Planet Escape

You've been arrested and sent off to a penal colony on a small spacecraft. With you are other fellons headed for the same penal colony. Unfortunately there seem to be some minor problems as the spacecraft isn't exactly in the best condition anymore, there's been a lot of reductions in the funding of these things and unsurprisingly half way to your destination the engines start to malfunction. The pilot makes a beeline for the nearest planet with a breathable atmosphere and makes an emergency landing. This sadly turns into more of an emergency crash as your wings are clipped by the dence forest vedgetation and the craft hits the ground nose first. You pass out.

You come too a few hours later, probably with some injuries major or minor. But it doesn't seem like your guards or the pilot have survived the crash, hell a good portion of the fellons haven't. Guess you're just lucky, but you might want to get your act together, or you might not survive to see the end of the week anyway.

She squinted, her vision slowly returning , trying to push herself upright and immidiately regretting the motion. Everything hurt and throbbed but her arm was agony. She slowly got her knees under her, gingerly touching her left arm with probing fingers, she could feel the bone move a little. Luckily it was a clean break and her bones hadn't pierced the skin. She'd have to splint it though.

She stroked one of her bangs from her eyes and was surprised when her fingers came out wet, adding a head injurie to her injury total, maybe some bruised ribs. All in all she'd live. She carefully got to her feet, jerking a little as one of the cables showered sparks near her head.

Her ears twitched and her stumache dropped, memory returning and with it a pressing need. Her brother had been on the craft with her. She carefully picked her way through the cargo area where the fellons had been seated, ignoring everyone else for now in favor of finding talon.

She found him not far from where he'd been seated and took a steadying breath, reaching out to touch him and gingerly shake him"please don't be dead...".

Vision came back as suddenly as it disappeared. The porcupine got to his feet and shook his head. He felt horrible, almost making an audible groan at the pain- but stopping himself. Whatever happened came to mind almost instantly. He remembered it all vividly. What a disaster. First, arrested and now... the crash, that's right. He observed himself, his left arm was covered in scratches, maybe one serious laceration. It was hard to move, at least. He needed to cover the deep cut, and fast. His legs seemed pretty fine bar for a few scratches. The rest of his body it seemed had spots of minor bruises here and there, but besides that...

He looked around, observing the broken, crashed craft. His ears lowered slightly as he watched a Tiger dig through the scrap. He went back to observing his surroundings, his two black bangs- one sporting two light blue stripes- bouncing and swaying as he quickly moved his head around. There ought to be other survivors, he thought, but he didn't know if he could trust them or not. They were all felons. That was bad. They had all committed crimes, including him, therefore... He supposed it didn't matter for now. Whoever survived, if anyone besides him and the tiger, they had to regroup. That was most important, for the sake of their survival.

Regaining  conscienceness  Jason feels a sharp pain cross his left eye and covers it in pain, he quickly checks around his body for anymore injuries but only sees minor cuts then cautiously stands to his feet  and surveys the damage around him  but sees nothing but the ruins of ship around him . He spots the other fellons an surprized that they are alive too .He walks pass the fellons and walks outside of the ship and looks around the outside of the ship staring at the outside of the ship " dang i'm surprized that i survived this and the other the fellons too"

The wolf's eyes opened periodicaly over the course of a few minutes, up to the point where he finally woke up. His vision is heavily blurred and he feels a horrible pain at the back of his head, as well as ringing and the mother of all headaches. He lets out a pained growl and stands up from his seat, almost instantly tripping and collapsing onto a dead fellon.

After a while, he gets up once more, his right leg visibly limping. Eyes are still blurry, but through sheer luck of not bumping into anything, he manages to get outside, only to collapse and lose consciousness shortly after. After a few more minutes, he gets up, grasping the ground and carries himself to the side of the ship, sitting down, propped at what's left of hull. The ringing started again, followed by the aforementioned queen of all headaches.

He heard a bunch of movement outside and inside, but was unable to distinguish who made it or where it came from. As much as he was against dealing with criminals, he'd best ask at least one of the survivors for medical help. Afterwards, he may as well get back home.

