Special Attacks:
Lightning Slash- Volt charges up lightning energy around his sword and sends it forward in a slashing motion.

Rain of Sparks- Depending on the amount of area it covers, Volt can sacrifice a chunk of his energy to cause many sparks of electricity to rain down on his opponent or on many opponents. He normally focuses the energy at the tip of his sword before releasing it.

Abilities & Aptitude:
Acrobatics- Volt is incredibly acrobatic, able to jump relatively high as well as perform different feats in the air. His acrobatic ability allows him to scale walls quickly, though he has no way of digging his hands into walls with no footholds.

Electrokinesis- Volt possesses the ability of electrokinesis, able to generate his own electric energy for whatever he may need it for. He can form his electricity into condensed balls that explode into dangerous shocks, or he could even use it to power machines that run on electricity. His electrokinesis also allows him to act as a light source for himself and others when he may need it.

Swordsmanship- Though he has not put in nearly enough time to fully master any of his current techniques, he is currently practicing fighting with a sword- his to be exact. Though he may not be a master he certainly does try his best and he is at least average, allowing him to defend himself with the sword to a reasonable degree.

Hobbies & Talents: Making electricity puns, break-dancing

Weaknesses:

Water causes his electricity powers to malfunction, and can even cause him to hurt himself if he uses his electricity while wet. He also cannot swim.

Personality:
Volt is a talkative and fun guy who likes to hang out with just about anyone. He tends not to make qualms about the differences of other people and rather likes to bring everyone together to have a good time. He is all for making new friends to hang out with and simply likes to take it easy most of the time. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys joking around and making others laugh. He seems to have a problem getting serious, even in the heat of battle. He often appears to enjoy it rather than take his fights seriously.
Though this may lead to his defeat in some situations, it can also keep him from becoming consumed by anger or other negative emotions- so in a way his cheerful mood helps him keep his cool on the battlefield.
Though he shows great care for his friends, he is often very childish and immature which can turn a lot of people away from him. In his immaturity, he tends to have a very idealized view of the world.
