Reminiscent

Something something reminders. *Click* "Ah, but what about reminders do you need to be reminded about? What is the cause for your forgetfulness? Why as beings do we finite knowledge in a infinte pool to drink from. Silly yes? Why do we take sips instead of taking gulps of knowledge? Some say answers aren't for everyone. The sound of a remote being pressed is heard in the noisy diner. 
Station Square. The place for the powerful and not for the weak. Maybe the weak can survive here but they will not prosper.

In this outdated diner sat one brown hedgehog. The Diner was dimly lit. It was one of those type of diners where most of silmy and dirty beings tend to gather. A place not really sutiable for the average mobian who can't handle themselves. This one brown hedgehog could. Now you say Brown Hedgehog to someone here you'd get some reactions. Some good, some bad and some puzzled. But he has had an impact here whether it was warranted or not. But however this brown hedgehog didn't have the most common stereotypical look. His Hair covered most of his fur pelt. His hair popped out his head like bolts of lightning without such sharp edges. It was soft to the touch. It had yellow stripes going dowm the middle of the splits of his hair. Those also having a less obvious markings. He sat on the main table stirring a mug of cheap tea. It was fresh as wisps of steam had came from the opening. The only thing ln the hedgehog's face was a dull gold bandana covering his muzzle and acts as a scarf. He had a black jacket that's unzipped from the bottom up. It was all you could see from the torso up.

The hedgehog had bright golden eyes as it stared up into the small flatscreen tv. He blankly grabbed a packet of sugar as he poured it in his tea it dissolved almost instantly. He grabbed spoon provided by the diner workers and started stirring. He briefly glanced at his tea before looking back at the tv. The program on before had him stuck to his thoughts. He seem easily approachble.

A tired day it had been. This little criminal had had her fun breaking into different buildings for one day. It was shame really. She had such hig expectations for this location, especially because of it's history and it's popularity among insiders and outsiders. But as the day went by it had become such a drag she became bored by mid afternoon. She wasn't to intrested in cheap, ugly shapped, jewles. She never had a desire for chaos emeralds that much. Besides thy're were much more powerful and rare artifacts to be seen.

Never-the-less, it didn't matter much. All she cared for now was a nice slice of pie. And this humble dinner wouldbe sutable. The door swung open without care slightly cracking the glass when she entered. For a few moments the civillians within the establishment looked back at her before ignoring hr the finish there meqal. She sat next to the brown hedgehog seinging her legs back and forthe while humming slightly as she waited for the waiter behind the counter to take her order.

Soon enough the ma came by,smile on his face. "Ey miss, what'll you 'ave ta'day?" He grinned whipping up the counter in front of her before laying the mat bac upon the metal surface. "Tall strawberry milkshake, and a cherry pie." She lickedher lips, mouth watering justspeaking of pie. Her bushy tail flicking back and forth."no problem." He left the raccoon to give her order to the cheif. "If its one thing you humans can do right is make sme delicious food." She grinned, sharp pointed teeth glinting in the light hungirly. She looked like she could eat anything just about now.

The main door swung open...

Stepping inside, a rather short figure wearing an odd cloak of sorts looked around the room, deep, glowing yellow eyes shining from within the hood's darkness. Rubbing their hands together, they glanced around the room... wasn't the most pleasant thing in the world, but it was something.

"Can I get a drink in here...?" The voice spoke, pitch being quite high and gesturing to the fact that it was likely a child. Around their neck was an odd gem... yellow in colour. Even looking at it felt warm.

The fur that was exposed on the figure was red, and they looked between the people present.... eyes looming specifically on the brown hedgehog in the corner. "..."

The masked individual stopped stirring his tea as he set his spoon down. He looked to his side as he saw the Raccoon. She was unnervingly giddy. He payed no mind to it as the newcomer caught his attention. He was looking at him so he looked back. Only without malice, only curiosity. He broke his gaze as he took a sip off the mug. Not before letting his bandana down to due so. Mocha muzzle was greeting to the air as it gulped down the sweet, cheap nectar.

Said child simply went closer to the main counter's general region, and asked again. "Well...? Can I?" So the voice definitely sounded like it belonged to a boy. He had broken the gaze from the hedgehog after a pause, keeping the hood upon his head, and he just waited, hoping for an answer... he quickly tucked the yellow necklace away into his cloak, and frowned lightly...