Blackness.

That's all he could see as a looked around.  He recalled that him and his sister Quill got into some trouble again.  They were stealing something important and then the police had them surrounded suddenly.  Of course being far more aggressive, assaulted the police which ended in getting tasered.  This ended up being on this craft off to some prison colony.  Talon only then recalled the craft making funky and unusual noises before he blacked out.

Now... he seemed to be unconscious but seemed to be able to hear what was going on, as well as the intense pain he was feeling from his injuries.  He must a have gotten banged up good he thought to himself as he could feel the pain coursing throughout him as well as being kinda of wet.  Talon assumed that he was bleeding but couldn't pin point exactly where on his body.  Attempting to wake up was proving futile as his body just wasn't allowing him that.   It wasn't until he heard a familiar voice and felt his body being touched that he began to struggle much more to try to wake up from his unconscious state.  It was his sister Quill, she was alive and from the sound of it, worried that he might be dead.

As Quill shook Talon, his body rolled a bit as the full extent of his injuries began to show themselves.  Unfortunately for Talon, he wasn't as quick to brace himself for the impact as his injuries seemed to look worse.  Upon looking over the tiger's body she could see where he hit into one of the metal cargo boxes, bleeding on his side by his ribs, skin hanging there loosely.  Also noting that being that he was unconscious, he was still breathing but was rather raspy, almost like a bit of a wheeze in it.  Her tempts to wake her brother with a gentle shake was not working and didn't seem like he could get up on his own anytime soon as he was render unconscious from the impact.

She grimaced when her brother fell onto his side, revealing where he'd hit one of the metal crates. Where as her ribs were simply bruised it seemed that Talons were cracked or broken. Either way there was a lot of blood, but with a little luck the ribs hadn't pierced his lungs. He seemed to be breathing at least. Which was a relief, she wasn't sure what good she could do if he were dead. Other then cross her fingers and hope her dad showed up.

She grabbed his arm, hissing in pain as she heaved him up awkwardly, trying to both not make his injuries worse and to keep from agravating her own. She had only one arm that was remotely useable and the movement of crouching and then standing hurt her bruised ribs. There were people starting to move about, so they weren't the only ones alive. That atleast was good.

Or it could be bad depending on what the other fellons where in for. She grimaced, making her determined way outside. A hedgehog and a wolf had already made it there. The hedgehog seemed fine as far as she could tell, the wolf on the other hand seemed to be less lucky. She awkwardly moved Talon to prop him up against the tree.

"Anyone have any medical knowledge whatsoever?"she sang out, her voice smooth and slightly husky, almost androgenous. "I know a little bit, but my arms broken, which makes the point moot..". She shook her head"Did anyone check the ship for a med kit?"she asked hopefully. She didn't want to move back into the ship, not if it meant leaving talon deffenseless with a bunch of strangers.

Rai perked up at the Tiger's words. He stepped forward to reveal himself fully to the pair. He almost seemed shocked at the pair's condition, but at the same time it was more than understandable. He must have been very lucky, to have come out of that crash with the injuries that he did. Either way, he felt a little skeptical of the two- and defensive. But they were all criminals, and these two clearly needed help. It would serve no purpose not to help them, for if he didn't they would have less help in surviving on this planet. 

"No. I do not." He spoke up. "I could check the ship over if that would do any good- but if not perhaps there is something else around here we could use that would suffice." He took a quick look around at his surroundings, but payed little attention overall as he was going to walk over to the wreckage and search through it for anything they could possibly use. And he did just that.

Jason walks back inside the wrecked ship still covering his left eye and finds the rest of fellons regaining consciousness. Jason uncovers his scarred left eye and looks at fellons , he thinks to himself "dang it, who can i trust on this planet " he says " everyone here is a criminal" Jason walks to cockpit of the ship and searches around ,Jason sees finds nothing that can help him , Jason then sees a dead guard and serarches the body.

