Their opponents were a pair of thugs who decided to take their open challenge. However, after the fight, one of them pulled a gun and nearly hit her friend. but I managed to push her away and took the hit myself."

Unknown to the others in the room, Leo heard a voice said "Are you scared?"

"It's not what I meant." said the wolf, "After they brought me to the hospital, they were on there way home when they were ambushed. Jess was knocked out of a short time but when she came to, her friend was gone."

A black flicky whipped passed Leo as the voice taunted "well then catch me if you dare!"

"That's terrable." Niles said before hearing someone knock. He went to the door and what lay on the floor was the black emerald rose Leo had offered her. Niles placed it on the nightstand near her. "She's a fighter. Only one actually able to keep Leo on his toes"

Leo transformed chasing the flicky. "Funny how you run when you just talk or is your mistress the one who wants to see me"

The flicky flew towards the ring. Not a soul was there and only one light shined on a corner where the flicky landed.

Leo jumped into the ring turning mobian. "Miss mirage I presume?" He said looking to the darkness behind the flicky

"And How would you know who I am?"  echoed a childish voice, "You seem no briter then a stone."

"A little bird told me." He said smirking. "Not your flicky of course. Your Rhine mirage. A friend to a miss jewels who's friends with miss Jessica carbuncle. And your a dark one at that." His body lite aflame. "Now down to business. Why are you here?"

"Rhine?" said the voice as the figure walked into the light to reavel a dark brown fox with green and red hair, "I believe you mistaken me for someone else. I am Chikanere the Void Fox...But my name doesn't matter to you since your my dinner tonight!"

Leo looked to her smirking. "My soul is bound to my body demon. You can't take it without killing me" he said "besides a few friends of mine warned me about you"

A blue hedgehog has a phone in his hand watching out of sight. "Kale, we found her"

Suddenly the image vanished as the flicky flew over Leo's head and used his face as a bathroom.

"Who knew that illusions would be so useful?

"Alright bird brain! Your lunch for this lion" he snarled swatting the bird

"Wrathven, how could you do that to that fool?" laughed a voice behind Leo, "You are correct imortal one, I am indeed Rhine Miràge. But your secret is what I seek."

"What secret dark one" he said wiping away the bird crap. "Sorry I swatted at you miss jewels." He said looking to the flicky.

"So..." said Rhine as she walked towards Leo, "You can sence her. Then you should know why she would make my poor familier do that to you. But I digress, The secret I seek is that of your immortality."

Suddenly a unbreakable prism surrounded Leo.

"You will give me what I seek now," said Rhine, flicking her Crimson and Indigo striped tail about, "Or you can come with me and be my experiment in my next corruption ritual."

"There is no secret. It's in the lucipher line. In order to get it you would have to kill me. And I'm not about to tell you the one thing that can" he snarled

Niles looked. "Hey! Who the hell are you!"

"Niles stay back keep the wolf and miss carbuncle in that room."

"There's no need to shout, Leo." echoed Rhine's voice in his ears, "He can't hear you in that prism. not even telepithy works in there."

Rhine tossed a fireball at Niles, but the wolf pushed him out of the way.

"Who are You?!" called the wolf.

"Ah..You must be Rexal." said Rhine, "Jewels is quite fond of you."

"Wha?!" jumped Rexal, "You know where Jewels is?!"

"She is in my care." lied Rhine, "Find me what I seek and she'll be returned to you along with this chump."

"Yet you can hear me just fine" Leo said. Sitting. "Just so you know I'm not easily changed" he said hiding his darker secrets 

Niles growled. " let him go!"

Another door opened a hedgehog came out wit two robots. "What the hell..." He stopped mid sentence. "What the hell are you doing to Leo?!" It was giro luror

"Bring me Myrkky, and he and Jewels will be free." said Rhine as she hopped onto her trident and rose into the air, "Until then." Rhine flew away from the ring and out of the building with Leo's prison following behind.

Rexal looked about and said Do you have a clue what she's talkin' about?"

"I don't know but I'll check the servers"

"Then who will watch Jess?" Niles said

Giro looked. "Jessica carbuncle? Look for a hedgehog named Maxus. He knows her and maybe you should stay fido"

"I'll keep an eye on her." said Rexal, "Can't do much with one arm out of commision."

"If she wakes tell her about Rhine." Giro said.

Wrathven spotted the fox looking at them, but did nothing to mention it to Rhine.