The waiter came by, still a happy smile on his face. He grinned at the boy. This guy was like a zombie or something because he'd act like this to even the strangest people that came in. He'd just....Smile. It started to nerve the raccoon. He was to Happy for her energy.

The waiter whipped the area in front of the boy proceeding to grin like nothing was wrong. "And What would you like to drink sonny?" He asked. The human male was starting to Make Melancholy twitch  but she managed not to strangle anyone. She was however curious by the Young boy who sat down across from her. How yummy~ A little boy with a secrete. Immortal or Mortal was the question.

With a flick of an eyebrow the brown hedgehog looked down at his shirt. The orange pendant from long ago still hangs around his neck. He hasn't seen this thing in action for years. But something told him that the boy might know something. He planned out his movements carefully before acting on them. He took his mug and sat next to the boy without saying a word.

The young boy simply rubbed his neck a little, a bit unsure what to think of the odd waiter guy. "Just water or something." He stated quite dryly, feeling pretty thirsty. However he looked to the right without turning his head. Something odd suddenly surged through him. The yellow crystal he was consealing was... almost thinking, or saying something out loud. Who knew. The kid simply looked back to just in fromt of him. If the brown hedgehog was going to say something he would.

"Nice necklace. the stranger said to the young boy. His voice was smooth and spoke with a quick tongue. He held his hands like he was about to twiddle his thumbs but didn't. Bis eyes gazed the area but then rested back on the dirty wooden counter. A man coughed violently before it stopped. It was nlthunf but background noise to him.

Glancing to the brown hedgehog, he nodded subtly. "...Thanks. You have a nice one too." He simply replied. He seemed to be quite uncomfortable and a little nervous talking to the brown hedgehog specifically for some reason.

The waiter chuckled comming back with his drinks and set them down before leaging to go and take more orders. The raccon sipped her strawberry milkshake watching the two become familiar before she intergected in heir nice conversation. She chuckled swishing her tail back and forth for a moment beforfe she spoke. "I smell something a little fishy~" she spoke aloud looking at the two hedgehogs, "or mayb it's just someone hiding something a little to obvious to be seeennn" she giggled childishly turning her eyes to them. "Maybetwo, but only one of them seens a bit more intresting~"

His ears flicked at sound of the raccoon's voice. He took in what she said and kept his opinion inside.
"So Sam. I know you got questions. So lay it on me. He went straight to the point.
He already knew it was Sam. Only one person in the world would still keep a happinrss crystal.

The kid looked back towards the raccoon, after he gave a small thanks to the waiter and started to take a few mouthfuls of the water, before he put the glass down. He was about to respond to the raccoon, but hearing the hedgehog's next line made him stop for a moment. The figure turned back to face the counter he was at. "...Here's one. Where did you vanish to, Spark?" He questioned, not making any eye contact or anything, taking another drink from the water. His throat was quite sore.

He paused for a second gathering his thoughts. 
"That's a good question. Why did I vanish?"He stated after.
He stopped again. The brown mobian had trouble recalling his memories.
"Last exact thing I remember is the Shadow Blade commander Reaper... We were in the Underworld I think? I was visiting Flame.. or trying to find her. It's all fuzzy. But other than the things that happened. I still remember my friends." He looked down onto the counter.

The raccoon felt a little ignored and she rather enjoyed being the center of whatever was going one. She sipped some more milk Shake before tossing it behind her. "Some one has a slight case of amnesia, as most of you Mobians I have noticed." She chuckled.

"...Uh huh." Sam shuffled a little bit on the seat, getting comfortable, before taking another swig. He looked to the raccoon. "Is that a new friend, Spark?" Sam asked, his yellow, glowing eyes being visible underneath the darkness of the hood.

[colot=yellow]"Not that I know of no."[/color]He replied to Sam first before taking notice of the Raccoon. He set his eyes on her as he glanced at her features and physique before answering her.

"Well amnesia is certainly common I'll give you that." He looked to the raccoon.  He had a slightly annoyed expression as he spoke, then changed to an amused smile.
