Hikari the Hedgehog

Fur Details: His spines are curved upward, much like Shadow the Hedgehog's. One stray spine does go down his right eye.

Body Build:He has a well-built body, and doesn't seem too bulky.

Clothing: He has a white t-shirt and shorts colored the same. On top of those, he has copper shoulder guards and a small chest plate to go with. He has copper plated gloves and has gray bandages around his arms up to his elbows. He has copper plated shoes and has gray cloth trimmed with a copper color running down both his shoulders and down his back. He has more bandages around his legs and up to his knees.

Accessories: He has two scars forming an "X" on his right cheek, and he also has a copper ear ring on his left ear. He has a small bronze medallion with his name carved onto it, yet it is unreadable to most.

Perks: He is good at sizing up a situation, and knows when he should not get involved with a certain topic. He is extremely polite and treats others exceedingly well, which helps him in first impressions. He is also a quick thinker, and knows what to do when situation demands it.

Flaws: He is quiet shy, and usually tries to avoid others. He is a very nervous type, and always has trouble when attention is on him. He has low self-esteem and seems to get put down quite easily, making him a sensitive closed-off type.

Hikari was born in a group called, "Tribe of Holy Light". He was the son of the chief and had only one older brother with no other siblings. He was always growing up in his brother's shadow and never received any notice from the rest of his people. Since his brother was older, Hikari was not to become the tribe's next chief. Through the years, he did go to school and learned the combat basics of his people, using the power of light and how to use it for self-defense. After completing his training, he was told he could not leave the tribe, and keep all he learned secret from the rest of the world. The tribe had a tradition of never letting outsiders into the tribe, and vice versa. A year after finishing his training, Hikari could not  control his curiosity, and he sneaked out to see the world while his parents were gone and his brother was asleep. When he returned a few hours later, he saw his parents waiting for him. His father yelled and screamed at him, saying his brother had woken up and gone looking for Hikari, coming back hurt and injured, only to pass away in his sleep soon after. Hikari's struck him on the cheek two times and glared at his son, only saying, "Both my sons died this night." Hikari was exiled from the tribe, no longer wanted by his people. He travels around and tries to avoid people, only wanting to explore the world he was kept from.
