Ohey, you have quite a cute artstyle here - especially digging the character designs. It's rather evident a lot of thought has gone into them - right down to basic things like the boots, which can often get overlooked from a design standpoint with Sonic FCs.

I spent well over the past year or two revamping my main characters I use and I'm happy to where I've gotten them now.  Really a tip I can offer to folks is to sit down and really think about your character's design, story, etc, you;d be suprise how just doing that you can find way to improve them. :]

Speaking of my guys, here's all of them.

Top left to bottom right: Fangs, Berserker, Kaiser, Duke, Ozzi, Nails, Claws and Cyril.

And a base color version of them.



I have a few more characters but they are "minor" characters for the most part, these eight are the ones I put the most focus into.

Very intentional. xD  Big fan of the comics so most of these guys have story related to that series.

Duke was a commander of the Dark Egg Legion until he turned traitor to help Fangs and Berserker with a mission they were doing.  The fellow is smart but waayyyyyy too nice to have been born in such a group.

Kaiser was an born in Echidnaopolis and was kicked out soon after hitting puberty because he was horrible.  Eventually end up befriending being awful to Fangs and Berserker and sorta just follows them around.  He has metal stuff on him but aren't cybernetics, they are devices (which he stole) that allow him to shapeshift.

Also some little speedpaint I did of a coyote/dog mix.


Probably will be able to doodle more stuff tonight. 83

Also trying to work on art of my guys for the forums, I could us my old drawing but I don't like them sooooo yes.  I should have work bios on my main ones soon, minors will come when I feel like it depending on interest.

Meantime, here some silly doodles I did at work on Wednesday.  Was drawing my little persona creature, Karma in various styles after Uncanny brought it up as a request thing.

Ooh, really like the designs of those two. The snake reminds me of a character I used to have - using the limbless idea with the robotic limbs and such. Only, uh, yours is designed better. XP
As for the hog, reeeaaally like his design. Like, a lot. Not often people seem to really dare to go for different builds - largely a lot of beans on spindly legs around. Always nice to see something different!

Both these guys were old characters I had that I drew when this one character blog on Tumblr  was doing a "Design a Character" contest and these were my entries.  I'm glad you like both the designs and honestly if I was to pick my favorite, probably would be the hog because of the anatomy was tons of fun to draw.  Had more fun draw him than my sea snake.

That said I have done character designing before.~

I'm surprised I completed it that night. lol  I was really tired from doing all that coloring.  And gosh I wish I could teach people my stuff, a lot harder to do over the internet than say in person where I can bark on about how I do things.

Today was Drawing Wednesday at work which is basically me standing around at the self checkouts at work doodling away because its slow.

And here's some non-work doodles.

A friend of mine character Banzai who's a tiger legionnaire. <3  Other doodle was a little snippet from a very short RP I had with Lady where Nails and Eon were interacting.

...I'm pretty sure this is another count on the fact Nails seems to be able to hold very calm and casual conversations with some of the most dangerous villains in existence.  How she does it is anyone's guess.
