Tyson VS Twilight

Meanwhile with Blizzard, he was perched on one of the farther trees on the outskirts of the forest. He kept an eye on the cliff, and being a bird, clearly watching the fight go down. He was still scared, trembling every so often.

Back to the fight.

Tyson took the hit of the darkness, and skidded a few feet towards Twilight.

NO.
Oh god OH GOD.

Tyson, charged once again towards Twilight, and sweep kicks his legs, dodging the swings of the blades of darkness. Once Twilight was on the floor, however the cold stone around him became covered in ice, and held Twilight's torso in place.

As he was falling, however, Twilight held a hand out and pushed up, flipping over and ending up in the air. He stayed hovering there as ice covered the stone. "... Neat trick..." He muttered, summoning three dark blades and sending them all flying towards Tyson. He then flew towards Tyson himself, holding his dark claws up aiming to strike when he got near Tyson.

Dustin and Flame both see Blizzard on a tree and are glad to see him.

"We found him! At least he's ok."

Flame starts running to Blizzard, noticing that Blizzard is watching the fight.

Blizzard looks down at Flame. He screeched a little bit, from what sounded like fear. But it wasn't directed towards Flame.. he was looking at the fight that was going on.

(le back to fight again)

Tyson lost his anger again, and managed to dodge the blades. But Twilight was too fast for a dodge...

Attack against him!
No, counter!

Tyson used his khopesh to block Twilight's dark claws, and the curved blade to flip Twilight over him, flinging him using his own inertia. (Cause SCIENCE.)

Twilight flipped over once again, ending up behind Tyson, grabbing his Khopesh with his claws. Using the momentum from Tyson's throw, he kicked Tyson in the back. Afterward, he released Tyson's Khopesh and hovered in the air, readying more condensed balls of darkness.

Dustin understood what Blizzard meant.

"It's about Tysoh, isn't it?"

Dustin then looks at the fight.

Tyson appeared to take the attack pretty well, only skidding a few feet. The khopesh returned to his hands, and he raised them, the air around the area quickly dropping in temperature. Orbs of pure ice slowly formed from the cold air, orbiting Tyson. (Haha. Ball fight.)

Okay, NO more insanity.


Meanwhile with Blizzard, he only gave a simple nod to Dustin's question.

Twilight sent some of the balls of condensed darkness towards Tyson, knowing that Tyson would be able to counter them with the balls of ice he had just formed. He formed a blade of darkness and sent that much sturdier blade flying towards Tyson as well.

(Whoops. My bad!)

Dustin understands about Blizzard feelings as he heads towards him.

"I see. But, I'm now a bit more concern about Tyson right now. I felt like he's about to go insane right now."

Blizzard nodded once more. He couldn't let his partner loose to his own father's mindset... But he was just too scared to face up to that kitsune...

Meanwhile with Tyson, he was more in control with his mind now. The insanity seemed to pass away. He sent an equal amount of ice to counter, but he still had four left. He expected the sturdier blade, now that his mind was clear. He levitated them diagonaly yet in front of him, based on the blade's trajectory.

If the blade were to curve or spin, he'd be ready to slow it down, if not stop it completely.

As Tyson focused on the blade, that was still headed straight for him, Twilight sunk into the shadow of the blade, before jumping to Tyson's shadow himself. He then jumped out of Tyson's shadow and thrust both Dark Claws at him at an incredible speed, hoping to be close enough that he wouldn't be able to defend against them.

Dustin continues to look in the direction of the battle between Twilight and Tyson.

"I don't know what to do. I realized that Tyson doesn't want me to get involved in the fight, but.....what if he needs me help?"

The question can only be unanswered until when the time comes for the wolf.

(Alright, at this point his shadow would be behind him so.... Oh crap you stabbed him in the back. And the blade is still heading for him. I think Tyson is going to lose if I can't think of anything else o.e)

Blizzard couldn't take it anymore. He lifted from the ground, and let out an ear piecing screech, and started flying, heading straight towards Twilight, icy feathers hardening and becoming covered with a layer of thick ice. It would be a matter of seconds before he'd tackle Twilight off the cliff.

Tyson, still focused on the blade, was still able to witness Twilight's shadow sink into the blade. Could he sink into his own shadow? This wasn't a very good position. But by the time he thought that, Twilight had already re-appeared, and the Dark Claws had sunk into his back, with a few drops of blood seeping from the wound. He restrained himself from yelling in pain, and bobbed his head in just the right amount of time to dodge the blade that had passed him. He clenched his fists, and ice began to form on his back, and creeped up to the Dark Claws and Twilight's real hands at a fast speed.

Twilight ripped his claws from Tyson's back and dispersed them so that the ice would fall. He reformed his Dark Claws, then heard Blizzard.

He quickly looked over to see Blizzard, and barely had enough time to leap up onto the bird's back. His shoes clacked against the ice formed on the bird, and he laughed at the fact he actually managed to get on top of him.

