Shiv the Jackal

Well! Here's my first character bio. Since I realize the forum has a strict no Chaos Emerald rule type thing, I suppose that Shiv will be part of the non-canon group? (Though she doesn't have/ never had an emerald in her possession) Any-who, hope this is good, it's been quite a while since I've written out a bio like this.. ^^ Also for further character bios should I make completely new threads or change this to a thread for specifically my characters alone?


Name: Nathifa Nazari
Nicknames: Shiv

Appearance: Caramel colored fur, dark brown muzzle. Her eyes are a flat orange color, that glow slightly, one of the few outward signs that she is a cyborg, beside her arm. She has hair that spikes out from the back of her head to the side, two up and two down, and then comes up over the top of her head and curls to the left. Her hair color is maroon as is the tip of her tail. The flesh on her left arm was all burnt away, revealing the mechanical parts underneath, silver with a black orb for the shoulder and a black palm and wrist with pointed segmented fingers. Shiv wears an elbow high glove on her right hand, with a black rings around her wrist. She wears a vest that is part of a Delta Industries uniform, that consists of a vest, that is black and white, black on her left. The front edge of the black part is on the right side of her chest, and below her chest it crosses over to the left. The seam on the back where the colors meet goes right down the center of her back. There is a glowing orange marking on the upper left portion of her vest that is a rectangle with a right angle triangle next to it, on the right of the rectangle, with the two edges of the triangle that make up the right angle facing left and upward. She wears knee-high boots that are grey with black around the lower edge and go up in the back of the bottom at the heel. There is also black around the top of the heel is a half-circle, the round part facing forward.

Personality: Shiv is very headstrong and brash in confrontations, and very reclusive and shy when not wanting to be noticed. She often does not think things through and will more often than not take the most chaotic and destructive path to meet her goals. Under most circumstances she avoids being in contact with others, and is very untrustworthy, unless she feels they aren't a liability to her freedom, or she stands to gain something from the interaction. 



Combat traits

Powers: Enhanced strength and durability from her mechanical endoskeleton, and ability to harness chaos energy, albeit at a heavy cost to her health. Doing so will drain her energy and sustained use of chaos powers will undoubtedly kill her.

History

 Nathifa Nazari was kidnapped by Delta Industries, a weapons and military research and production corporation, at the age of seventeen, from an orphanage. Over the three years after she had been captured she was experimented on and heavily enhanced with a stolen and upgraded Nocturnus endoskeleton. Over those three years she was irradiated heavily with chaos energy heavily and put under extreme stress while in close proximity to a Chaos emerald in an effort to force her to learn to harness the power, which in the end she did however, she was unable to use the powers to much great effect, and she was worn down very easily after each use, this however might have been in part due to being put under extreme duress while forcing her to access the powers. Toward the end of her third year, she had a breakthrough and was able to deliver a chaos blast to the side of the building, which caused an explosion. The explosion hurt her bad but was enough of a distraction to allow her to escape alive from the clutches of the mad doctor, though she suffered terrible damage to the biological flesh of her left arm, which eventually she managed to get cleaned up. Now, after beginning to go by the name of "Shiv" she is on the run from the corporation that changed her life and altered her body.
