History

    Given up at birth by a poor couple trying to make ends meet and could not afford to raise a child, he was inducted into a GUN project known simply as the S.I.L.V.E.R experiment. Raised in a sterile environment, Claw was recognized for his intelligence and was deemed the prize subject, often being the final guinea pet of many trials. They implanted neuro-ley lines into his body, increasing his mental power to the point where he unlocked the ability to move objects by thought alone. They focused his upbringing in harnessing this power, before they began implementing defenses. The first was installing thick flexible claws onto his fingers, creating razor-like weapons to use when he couldn't properly use his telekinesis. An accident involving said guards fused them into his skin, making them permanent. 

    One fateful day, the lab he was holed up in was attacked. He didn't know who, nor did he care. He was the only subject of project S.I.L.V.E.R to escape, along with several experiment from neighboring projects. Since all the data of the project was erased, he's free to roam where he pleases, but he'd rather not cause any trouble.
