Personality: Sammie is a friendly girl with a bright future ahead of her as a weapons creator. She adores and has some sort of crush on Travis "Raven" McGable ever since he found her surviving on her own and taking her as his partner in crime. Sammie is independent or at least she believes so since she survived so long on her own. Sammie is deeply interested in learning how weapons work and has created some pretty high quality weapons. Sammie becomes angry when people treat her as if she is a child and that she cannot be trusted.

Appearance: Sammie often wears long skirts with flower designs on them and long-sleeved shirts that have pictures of female superheroes on them. Sammie doesn't wear shoes unless she's told to. Sammie also wears a black backpack that holds all of her necessities such as food, water, self-defense, and her teddy bear, Dead-Eye. Sammie has her black hair in the style of a ponytail, her fur is a steel color, and she has dark blue eyes. Sammie is around 2'6 tall and is very skinny which is good for her since she is able to get into small spaces easily.

Likes: Weapons, crafting weapons, Travis "Raven" McGable, her stuffed bear, Mr. Dead-Eye, and helping Travis out on his missions.

Dislikes: Not being trusted, Travis' girlfriends except for Serena, Travis getting hurt, getting captured, and being told not to play with the weapons.

Positive Relationships: Travis "Raven" McGable - Ever since Travis took Sammie in, Travis has been taking care of her as if she were his child. Travis also tends to take her on missions that he feels is good for her.

Torque - Torque, Travis' best friend and black market dealer, sees Sammie as his apprentice. While she may not enjoy it, Torque gives Sammie something similar to schoolwork so that Sammie's knowledge and skill will improve. Torque even gives Sammie special orders to see if she could one day become a legendary weapons crafter.

Serena - Serena used to be one of Travis' girlfriends in the past. Serena is a coyote with a dreadlock ponytail, brown eyes, gray fur, and a military look to her. Serena is still around since she is taking up contracts as a hit-woman. Serena is 5'5 tall, 34 years old, and is currently living in a cabin in the middle of the woods but not too far from Station Square. Serena treats Sammie as if she were her own daughter and treats her to special evenings filled with fun activities to do.

Negative Relationships: None at the moment.

Strengths:

- Sammie is small and able to sneak around high security areas as long as someone helps her get past the security systems.

- Sammie is an unconventional enemy which works to her advantage since most people won't kill or hurt a child. She is able to catch her enemies off their guard when it is revealed that she is the one who has been causing them problems.

- While young, Sammie knows how to operate some nonlethal weapons and devices thanks to her experience crafting weapons and explosives.

Weaknesses:

- Sammie is easy to capture or take down once caught since she is not strong enough to fight back.

- Sammie's well-being is a concern for Travis since she is so young despite the fact that Travis allows her to tag along on missions. Because of this, Sammie is often targeted in order to get to Travis.

- While she does have a bright future as a weapons crafter, Sammie's weapons will often jam up or backfire on her, allowing for the perfect opportunity to take her down.

Background Story: Sammie Lapp is a ten year-old with a bright future ahead of her despite tragic events that took place in her life. Sammie was left at an orphanage as a baby simply because her parents didn't want her. Sammie suffered from emotional abuse from the caretakers and other children there. After a grueling 9 years, Sammie hatched a plan and escaped by developing an IED and blasting through a wall. Sammie successfully escaped and headed into the city which became her new home. Sammie became a known thief due to the fact that she would create nonlethal weapons and devices to distract shopkeepers. Sammie tried to the same thing on Travis which ended up in disaster for her or so she thought. When Sammie tried the same thing on Travis in order to obtain his sniper rifle, Travis cornered Sammie and disarmed her of all her weapons and devices. Travis noticed that nearly all of the weapons that Sammie had in her possession were well-crafted and homemade. Travis, thinking that there was a valuable opportunity in this, took Sammie in and supported her. Now, Travis trusts Sammie ever since she proved herself on an important contract. Sammie helps upgrade Travis' weapons to the best of her abilities and often helps him set up distractions when on missions.
