Let's Play a Game....

It was, how you say, muddy and wet. BORING! She was left in the house since her father left for business though she couldn’t recall why and where he was going and how long he was going to stay there but she did remember watching him leave in upset matter. She didn’t want him to leave her here by herself…she didn’t know how to take care of herself without him either, who would do her checkups even though most of the time they were in tip top shape as they can be? He was supposed to teach her new things today…it was close to the second month since he left and since then it all it did was rained. She hate the rain which she showed with a pout on her as she leaned on the window shill her knees on her bean bag chair, even though she calls it her bed since she came here, as she watched the rain poor and her ears would twitch softly at the noise.
She wanted it to stop raining right now for she can go out and play so her thoughts began to continue to ramble until she ran up the stairs, to the small laboratory aka her room, Ciel thought maybe if she stayed in there would go faster like it always does when she’s usually in here with her father. Ceil waited for a while but still heard rain outside…she was beginning to become angry and because of it ghostly like claws appeared from her.
Just as fast as it appeared it vanished and her eyes blinked when she seen the rain had finally stop. Oh she was so happy and in just down a couple steps then out the door she was outside. Even though it was muddy from the pour she didn’t care at the moment but she stop when she began to realize something only the front part of her home was wet, why is that? Though she soon gotten her answer when she heard snickering then felt water splash on her from above….her fur and clothes was wet from it and her band on her head was on the muddy ground from the force of the water. “That was for hurting my brother!” She heard but what did he mean? All they did was play together…now seeing that he did too so be it….

With a giggle she looked at her father for a while as he checked her up once he was finished he looked at her. "What are you giggling about?" He rose a brow with question as his thick Italian accent came out with a smile so she smiled as well, her tail wagged slightly. "The electricity tickles..." The experiment said as her ears went back and tail twitched. She looked over the window before he said anything else. "You know you can't go outside yet Ciel." He said with a sigh as he got up he put his hands on her face they locked eyes at each other for a good couple of minutes. "I know...." She spoke.
Dream...
Ciel sat on the roof the building, her legs up to her chest as she sat there her tail limp with no movement except from the breeze that went past her softly. She gave a sigh as she looked at the empty parking lot of her father’s house with sniff she wondered where he went and did he abandon her? She wonder with the dark thought she tried to shake it away but couldn't and started to think about the invite she gotten from a Snow Tiger with a steam wheel necklace. 'You have great abilities and you should use them how you want them.....since you get bored of helping people then try joining with me?' As the woman’s words ran through her head soon wavy ghost like figures appeared behind her.
They moved slightly up behind her as her eyes was closed when she opened them the clawed like hands dived up taking a life of male from the roof the dive was so quick the male couldn't even scream in pain as he was pulled down. She looked at him for a quick a minute before she smiled with a giggle. "You should've careful and pick someone of your own level…..or else you’ll lose.." A cheerful smile formed on her face and tail moved softly.
Since her master was gone and left her alone she might as while make the best of it and have some fun.

it had all started with a nice afternoon stroll. The kind the racoon usualy took to clear his head. His shop was making slow going and if things didn't get any better soon he'd have no choice but to go back to killing for a living. Not a prospect he was in paticular looking forward too. But really, if I kept his little family fed and clothed.... it wasn't that he minded.. it was the enemies he made by it that could provided a potential threat.
He'd been shaken from his ponderings about his financial situation by a rather odd local shower, targetting only the front of a house. His expression imidiatly scrunched into one of annoyance. Powers. If there was one thing the raccoon hated in the world it was people with powers. They relied on them completely, abused them, caused mass amount of havoc with them. Just look what happened to station square recently. Though he prided himself in having been able to best anyone with powers many a time again even though he had none himself. Just through wit and a few well placed explosive traps.
The shower had stopped and out came a gurl, only to receive another splash of water on the head. He wondered if some sort of bullying was going on and had almost decided to get involved when something strange happened and there was a body on the ground the the girl giggling merily.
Toxic, though not the most educated person in the world, had little trouble plotting a course of action for this. When the bodies started hitting the floor, you didn't play hero, you got out of there like every sane person and pretended you hadn't seen anything, especialy when the killer was still around.
Naturally the black and neon green racoon looked pointedly forward and attempted to resume his strolll in a casual fashion even though his expression was carefully strained

