Up the Beanstalk (Open!)

Time for a remake of a classic English fairytale, but with a twist! This particular roleplay is based on the story Jack and the Beanstalk. Only instead of a grumpy and evil giant, it's an overbearing giant(ess) mother and her giant kids! The story will be a modern take on the old English fairytale, free to join!

Involved characters:

• Ophelia the giant(ess) (Main antagonist/ overprotective mom giant, Jaredthefox92)
  
• Cyrene the giantess (Jaredthefox92)
  
• Cyrus the Giant.(Jaredthefox92)
  

Rules:

1. This is a modern day fantasy story, thus it is a fantasy story in a modern day setting.
   
2. The roleplay will start on the ground.
   
3. Standard roleplaying rules apply.
   
4. You have to make it where your characters are the 'jacks'.
   

Act One: A normal day at the market.

The Autumn breeze blew about in the land as 'ye ole' market was busy that day. Commerce and trade was going about as the people of the village bartered and sold their wares. People seeking either riches, or perhaps a means to survive would often be satisfied by the trade and profit being made at the local markets that one fine Fall's day.

Shard was looking for something for Nicole. 

It was the only excuse he could think of to get himself mingling with the other Mobians. Not that they had expressed they hated him... he could tell with his kind of record it was hard for folks to blindly accept him. He feared that no matter what he did he'd still be thought of as a weapon.

Shard had told Nicole that he'd rather stay with her in the data space but she'd frowned at the suggestion and told Shard that if he kept talking like that people would NEVER trust him. She begged him again and again to give Mobius a shot but every time he'd try to change topics. Nicole, not one to be ignored, took offense to that.

As a result he found himself banished to the Mobian residential area to live as the common Mobian until he could prove he could "get along...." or... until he could flatter Nicole into letting him back in, least, that's what he thought.

(Before I continue this one I want to move on up with the Dystopia story. Don't worry, we'll catch up, Jack. I just have some non-spoilers I want to keep until ready.)
