Appearance: (Skin, hair, etc.) Peach colored muzzle, gray eyes and beige fur. Blonde short hair (I don't know how to describe it accurately im sorry i can't hair), and brownish spots, same color as arms.
Casual Attire: Colored t-shirt with shorts or long sleeve t-shirt with jeans, sometimes accessory goggles over his hair, gray and black or  all gray sneakers.
Occupation: Student/Mechanic
Likes: DnB music, fast food reasturants, machines, videogames, running in open space, mechanics, engineering and building machines, puzzle games, parties.
Dislikes: Funerals, Others tampering with inventions and property without consent, Malfunctions with inventions, Betrayal against the innocent, voodoo dolls or anything of the sort.
Strengths: Well, he's a friggin cheetah, so of course he's gonna run fast. But how fast?

Well since this is the Mobian world, we can say about 500 mph, which is slower than Sonic (No problems there, right?). He normally depends on his inventions, or at least MAKING an invention to help him in a fight. So if he were in an area with tons of salvagable scrap metal, wires, etc, he could probably make something to his advantage.
Weaknesses: However, since he can be quite dependent if he dosen't bring any invnentions with him, he's left on his own, fighting with his speed, and limited attack power. So disarming him in a barren wasteland is his weakness. Zetski also tires out the faster he runs, and even if he breaks his normal 500 mph limit, that'll just tire him out even more. The point where he starts to tire out is at about 325 mph. Also, when he gets a little scared, there's a chance that he'll discharge electricity from his body, ranging from a tiny zap to an ear ringing pop.

Personality: He's usually polite and friendly when he's around other friends and family, and won't hesitate to show off his latest inventions. But alone, he usually works on inventions, making him a little seclusive. With rivals and enemies, he's not quick to talk, more or less make a witty comeback, and usually stays away from them unless he's prepared with his inventions. Without them, he feels he can't take them on.
Powers: He's able to conduct electricity through his body, or even summon some electricity from his fingertips. With the use of his inventions, he can do much more.

Bio: (Work in progress, but basically he has great parents, father was a pilot, mother took care of Zetski, both of them had some accident, paralyzed from the waist down, no biggie, dad tried to run again just for the feeling of freedom, had another accident, hit his head pretty hard, mom couldn't take care of Zetski alone, Echo came along, parents agreed to sign Echo as legal guardian, Zetski still visits parents, and now Echo and Zetski are best buddies, Zetski still goes to school but he's usually free on holidays and weekends. Boom. Yeah. I'll put this in detail later.)