"This is by far the most entertaining thing that I've ever experienced!" He yelled, keeping his eyes on Tyson.

Dustin noticed Twilight getting onto Blizzard and realized that this wasn't a good sign for Tyson.

"Oh no! Come on, Flame! I know Tyson doesn't want me involve, but we got to help him and Blizzard now!"

Flame starts running with Dustin riding on him and when Flame got to the cliff wall, he starts running up it while Dustin got his sword out, ready to fight.

Tyson fell to his knees, blood still seeping from the wounds in his back. He must have hit hard. Ice began to spread more across his back, covering the wounds. He glanced up, and saw Twilight attempting to ride Blizzard. He would have to wait for the ice to close the wounds before he could help Blizzard...

Meanwhile, Blizzard twisted, turned, barrel rolled and corkscrewed around the cliff to get Twilight off of him. He was about to make a giant loop de loop, but once upside down, the feathers of ice hardened and turned into sharp spikes, injuring Twilight. Good thing the saddle was missing.

Whenever Blizzard twisted and turned, Twilight flew beside him with relative ease. He pulled away when Blizzard made the ice spikes, but a few of the spikes nicked him around the chest. 

He broke off one of the ice spikes and drove it into some others, before summoning balls of darkness to shoot at Blizzard. Twilight was under the impression that the bird would just keep moving around, but if that's how it was going to be then he was going to bite back.

Flame and Dustin were getting close to helping.

"Come on, Flame! We're almost there!"

Dustin realized this was his only chance to help as he looks at Twilight with a blast of his own fully charged.

Blizzard only wanted for Twilight to get off of him, but judging on the darkness spheres, he didn't know that. He flew downwards, spiralling to avoid the attacks. For a huge bird, he wasn't bad at evading. He then flew alongside the cliff to Tyson.

Tyson got the memo. As the spikes retreated from Blizzard's feathers, Tyson grabbed on to his wing as he flew by. Blizzard pulled upwards, helping Tyson to climb onto him, while at the same time flying upwards to pull into a roundabout around the cliff. Carefully climbing on to Blizzard's back, he looked back to see what Twilight would do next. Tyson and Blizzard weren't retreating, but did Twilight know that?

Twilight watched Blizzard fly around after Tyson climbed onto his back. He landed on the cliff and watched them, shooting some of the dark orbs in their direction, though purposefully missing as warning shots just in case they decided to come back. He kept a careful eye on them just in case they came in for another attack. He didn't know if they were leaving or not, but he wouldn't just take his eyes off of his attacker just because they looked like they were leaving.

Dustin noticed the dark orbs missing and tells Flame to stop and sees what happens.

Dustin then waits to see what his plans are next.

Tyson was raised to never run from a fight, unless in extreme circumstances. This didn't seem to extreme, except for the claw wound on his back. Sure, they were fading, but the claws were pretty sharp for darkness...

Tyson did the right thing by analyzing Twilight and his recent attacks. He never attacked unless attacked himself, and he was pretty good at taking hits. And he seemed to feed on Tyson's anger when exposed... but when close to him he assumes a forward attack instead of evasion, like with Blizzard. Plus, Twilight seemed cocky as hell. Even by his insults.

But how would he do with obstacles?

Tyson sent a command to Blizzard, and the ice pheonix swooped back down to the clifftop, dropping Tyson off. Once Tyson landed, facing Twilight, sharp stalagmites of ice quickly rose and scattered across the clifftop. (Stalagmites start from the ground up. Stalactites start from the ceiling.) They weren't positioned specifically towards himself or Twilight either.

But they started moving towards the both of them. And quickly, for chunks of ice.

Twilight raised an eyebrow at this. "Trying new tactics, are we?" He asked, jumping into the air and hovering there. If the Stalagmites got any closer, he'd fly over to the edge of the cliffside. He wasn't any worried about Tyson's bird friend. 

He formed some dark blades around him while he was at it, as another way to defend against the incoming obstacles. "Ice spikes are kind of boring though. If I were you, I'd do something like..." Twilight floated over to the rock wall that he laid his back against, and put his hand on the wall. He shot a strong blast of darkness directly at the wall, causing part of it to crumble and starting a rock slide. The rocks headed straight for the ice spikes, and if Tyson didn't move- him too. "This!"

Dustin noticed a rock slide happening.

He fired some fire blasts which made some rocks on fire, but after making them cool and super hard, he got them around the ice spikes.

Few ice stalagmites remained rushing towards Twilight, despite the fact he was in mid-air, and the others were broken from the rockslide. But the ones closer to Tyson formed a thick wall between him and the rockslides. They became slightly more dense, and when the rockslide hit, majority of the stalagmites stayed there, some of the rocks just whizzing by Tyson.

Using two hand motions, the stalagmites rose even higher and curved in a circle. The tops of the stalagmites bent inwards to form a ceiling as well, completing a rigid dome of thick, dense, opaque ice. Just like the material of the Dual Frost Khopesh he fought with.
