, the building was going up in flames all the same.

The black hedgehog didn't say much at all, and didn't bother to offer a 'hmph' as he skated across a series of urban rooftops away from the scattered concrete debris. GUN'd offered him a contract to check out a suspected cloning facility, some troublesome folks, with comparatively diminutive goals were laying the claim, but there'd been talk about such a location within the suburb for years prior, and the government didn't want to risk a messy GUN intervention.

It had been disappointing and relieving at the same time to discover that the facility was no more than a narcotics den, and rather than bothering with an arrest for the police to just burn it all later, the hedgehog did them a favour. There were things to find out about himself, things he could improve if only to meet a copy of himself, a test, a test of how he could be defeated. Although such a test probably wouldn't actually help him out, considering that most clones tended to be far inferior to his own biology.

Nobody had even seen him enter, and nobody saw him leave. Truly earning the title Shadow.

Weaknesses:
Silver is very emotional and naive, which makes him prone to losing control of those emotions and others to take advantage of them.

Silver's psychic powers take good control to use properly, if distracted, he could accidentally drop what he was holding for example. Furthermore, using too much of this power can weaken him.
 
Personality:
Silver is an optimistic, naive, dork, with a strong sense of justice. While he is young and tends to wear his heart on his sleeve, he will do what he sets out to do with endless determination and unwavering hopefulness. 
Along with all this, Silver tends to get a little snotty when participating in a competition, saying things like "Who's the best?!" or "I'm better." if he wins. 
 
History:
About 200 years in the future, Silver's world was ravaged by the immortal fire god Iblis, which, no matter how many times it was defeated, it would merely reincarnate to wreak havoc once again. He is accompanied by Blaze the Cat, who stood by his side for quite a while.
Soon after defeating Iblis once again, a being who called himself Mephiles informs Silver and Blaaze that they can prevent the ruined future they live in by going into the past and killing Sonic, who he dubs "The Iblis Trigger".

Determined to make a brighter future, Silver accepts Mephiles' offer to take them into the past. And while looking for Sonic, he meets Amy Rose, who too was looking for Sonic. When Silver eventually fights Sonic and prepares to kill him, Amy gets in the way, telling Silver that Sonic couldn't have been responsible, and even if he was, she'd still protect him.
This leads Silver to question if it's morally right to kill someone to save the world, and after Mephiles reminds him of what's at stake, he decides to take a different approach. and follow Sonic to see if he can learn more.

While doing so, he meets Shadow, who bore a striking resemblance to the form Mephiles took. Shadow explains that Mephiles lied to him about Sonic, after going into the past and witnessing Iblis' origin, and that it was currently sealed inside Princess Elise.
With this new information, Silver heads back into the future, and sets out to finish Iblis once and for all, but not before helping Sonic save Elise, becoming friends along the way.

After defeating Iblis one more time, Silver attempts to seal Iblis inside of him, but fails, as he was rejected as a vessel. Blaze, however, volunteered to do it instead, as he already has control over flames, as well as ordering Silver to seal them away to another dimension.
Silver at first refuses, as he didn't want to lose his best friend, but alas, Blaze seals herself away instead.

Silver didn't have much time to mourn, however, as he was hit by a blinding flash of light and taken to a rift in time, where Solaris had reawakened, and Sonic had been killed.
While everyone else loses hope, Silver's optimism refused to accept that it was the end and says that Elise could revive Sonic with the Chaos Emeralds, as well as boosting everyone's spirits.
After collecting the emeralds, and reviving Sonic, he was turned into Super Silver and took on the role of defeating Solaris in the future, while Shadow and Sonic defeated it in the past and present respectively.

After the universe was reset by Solaris' flame being blown out, Silver is returned to his time, in a brighter future than when he left it. Although, he does return to the present on occasion, usually to hang out with Sonic and friends or to help avert another catastrophe.

I have enough confidence to feel I can do the role justice, this isn't my first time controlling a canon character (in general), and I have done as much research as I could to gain a grasp on the character.
(With the exception of the comic interpretations, as I have not read them.)

Walking through the forests of Present Mobius, Silver admired the beauty of this world compared to his own. At the very least, it was prettier, and more peaceful than his time, even if he technically didn't belong there.

But that didn't matter, he was here to find... Oh! There it was!

The silver hedgehog gently approached the flowerbed and observed it closely. He had heard about how you could grow plants in more recreational locations, after successfully making a vegetable garden with Blaze a while back. He thought, 'if I could bring some seeds from these back to the future, maybe I could make things a lot prettier! And less... grey and broken.`

Carefully taking some flowers and extracting their seeds, Silver was eager to get started... Maybe a little too eager, as the insects that were currently pollinating were not very pleased with Silver's interruption.

"W-Whoa! Hey! What was that for?!" "Ow..."

Silver yelped as he got bit, now quickly running away from the now angry group of non-anthropomorphic insects.
Though this was a good reminder, flowers don't live very long if they aren't pollinated, huh?

It was going to be a lot of work, but it'd be worth it!
