Title open to suggestion

Plot: A legend about enchanted gems and an evil witchdoctor turns out to be true, now, Tenebris magicae has returned, those who join this story can be with or against him, both sides must recover/steal the hidden gems to stop/help Tenebris gain the power to rule the world (Free cookie for the first person to figure out something about Tenebris's name, but I'm not giving any hints)

Besides the fact it roughly translates to 'dark' or 'darkness', sometimes 'world', and is a fairly common evil villain name in certain forms of fiction, I can't think of anything else that immediatly springs to mind

..besides the fact his name is basically just 'Dark Magic'


Anyway, the plot is.. simple. Very fairytale, as nearly all mythological things are, and very traditional with what he's looking for. Just.. be wary with using enchanted gems in a Sonic setting. I'll confess, my first instict was 'oh it's the chaos emeralds', but I'm sure you're not trying to break anyrules here, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt.

Anyway, as I said, it's a very simple plot. If you draw it out, I can easily see it becoming a long lasting one, but I can see it being something that may suffer the curse of cliches.


...not that there's anything truly wrong with that, mind you, it's just something to be wary of.

Yea I rate the same careful about these Gems make sure they represent totally different properties to those of chaos. Other from that I think this could be interesting and would not not being apart of.

I myself LOVE latin, and Tenebris is another form of Tenebrae (Darkness) meaning the villain's name is probably Dark, Darker, or Darkest.

Back on track doe, I'd like to join in, Envy helping Tenebris get the gems. He'll slash, smash, and stab his way to the top, Maybe.