His ears perked up as he heard someone talk. Yet despite how clearly he could hear it, he though of it as nothing more than a near-death hallucination. After all, how was he able to haul himself outside without bumping anyone or be noticed? The clues were overwhelming, he though to himself.

His minds raced, memories coming and going, happy and sad ones. The latest one came into view and he relived it, just to make sure he hadn't missed any detail. The 'shadow group', as he called, wanted to meet him in person for the first time. It was the group all the information from their missions was outsourced to and since he worked with them for a long time, he though he could trust them. Oh, has he ever been so wrong...

Police was all over the place and seized him like some sort of criminal, even though he technically was. Then came a simple option - either him or the entire agency. He hesitated whether those numbnuts were even remotely worth caring for, but ultimately took himself in instead of them. Waiting for them was a video he made when he created the agency, with instructions on what to do if he was gone. His only hope was that they interpret it correctly and don't accidentally set the place on fire. 

Listening to the voices again, he ignored his rational thinking, slowly got up and hauled himself back inside the wreckage. "Hey, anyone alive in here?" He asked, not expecting a reply.

Now there was movement.  Talon could feel his limp body moving now and from the sound of it, it was Quill trying to move him equally struggling.  "Did she get hurt too?" he thought to himself as he cringed, feeling the sharp pain arcing throughout his body.  She wasn't trying to hurt him, he knew that but still with the injuries shifting around made it hurt.  The good of this though was those sharp pains were helping him in starting to get feeling in his body again.

After what seemed like forever to him, his body was propped up on what felt like a tree.  His breathing picked up a little bit, wheezing a bit before it calmed down to barely a sound.  Slowly, ever so slowly his eyes began to open as he heard his sister call out for medical assistance.  As his vision returned and the fuzziness disappeared, he looked to see what was the carnage of the site but soon glance over to his sister, seeing the extent of her injuries too.  "She really...she dragged me out of there despite she all beat up too?" he thought as he frowned.

Talon tried to speak up to get his sister's attention but let out a cough and a wheeze instead.  Letting out a little whimper, he hoped that that would be enough to get her to turn to him.

Quill watched with no small amount of consternation as the hedgehog walked back into the wreckage of the ship babbling to himself and the wolf dragged himself to the wreckage as well, no small feat with a broken leg, calling if anyone was still alive in the ship. Yeaaaah, he might do a bit better worrying about his own condition. Even if he found anyone else alive what was he going to do? flop on them?

Those two had either been hit on the head really hard or they where complete morons. She sniffed, pegging the hedgehog at the very least for the latter. He did realise they could all hear him babble to himself right? He wasn't exactly talking softly and what he was saying wasn't exactly going to make him any friends...

Her ears twitched and she turned towards the porcupine. Her relief almost palpable to find that she wasn't the only 'useful' person of the group. Talon was in no condition to do anything, the wolf even if he wasn't touched in the head had a broken leg and the hedgehog was obviously insane... I mean who monologued to themselves like that?

She bobbed her head to Rai, acknowledging his words"alright.. We'll need to splint the broken bones at the very least... I can't set my own arm or that guys leg..."the last part of her sentence betrayed her dissaproval of the rest of their group"But I can walk you though how to do it.. if you don't know how to yourself... any flat surface of metal will do... or wood... can tie it together with vine.. or wiring.. its not looking like this hunk of metal will fly any time soon again.."she grimaced at the wreckage."We're lucky to be alive..".

Her ears twitched at the whimper from Talon and she scampered over to him immidiatly, hissing as the sudden movement hurt her bruised lips."Talon?"she carefully squated next to him, grimacing a little at the pain it caused"You awake...?".

Rai nodded at the Tiger's words as he walked into the wreckage, looking around at what he might possibly be able to find. Jagged scraps of metal were strewn about the place, it was easy to see it would be hard to find anything even remotely usable. But Rai searched anyway. Among the wreckage, he found one scrap that seemed considerably less jagged and more usable than the others. He picked it up, and turned around, seeing Jason there. He looked to be just as lucky as he was- but that in itself could be bad for him. People get desperate when damaged, but... He kept his distance.

