Do you mean the part that says "Newbie"?

If so you go up by posting, when you hit a certain amount of posts it'll go up~

I forget the exact requirements, but I believe the top ranks are 500 posts (Master) 800 (Legend, my current rank at the time of posting) and 100 (Hero, which is the very top and what I'm so close to. xP)
