At first, Deux can seem very quiet and unwilling to meet new people. He seems like a very serious kind of guy on the outside but he is not really that way at all. He is a very easygoing and laidback guy. Once he gets going though, usually adventuring, he can be very hasty. He is very stubborn about many things, and once he has his sights set on something, he won't stop until he reaches his goal.

He even enjoys making friends and meeting new people most of the time. He likes goofing around with his friends, but he doesn't really go too far when it comes to goofing off. He is often annoyed when people are a little too immature, to the point where only a small child would find their actions funny. He will often try to stop fights between his friends, or just try stop fights between others in general. This can lead to him seeming a little nosy, but he has good intentions.

Sometimes thinking back on his past memories can make him very sad and afraid, he hates being alone of course. Sometimes he can seem very clingy. Deux often tries to push his problems and memories in the back of his mind, trying to get rid of them by forgetting them instead of facing them head on.