He figured it wouldn't be smart to completely trust them all at this point. He perked up at another voice and looked through some holes in the wreckage. More survivors, and it seems like they all needed help. This was beginning to become more and more of a problem. Either way, looking down from where he was standing he saw another flat scrap of metal. Only two, but two would do for now. They weren't exactly even, but they weren't jagged and sharp enough to cause any problems if being used for a splint.

The headaches returned once again, but weren't as potent as they were before. Nevertheless, at least some medical help would come in handy.. He didn't really know if there was a medic on board who has survived the fall, but he expected the worst and hoped for the best. 

Since he heard someone talk inside the wreckage, he decided to check out the inside of it as well, see if there's anyone who needs him help. Despite him not being the kindest of mobians, he was selfless, proven by the fact that he turned himself in instead of his own team. He knew whoever wanted the agency off the track was relentless, but at least bought his employees some time to hide.

Coincidentally, he saw the porcupine nearby and walked to him in a tedious, limpy manner. "Hey," he let out. "Need some help?"

His vision attempted to readjust itself as he let out the little whimper.  It seemed to slowly come back until it was clear.  Talon could see the extent of his own injuries now, cuts and bruise on his body but could note the obvious bleeding on his side.  From what he assumed, he might have broken some ribs and possibly one of them poking into his lung that might be the source of wheezing.  There was also some dizziness he was  feeling, almost like he wanted to throw up and go right back to sleep.

A little moan came out of his lips as Quill turned to him, hearing that whimper.  She wasn't any better either, he could see her arm hanging limp as well as the bruise on her head and ribs too.  "...Quill..." he said in a rather shaky voice as she knelled down to him.  Once she was next to him, he slowly lifted his arm and placed it on her non-broken arm, wincing a bit as he did.

"...I'm glad you are...okay." he wheezed, "I... don't know what... I'd do without you around."

She watched the porcupine walk back into the ship before refocussing her attention to her half brother, a small smirk twitching the corners of her lips, Cocky to the very end even in this situation. Her confidence seemed unwavering and she seemed very much in control and unconcerned about their predicament, now that Talon was awake to see her expressions anyway.

Inside though, she was shaken to the core, the fear of being stranded alone, her brother dead and dependent on strangers scared the crap out of her. She migh have been the leader out of the two of them, but she'd never had to do things on her own, not really. He'd always had her back, even if they didn't always get along or agreed.

"Ofcourse not"she quipped in reply to his confession, not one for sappy emotional stuff. Showing emotions made her uneasy, sharing them and expression them felt like a show of weakness. Besides, if Talon knew how shaken she actualy was, he might panic or do something stupid before he was healed and had his strenght back.

"but you look like crap and I'm sure you feel like crap so you're not going to move your striped butt for a bit or Nega help me I will break both your legs to keep you still"she said with a huff, wincing as she had forgotten about her arm and had tried to cross her arms.

Her eyes darted to the wolf limping over to the porucpine asking if he could help and she grimaced. "Keep your ass parked talon, won't take but a sec...".

She strode over to Rai and Andrew, grabbing the wolf by an ear with a good hand and tugging on it"You can help by sitting your fuzzy ass down"she growled, though it was good natured enough"Good god, you're probably going to be a pain in the ass patient, what do you think you're doing hobbling about on a broken leg!"she scolded, trying to tug him back towards the tree, moving so he could lean on her despite her own discomfort"We're splinting that, right now...".

She glanced at Rai"Those panels will do nicely! come on! we're wasting daylight!". As if finally realising something she frowned, then grinned sheepishly"By the way... I'm Quill, the scruffy guy that looks like roadkill is my brother Talon, figure we all should be on a first name basis since we're pretty much stuck here".

Jason searches the dead body of a guard and finds   a flare gun " This will have to do." he says . Jason searches the body again and finds 3 flare bullets . That was fast. Rai was a bit speechless at the exchange between the wolf and Quill, but continued to move to his destination, which was more so towards Talon. He stopped and looked over at Quill and the wolf, holding up the two panels as best he could with one arm as the other was still bloodied. "I only had luck finding two- and we'll need something to tie them together.." He looked at the ship. "Perhaps I should go back and look for more materials." He stated, placing the uneven panels down. 

