Appearance:

4 feet 8 inches with a thin build with a neutral posture. Wearing a dark purple and gold uniform that resembles nobility,A body resembling a robotized mobian (robian) with the metal colorings of Dark blue and silver with red glowing eyes and other glowing parts, Bleeds a glowing blue blood when injured, uniform has a white scarf. Inside of the coat is a holster for a golden C-beam (Cutter Beam) pistol and carries around a High frequency Rapier. Tail is in 3 parts resembling a metal bird tail and the hair is also in movable segments just like the tail.

A cold Calculated leader with a French accent. His public speaking is top notch and loves to work on propaganda to better show the legion in a good light. He is not prone to anger and tends to speak like a gentlemen of noble blood. He doesn't care about his enemy thinking them as lower than him ,but those that surprise him in combat or shown they are capable of one on one duels he respects even though they are his enemy. He likes to also mold fresh recruits into respectable soldiers. Although he pushes them to their limits in harsh training

-Suffers from Ghost Pain. A symptom of robians and cyborgs post robotization/surgery that feel immense pain due like a piece of there body is missing. A nanomachine drug is used to suppress it, but must be taken every 3 waking hours

History

Lothar was born into a family of nobility that worked for the Acorn Kingdom as Allies. However the family felt that there must be a change in the balance of power. When Dr.Robotnik started his war against the Kingdom, the Lothar Family succeeded and formed their own small nation. The Lothar family hired mercenaries in an attempt to weaken the two large factions, hoping to further tip the balance of power. Unfortunately, this did not work as planned due to both of the super powers having access to more troops and resources than the mercenaries they could employ.
Due to the failure the family and there loyal forces left in an exodus on civilian ships to bid there time so when the kingdom, eggman empire and the new player in town the United federation wipe each other out they can inherit the planet, but the situation got worst.

When the secret colony disguised as a secondary moon. The Ark. Fired the Eclipse Cannon the destruction of the half of the moon space debris hit the fleet of ships destroying Eberhard's father's ship and leaving himself and his mother seriously injured. In order to save his life agents from his forces captured an old robotizer and robotized there Duke in order to keep the blood line going. The device only had enough power for one robotzation so Eberhard Mother was in critical condition and was placed in suspended animation with only a computer attached to her brain to allow her to communicate with her son.

The destruction of half of the moon did have something. Alien relics from a long dead civilization allowed them to rebuild there fleet and build a home within the structure of the ancient star ship. There Lothar formed the Lunar CommonWealth. A small nation to rebuild his old nation to its former glory.
