Oxcy the Red Panda

Back-story: During the 19th test of the 91st Phantom Ruby prototype, Dr. Eggman unveiled a rift in space, opening a portal to an alternate dimension. What came out was Oxcy the Red Panda, Pink the Otter, and Guild the Viper. The three friends were part of an elite task force in their dimension, working black ops in the military. Eggman, impressed with their knowledge and skill recruited them into tube Eggman army and Oxcy led the force and in return, Eggman promised to re-open the portal to take them back home. It wasn't until Eggman built another Metal Sonic and used him to betray Oxcy and his friends Oxcy launched a successful attack that Eggman couldn't pull off himself. Metal killed Pink and Guild, but Oxcy managed to escape and went into hiding.

Abilities/Powers:
-Trained in Ninjitsu
-Parkour Master
-Super Shoes which allow Oxcy to run at super speeds
-With enough energy, can perform Chaos Control

Personality: Oxcy is very quiet and mostly keeps to himself. He does what he thinks is right and tries to make sure everyone is safe. He's committed crimes before, only because he had to, and isn't nice with everyone. He doesn't like friends, but he always wants to do the right thing.

Appearance: Oxcy is pretty tall, standing at 5"7' and is very lean. His fur is a dark green, oddly, as his fur turns a dark red during the day. He wears a gray satchel and utility belt for his gear and wears white gloves with sharper finger tips. His shoes have two straps and are the color black with a blue trim. He has a nice, big, tail and big ears. Besides the small stripes below his eyes, he has a scar across his ear which he got from the battle with Metal Sonic. His eyes curve in like Tails' eyes and are the color red when his fur is green and green when his fur is red.

There are no 500 best GUN agents or high ranking Eggman goons. Most of those already exist and can be found in the canon character listing. This also means no 500 ARK projects[/size]
