I feel like we need an Admin from America... Or atleast different from the others, because all four of them are near almost the exact same time zones, so they go to sleep at the same times, and then when stuff happens while they are asleep, no one is there to do anything.

My two cents:

I think that four administrators are plenty for a forum this size.  However, since they're concentrated in near time zones, I agree with the concept - we could be better off with having staff on hand at any given time.  Perhaps one or two moderators who are not from the cluster of time zones of the administrators.

In truth we don't really need more admins. 4 is already a crazy amount for this small of a forum. However, like Quiet Light suggested. We need Moderators. Specifically..like Hype said..one from America. I think just one would be good. Don't need an overflow of moderators like we already have with admins. But having someone to keep the peace while the other staff is away is definitely needed.

considering we have roughly 275 members. Overall the best idea is to have 1 admin ever 25 members. Thus by definition the amount of admins is on the low side.

It is true however that we need somebody in the American timezone to mod the chat. It had been discussed months ago. And many who would be most in touch however have too big of issues to give them said powers.

If the ask for them truly is as big as it is I will discuss it with Tank and Burn who is best suited.

Could potentially have people put themselves forward? Sort of an audition process for Admins, to see who'd actually be interested, and make it easier to identify who'd be best at dealing with the job. Maybe an application form with job-relevant scenarios and questions and such to make it easier to decide?
