backstory: she was found by a man named john g. dogood, dogood was a very smart man who did experiments on people he admired ( he wasn't very good on relationships)
he was admired by her true beauty, and tried to make her love him bye using diffrent chemicals to make a "love potion", in process, "Liz" winked at him .(no one knows how she got the power)to try and make him believe she already loved him. John turned absolutely crazy, and then tried to control mobius but "Liz" stopped him just by saying stop. she realize her power, and now uses her ability for her own amusement, but never really does anything too horrible, just breaks the law every now and then.

liz also has a pet chao named jeffrey, and it follows her without any need for a wink.
