Name: Makkura Duivell
Nicknames: Stargazer
Age: 26
Species: Serh’Rym (closely resemble a common canine Mobian, in this case a wolf.)
Gender: M
Occupation: Vigilante, bodyguard for hire.

Appearance:
Makkura comes from a species close to the mobian strain. His overall appearance is that of a pitch black wolf mobian of average mobian size (1m60) with long fur, especially on the tail. His eyes are two glowing amethyst and one of his ear is a bit chipped off at the very top. Despite his size he is a bit heavier and bulkier than average, although it is barely noticeable.

While being casual is attire consist of plain looking clothes. A loose shirt with bland colors or a tank top, a pair of pants and baskets. He tends to prefer ample clothing in which he can move freely.
During his “Vigilante” operations he usually put on black clothing, preferably with thicker fabric, along with knee, elbow, leg and forearm protection and military style boots. His left hand is glove free while his right is donned with a special looking sort of white with silver trim armor covering up to the middle of his forearm. The back of the hand harbors a curious, rune like symbol encrusted in a golden alloy.
This particular item seems to holds personal significance and he always stores it safely while not in use.

Personality traits

Likes:
- Relaxing music, although he probably won’t admit it out loud.
- His right gauntlet is almost like a treasure for him.
- Helping people in need.
- He prefers countryside over big cities.

Dislikes:
- Surprises.
- Dampness.
- Smug looks/condescending attitude.
- Overcrowded places.
 - Bugs. Especially butterflies or beetles.

Personality:
At his very core, Makkura is an altruistic being. His sole motivation for doing what he does is to aid people, especially those in real needs. Which strangely contrasts with his attitude toward said people in general. Far from being cold he tends to heavily keeps his emotion to himself and be rather stern looking most of the time. He only opens up with especially kind people or those he views as similar to him in character.
Most of this control he holds over his feelings is a defense mechanism developed to prevent his powers from going awry and protect both his and other’s psyche from emotional overload. Which explain his uneasiness at big social event or in crowds, and especially around emotionally open individual like children.

Although his values are in the right places, he developed them in response to an overwhelming sense of guilt he hides deep in himself over the events that took place before his arrival on Mobius. At his best he is seeing it as a way to honor a person dear to him. But at his worst he merely sees himself as a phony who fail to live up to the heroism he strives for. Combined with his refrained emotion, this guilt makes him more fragile than his outer demeanor may let others think.
But everyday he grit his teeth and do what he feels is right.

Combat traits

Powers:
The Serh’Ryms feels all emotions way stronger than others races. To the point where emotional control is part of their education. Which is even more important due to their passive ability to not only physically feel the emotion of those around them but to “broadcast” theirs as well. The unbridled emotion of an individual can literally be felt meters away from them and can overwhelm other’s mind if left unchecked.

On top of that Makkura was one of the, now the only, possessors of a power his people called Mel’thaw. Or “The Gift”.
The Gift allow one to push beyond their physical abilities thanks to a key emotion/feeling that the power feeds upon. Everything gets better: eyesight, hearing, strength, stamina, agility and durability. The Gift manifest itself through an aura, which color is unique to his user, which grows in intensities and heat to signal a strength increase. In the hand of a legendary warrior, this power was proven to make his holder unmatched in every way. Even if the holder himself can turn it on and off at will, a great enough fear negates the effect of the Gift completely.
But for him, such a power is more of a curse. Due to his lack of tutelage and the emotional instability he holds himself in, the Gift feeds his wrath as much as the other way around. Creating a vicious circle that leave him in a berserk like state, unable to discern his initial target and destroying things around him. Such a misuse of the gift eventually knocks him out inconscient for days, and emotionally extinguished even longer after waking up.

As such he only uses the bare minimum the rare time, he decides to resort to it, and would rather shut it down completely than hurting anyone.

Outside of it he still possesses knowledge and training with different style of combat, both unarmed and armed. Most of it being centered around disabling enemies more than outright killing them.