Ciel was laughing as the male suffered in the grab of the power from her back that continued to crush him until he could breathe anymore then let go. The body was now limp and dead there wasn't even a last breathe he hit the ground. She walked over to the body getting ready to step on it but stopped.The smile on her face soon turn to a questionable look and looked around. She didn't understand what happened at all but seen the body that were around her laying on the muddy wet ground lifeless she didn't know what to say about but just looked.
What would her father say if he seen this mess that layed on over the ground in the front yard at the thought if her getting in trouble made her worry and nibbled on her index finger as she looked down and her foo kicked the ground a bit. Her long hair just dripped water as well as her clothes she needed to dry off before she shorts out but she glanced up seeing a male, a raccoon, near and stared at him for long while before she gave him a smile. It was like she forgot all about the body and began to walk toward him but stopped when she felt that her headband wasn't on her hair so went to look for it right quick and once she did she found it and out it back on before going back to run toward the male.
Maybe he would keep her company and gave him a small wave before speak. "Hai mister!" She called out then stopped when she was now in front of him. Ciel's tail was lightly wagging and her pink eyes stared at him. Ciel grabbed her hair gently and began to ring the water out then her clothes as well. But sadly it wasn't enough for it stop the water from going into her system soon electricity sparked from her and she looked at the sparking from her of course it scared her a bit then her eyes turned fuzzy like a TV screen trying to get service. Her eyes then turned black as if a shut off and fell over.
When her body hit the ground it hit with a loud thumb as if something heavy like a bowling ball fell. Some of the ground around almost caved in giving cracked to the cement just a bit. Though the fact that she plummet to the ground heavily she stilled looked like any flesh person.

It didn't take long before he heared the sound of running feet and he closed his eyes, trying not to produce a whimper or to start running. His eyes darted around, looking for a manhole he might be able to dissapear into. But it was too late, the cat called out to him, waving and stopping infront of him.
His mouth went dry as he stopped dead in his tracks, looking pretty much like a deer in the headlights"er.. hello..."and then the girl started sparking"there..."he yelped as the android fell over, leaping back to avoid her falling on him.
Ok if he hadn't been freaked out yet, he definitely was now. Ok, seriously, what kind of girl just started sparking and got tv static eyes and then just keeled over. No girl thats who. So then this creature was probably something else, didn't take a genius to gather that she was a robot of sorts. Scarily real one too, like Terra's androids had been when he saw them at the COBRA Base.
What was it with these people and making their androids look like children and teenagers anyway? That was just seriously creepy and disturbing.
He squated next to her, not sure what to do at this point. Well, he should probably high tail it out of there thats what. But that rational thought was currently warring with the urge to poke her with a stick. And the stick idea was kind of winning.
That said he looked around for something to poke her with.

She lied there in the ground for a long time no moving. Static continue to come out of her now and then from the wet ground but won't make a dangerous chain reaction though. Ciel couldn't feel he body which scared her very quickly....oh water how she hate that liquid....soon her body began to try and auto repair itself. Slowly but surely she began to move barely but for not just her ears. Once did her ears twitched a bit hearing that the male was still near her but soon went far off wondering where he could have went?
Maybe he went to get her help? No none androids wouldn’t know how to fix like her father could. Little clockwork began to tick once more in her as she turned herself over on to her back, making a small groan. Ciel’s eyes was next to turn on after numbers of computer words went across her eyes as if on reboot nothing but blue screen and numbers after words her pink eyes appeared and she blinked couple times. The blue cloudy sky stared down at her until she moved her head looking at the sides of her with question.
“Hm?” Her pupils began to shape like target locaters. Where could have the male gone to? She looked for him for a while but soon stopped when a butterfly flutter in front of her she watched it and ears perked up when it went pass her right ear and flew away.
