Song lies next to Zeke.
It was a warm night, with a very minimal breeze. She shivered, with was unusual of many sorts, considering it was warm. She lied awake, wondering, pondering about the one that lied beside her.
She was silent, and only made minimal movements, only to scoot closer to him for warmth.
She just stared at the cieling.
Her eyes vacant.
Blissfully aware, though.
She looked to the window, her eyes illuminating from the sight of the moon.
She had known why she couldn't sleep. She wasn't at ease.
She had a nightmare. Something scared her.
And for that nightmare to become true, well, she might die in her sleep.
She closed her eyes. But to no avail.

Zeke laid silent,quite exhausted from the heat.anymore of this type of torture and he might just get ill.he had his eyes closed for awhile but the heat mad it hard to rest.he had already stripped down to the point all he had on was his underwear and a pair of shorts,but the heat still got to him.no drink nor cold delight could cool him off and his vision was slightly hazy,but he didnt complain.


he reopend his eyes and sighed.staring at the wall only to see a hazy of what looked like a destorted glass had stood between him and the wall.but he knew there wasnt anything there.he turned and looked at song,only able to pull off a small smile.the heat by now was getting to his thoughts.

She noticed him.
"Are you okay?...You look...sick." She coughed after she said this.
She sat up, and glanced over to the clock.
3:00 am.
Great. Another restless night.

he sat up and rubbed his head."well i hope im not sick..but this heat is killer..."then looked at her.

She smiled. "To me, it's cold..."
She rubbed her arms. "Dunno why."
Another cough.

'?..maybe you have a fever..'he felt her forehead.

She smiled a little. "Maybe..."

That smile turned upside down really quickly. She thought of her nightmare.

he lowered his hand and blinked.'you had a nightmare didnt you.'

She stood. "Yeah..."

She looked out of the window, her hair blowing a little with the breeeze.

'what was it bout this time?'he got up and nearly lost his balance,bringing a hand to his head.

She shook her head as if saying, "Nothing."

She looked over to him. "You sure you're okay?..."

he stood straight and lowered his hand.'ya.im great.'he walked.

She rested her elbows on the window's edge. She looked down and mumbled, "What would you do if I just....disappeared?..."

he bumped into the wall.'eheh...shoot...'he looked at her.'...'

"...." She didn't say anything else. She seemed....distant.

'..i dont know what id do if you just disappeared...the other times i pursued after you,determined to find you and get you back in my arms...'

"...But what if I just....was gone? I could be dead, or...gone..."

'i would search as long as i can,till im too worn to move anymore..to find out you were dead.it would probably set me on to being single the rest of my life...'

"You're just saying that."

She remembered her nightmare. "And what about Anna?...." She sniffed.

'?..anna..'he thought abit,he had a hard time tho.'who?'

"You don't know who she is yet. She's gonna die."

'!...i wish you wouldnt say things like that....'he was abit sad.

Her eyes were blue. "It's the truth. She'll die and we'll be sad about it."

'.....'he sighed.'...i really wish it wouldnt be like that...'

She hugged him. "Atleast I'll have you...for a little while..."
