Appearance: Fulgarias is of a muscular build. His arms are well toned. His main body color is yellow. With blue stripes down his spines.  He most commonly  will wear an red leather jacket. With what seems to be gold chains in his pockets.

Personality:
Shocker is usally  a cold and quiet person. He, for the most part is calm and collected.  One of the things he is known for  is his  bluntness. If somebody came to him asking for any advice, or an opinon and hoping for him to say something positive, in spite of the truth has infact found the wrong person. 


He is not one to underestimate his enemies in battle.  He hates imperalisim because it's the same ideal that destroyed his home. He hates it with a passion, he wants it gone. While he's no pacifist, one think he will not accept is uneeded deaths.

Powers:
Storm Manipulation- Having been electrokenetic for many years, Fulgarias's  knowledge of this abillity has worked very well for him. Not only can he control lightning, he can control storms as a whole. Even being able to  conjure up storms of a higher power then a category 5 hurricane. 


Explosion Manupulation- Fulgarias   is able to create explosions. However, this is a recently gained abillity. So his control over his explosions aren't good.  He can overdo it and end up damaging himself, or allies. 

Physical Prowess- Fulgarias  has a  very large amount of physical strentgh and speed.  Due to his trainingroutines, both long and very hard. He can move at 2x FTL speeds at Full power

History: Fulgarias as a child lived in the Mehunge royal complex a titanic Post-Modern  city under the dominion of the tribal kingdom of Eirubi Tribe. His father, Enstium metas XI, had two children, Fulgarias, and his brother Canetias. For the most part the boy had lived a good life. He spent most of his time training, and despite being the son of the tribe's Oloye nla(Grand Chief) spent a lot of time around the common people. However, his peace was only temporary. At 9, Fulgarias was battling for his life. As the nation known as infernius had made their way into Mehunge. Destroying the magic wall upheld by the council of 6. The king, and his 5 advisors. The king was found dead.  with the strange men with their self-moving metal armor, and powerful guns had taken over the village. However, this didn't  last for long, as an uprising did in fact rise by the time the boy was 12.  While they caused no great losses militarily, however the strain from the Eirubi, and the uprising groups they had collaborated with, along with the international coalition against the empire's warmongering caused it to collapse. Though they burned the land and salted the soil before leaving. Leaving the land useless, keeping the kingdom from reforming. 

 However, Fulgarias was already out of the kingdom after fighting imperial general Kaim Enkiam in his Ultima armor.  He had been disposed of, thought to be dead. Along with his brother though the two were separated, only uniting 4 years later. The hedgehog had experienced many battles. His strategic prowess only growing trough the years. losing his joking attitude along the way.
