Character's music?

The title explains all, but...

I request that you use only one character...
And it can be pretty much any music.

I'll wait until someone else posts their list before I do. Because reasons

Okay i wasn't sure what music to use  for my character  but i feel like this will do (^_^)

Aw Burn..Whenever I hear the Castle Crashers sountrack, I always think back to our old RP's back in the day, we'd always use those songs for our RP's :')

Anywho...Not sure which character I'd like to think about..I'll say Six, since Ive been giving him so thought recently.

For a song for him, I'd say Sleepwalking by Bring Me The Horizon. I'd say that's a good title for him, Sleepwalking, cause he essentially is. And I absolutely adore this cover of the song, so I'll leave this here

It seems befitting of a character who's lost a lot to love, and life seems to revolve around the more... negative sides of it.

I'll toss the Virus here cause he's one of the few mains that I have had a clear themesong from for a while (Read two years)

For Envy, I'd have to go with the nightcore version of Wolf in Sheep's Clothing...

You have to think about it a bit before it makes sense... And now I reeeeallly want to make a survival kind of roleplay... Based on the concept of a wold in sheep's clothing (Anyway I'm not gonna keep you waiting.) Even the voice sounds like  a pretty pissed off Envy in a combination of a giddy, angry. and heavy in-your-face manner.

Actually seen that song live, Envy ;D Set It Off are a nice band going right now...Obviously it wasn't nightcore'd but still! I'm a fan of the song xD

This would definitely be my characters theme... But in all seriousness it would have to be this, because i believe it kinda shows thunders background and his feelings and something that may happen in a rp in the near future

I'll have to use Helena, because I know two years ago when I joined with another account that I used one of these songs as a theme for her. The title of it is "So Cold" by Breaking Benjamin.



The song seems to speak to me as it comforts me in a way, if not make me feel sad inside.

Did I ever say one song only? Well I never said that you couldn't have more than one.

I love Nightcore, deal with it. 

This one could actually be Envy against himself, or even Psycho (Envy's emotion) trying to break him in order to take over.

I'm really really really bad with themesongs since my usual go-to music is just game soundtracks because I'm trash.

Oh gods.. I can never make a choice between all the songs i listen to be a good theme for my characters..
Think that right now i'll have to go with this song as Cyril's theme even though that might change in the future.

My biggest problem with selecting character music, is the fact I'm so inconsistant with my backstories.. so some days, one song sounds perfect and is then just dreadful the next.

Wow, surprised to see this topic come back to the top at all. Well, fair enough. Ahem.

Mixed bag now when it comes to theme music. I used to go with a lot of really old and cringe tracks for my characters. First track I suppose I'll go for something non-Sonic (since I do non-Sonic stuff a lot lately)



Main reason being because this is an actual real song. And I love the lyrics to it and everything. Long story short, the lyrics resonate perfectly with the character I use, Sypher, who pretty much struggles with day to day life but fights through it valiantly for the sake of her deceased brother. #givethisgirlanoscar

Though, uh, when it comes to actual Sonic, I usually lack lyrics to go with the songs, and well, this is a theme that was sort of helped along by a friend of mine.



This is for Kila, a dragon-like alien from another planet far from Earth/Mobius (whatever you go with, honestly) with a full clan behind him pretty much. I've been reworking their story for a while, but long story short, Kila is the leader of the species and is extremely strong and dangerous.

That's all there really is to it. The music kind of helps portray that I hope. xD

Maxie's theme song is Nelly Furtado - Afraid!
Thought this fit REALLY well. Being scared of what people think of you, and being scared of what you'll become if you fade into the background. Maxie strives for attention and the spotlight, and gains confidence through it.


Ragnilde's theme is Passion Pit - Constant Conversations!
I just really like the beat of this song. I did originally want to go with Red Vox - In The Garden since the lyrics and the message match up with her a lot more (and I love that song), buuuut Constant Conversations won me over, the tune just fits her a lot better. Being unstable, a mess, and hearing the conversations of others with the paranoia of it being about you. She's miserable and sad, and I think the song conveys it a lot better and a lot more solemnly than In The Garden.

Ira's themesong is When Good Turns Evil ~ Grailknights.
I chose this song because of the way his story is about to go. I still need to develop him in rps a bit more to be able to go through with some final tweaks and changes, but what I basically want to do with him is described in the song

"Don't let the beast within,
Take control,
Try to escape to resume your liberty,
Never accept it to last eternally."

I just felt that When Good Turns Evil fit him the best. I might find another song some time that fits him even better but I'm sticking with this for now!


Winter (Aleksandra)'s theme is I Will Not Bow ~ Breaking Benjamin.
I chose this song because it reflects on her damaged trust in people and her traumas from the past. She's got a hard time trusting people because the people she loved betrayed her in the past, locking her away for over 50 years, only to be freed and thrown into a completely transformed world afterwards, all alone with no one she knows.