He looked at his surroundings- he could always try and get some kind of wood or other material out there. He didn't know what was out there though- and he'd much rather take his chances with a bunch of convicts than with the wilderness of this weird place. Upon hearing Quill introduce herself and Talon, he perked up. "... Rai." He spoke. "I'm... Rai." An introduction had been in order for quite some time, anyhow.

"'Tis but a scratch," he proclaimsed. "I won't stay put unless everyone else who's alive had their wounds treated." For reasons unknown, he took off his long coat and tore off one of the sleeves. Then, he untied his tie and took his watch off. Leaning against what remained of the ship's interior, he threw the coat on the ground and proceeded to create something with said items. He used the tie and watch to create a chain and then connected said chain to the sleeve by putting the watch on it, as if were a hand. It was very, very crude, but since they had no medical supplies to speak of, would suffice.

"Here," he offered the crude bandage to her. "The team's medic taught me this. It's not much, but it's the least I can do. I'm Andrew, by the way." He wasn't a medic, but he had a few courses in first aid. Most were blurry, almost-forgotten memories, but one wasn't. The only reason he remembered that one in particular was because a teammate taught it to the entire agency and with its fate uncertain now that he was gone, had its entire history flash before his eyes. He never gave them even the slighest idea that he, the grandmaster of shouting, actually cared and due to being stranded on this planet, probably never will.

Didn't take too long for Talon's face to go from a weaken tiger to a wrinkled glare as he looked over to his sister.  Of course, she was still herself even with that broken arm of hers.  He always knew what to expect from his sister, after all they were partners in crime to begin with.  They grew up with each other and never strayed far apart, almost like they were tethered together.  Where one was, the other wasn't far behind.

Honestly despite his grumpy face, he was happy his sister was okay.  Unlike his other half siblings that existed, Quill was really the only one that he had the strongest bound with, she knew a lot about him and seemed to know how to make feel better when he was on his lows. If she wasn't around, he probably wouldn't know what to do with himself as a person, lost in some sense.  It just seemed like sticking closer to his sister was always the smart thing to do in the end as she, they had each others backs, right?

A few shallow breathes and he growled a bit. "...thank you for reminding me dear sister." he sneered toward her remarks about him looking like crap.  The threats of her breaking his legs or keeping his ass parked wasn't going to stop him either.  Stubbornness seem to be a common thing that runs in the family and he sure wasn't going to let his older sister tell him to sit.  With her back turned to him, he place his hands on the ground behind his back and slowly heaved himself up against the tree, huffing and taking short breathes as he did.  Focus was key as he adjusted himself to eventually stand, leaning on the tree. The pain though he couldn't hide as he had winced, the sharp pain hitting around where his injuries were.

"...I'm not roadkill, Quill" he wheezed a bit, looking at her with a dull look.  He however wasn't planning to introduce himself to these strangers, he didn't trust them at all.

Her nose crinkled a little in annoyance when the wolf just had to be chivalrous about getting treated. Though she watched with mild curiousity as he proceeded to rig a rather crude sling from a tie, sleeve and a watch. Huh, pretty nifty trick right there. She took it from him with a wry expression"Andrew... Didn't anyone tell you chivalry is dead?"she grinned lightly"Thanks though.. this is much appreciated..now park your ass so we can splint your leg... we won't be able to splint Talons ribs... so that means you're next... SIT".

She turned to Rai "Would you er... mind helping me with this.."she waved the crude sling that Andrew had made, refusing to let the wolf help her because he should be on his ass awaiting treatment, period."I'd do it myself but I can't tie things with one ha-".

She was interupted when Talon cut in from behind her, on his feet even though she had just told him to keep his ass down. "You will be once I'm finished with you if you don't park your fuzzy ass this instant"she barked at him, hiding concern with anger.