Strengths:
-Training in several martial arts. Excellent physical condition.
- Overall great self-control, even if forced.
- Cares a lot about others.

Weaknesses:
- Does not open up easily.
- Is prone to self-deprecation if he is too mentally exhausted.
- Is holding back his power and fears its destructive capabilities.

Social information

Positive relations
- His adoptive family, which he visits anytime he can.
- The farm community that saw him grow up.

Negative relations

- The thing which took his world away.
- Emotionless beings such as robot.

History

Midhir was a beautiful planet. A pristine jewel surrounded by two habitable moon. A paradise that bore witness to the birth powerful and advanced race. Beings capable of conveying their feelings without a word and cultivating a rich culture. The home world presided over its two natural satellite and assured commercial and social stability. Technology was at an all time high, people were happy.
Unfortunately for Makkura, he was born long after this blissful time ended.

His birth occurred during an age of strife, a long war that already spanned for 10 years at this point. His childhood was spent sheltered from the ever-lasting conflict, but not from the achievement of the past. The young one was confused on how such a war could ever arise and although he had been given explanation the memories are now too far. Too blurry. And in hindsight the reason of the war was less important than the fact it was still raging.
The Duivel House was not renowned nor rich.  But they had a previous son who had been able to turn the tide. A Gifted, as they called him. The power he possessed was like no other. He was a golden flare of hope to finally end it all. For this he was named Telrym, “He who weave Power”. The shyer, more secretive younger brother looked up to him especially. The bound between them was unbreakable and he had faith, faith that his brother would bring back those ancient times.

But fate had different plan. The war it would seem, was just a set up.

The beginning of the end came with the total blackout of one of the moons. A whole nation going radio silent was suspicious enough to freeze the war it its track. People have been sent to investigate; none came back. Several days later, report of an unknown object entering the atmosphere was filled at the second moon. And then again, radio silence.
It took only four days before another falling star would be spotted on the home world.  After that it became clear that the worse was already coming. It begun with small towns, becoming devoid of life at a moment notice with no trace of remains to even bury. The weakened planet was slowly gnawed at. But they still had their champion. He was searching everywhere for the cause of all those horror and countless warrior followed his lead.

Unfortunately, even he was not fast enough to counter the advance of the rampant death. Information were scarce which instilled a great fear into the common citizens. Makkura at this point was merely 14 years old. And it was around this time the Gift chose to awaken in him.
But the great evil was growing out of control. The whole world was condemned to die anytime soon. Telrym came back to his ancestral home to save what he could. Both parents stayed behind while he got a hold of his brothers and ensured his safety. But he couldn’t. Not as long as he was here. The older brother got hold of a capsule prototype. Something that would get his brother out of the planet all together to a habitable planet. There was no guarantee it would work, but the alternative was too cruel to consider.  Makkura was left with precise instruction that, at the time, he blindly followed without questioning. What happened after that became hazy. A blur in his memory, maybe an intentional one. The only clear memory was a stop at the orbital station above the world and the coldness of the cryosleep he was emerged in when he left for good.

How long did he slept ? He couldn’t possibly know. His sleep was a dreamless one. Until his senses finally came back. The cold bit him as he slowly awakens. His young body shivered when the capsule opened and he fell into soft grass. The sun warmed him up as he lied here for a good moment. The crash site was shortly discovered along with him by farmers. He almost stunned them with his own fear until they had proven they were trying to help him. At first Makkura was introvert to the point he would not communicate with anyone. But the family that took him in slowly chipped away at his armor and managed to get him to acclimate to his new life. They taught him everything he needed to know and managed to get him into a comfortable situation when he was of age. He truly loved them and saw it all as a second chance. But simply working as a farmer was not what he envisioned. It was not enough to repay this new world the chance he was given.

Since this day he traveled long and large to help people in the best way he could. He was gifted himself but vowed to never hurt more than necessary. The mantle his brother left was now his to take. The only question left was if he would be able to uphold it.
