Strengths:

Tranquility is very agile, and thus moves very quickly and easily. It can make her very hard to catch.
The fact that she is an angel chao can give her a good reputation depending on how those around her take appearances.
She knows her way around words, and is a very good speaker.

Weaknesses:

Like the other two, it isn't that difficult to overpower her.
If someone acts nice, she tends to believe that they are good as a whole. She is very naive in this sense.
Can be treated like a child due to her species.
She doesn't really have any significant abilities.

Equity (Hero Garden Guardian): She can sense the good in Equity, and thus gets along with him very well. She disapproves of some of his actions as Neutral Garden Guardian, but feels that he could improve if he really wants to work to get better. She doesn't mind him feeling comfortable about the way he runs things now, but it worries her sometimes.

Discord (Dark Garden Guardian): Tranquility thinks of Discord as a ruffian (Which, he is) and dislikes his policies a lot. She sees no good in him and refuses to try and give him a chance, as he has not given her a chance either.
Known relatives: She can't remember. She's been reborn twice and has been a Chaos Chao for quite a bit.

Personality: Tranquility known as the nicest of the three garden guardians. She often treats the chao living in the garden she watches over with the utmost respect and kindness. Of course, she expects to be treated the same way and often loses her patience with jerks. She can be easy to fool too, if someone does something nice for her or for anyone else and she witnesses it, she is likely to believe they are good all around.

She has been described as overall nice to be around, and nice to hang out with. She definitely tries her best in her work and does everything she can to avoid fighting and arguing. If there is a fight or an argument, she will try to resolve the problem with words rather than violence. That doesn't mean she cannot hold her own in battle. In fact, she is the most well rounded of the three guardians and can be shown to even be perhaps more capable than the other two are.

Attire: She always wears a lavender colored scarf, holding a small pink spotted orb.

Items & Weapons:

Angel's Orb- It seems like a normal orb colored pink with lighter pink spots. It seems to radiate a strange energy, but the energy is very small in amount and it takes a honed sense to really be able to pick up on it. Nothing else too fantastic about it.
