[BLACKOUT]

Deep underground, carved out within a mountain deep in the wilderness of mobius lie something that no one could have ever imagined. A citadel of nightmares constructed itself within the walls of this shadow-made cave. It's set pieces appeared to be made mostly of dark energy, though a good few objects were carved from stone as if the king of this grand castle had been expecting creatures that may not have been able to see in the all-consuming pitch blackness that laid claim to this area. For those that might have been able to see the structure of this grand structure, the decorations mirrored that of a standard medieval castle, or perhaps the first thing someone would think of upon thinking of such a thing. It did seem slightly more decorated than that, banners and baubles and conjured paintings of the king himself (Or so he'd like to think) littered the walls set up in an organized fashion. It was easy to tell that this... creature thought quite highly of himself, so highly that as he waited for his potential guests he sat on a grand and decorated throne. 

The shadow ran his claws across an arm rest with quick, impatient movements, the movement causing a soft scratching sound that slightly echoed throughout the large entrance hall. At the very end of this hall, the wolf's eyes pierced the darkness with their menacing purple glow accompanied with a sharp and dangerous look. This appeared to be his neutral expression at best, though with the extra pinch of more intimidation just to show those who entered who's boss. Shadowy figures in the darkness and shade were told to deliver invitations to these interesting prospects, which only left their impatient leader to wait. Wait, wait such a long time... A slight impatience crossed his current expression, and his soft scratching turned into hard pulling of his long claws across the arm rest, marking this throne with his claw marks. His tail erratically flicked back and forth as he sat in the large throne awaiting the potential answers from these beings. 

With them, of course, he could bring this world closer to being consumed by darkness. This disgusting world that sees the strange light of day that hangs in the sky for at least half the day. How could anyone stand to live in a world like that? It wouldn't be a problem for long, for sure, this world would embrace the feeling of darkness soon. Life would get better, specifically for Vesper and perhaps for the other beings that enjoyed the dark so. Together, he would lead them towards a better life, and get rewarded for it. He was the hero, he was the king. He would lead all. Of course, he just needed his allies by his side... so he waited for the potential prospects to show their faces. 

(Turn order: Me-> Whoever goes after me-> Whoever's after that-> Whoever's after even that. So we'll fill in those blanks as we set our introductions.)

Many called her the illusion of the real one. She is called by many names but the one that usually sticks out is Shadow Blitz. Many fear her, many respect, all know. She got called to the Prime Zone when her counterpart needed her help with something. Afterwords, she decided to check the state of the damage she caused last time. Half of it was already rebuilt and it disgusted her.

When she got done checking on the damage she inflicted, she decided to check her old safe haven she secured in case she was being chased. Instead of a grass-filled, empty safe house she found an invitation. One that stated few details but got the point across. Were she to accept this invitation, she would be part of this planets 'rebirth', a term used in the message. It took her a great deal to consider it. but in the end she accepted it.

Now she travels to some weird ancient-but-up-to-date-castle. Nice place, but what caught her attention was the fact that she wasn't the only one. Others arrived about the same time she did, and that made her skeptical about this. They didn't seem fit to destroy this planet, but looks can be deceiving, right?

In a clearing of a forest not to far, yet not to close to the structure, lied a small log cabin. It suddenly and in a startling fashion, caught aflame and was engulfed in a fire that sprouted high above the ground. The flame then blossomed smoke and ash, like a flower that was corrupted.

Out of the flames where a door use to exist emerged a figure slightly shorter than an average mobian, it was dancing joyfully as it juggled jewel and expenses that belonged to the residents of the cabin. The residents emerged from the forest as they saw the smoke, their pupils shrank, it was a family of three mobians. The family was shocked at the sight as the wife and boy fell into the husbands arms as they all stared in horror at the flame. At that a ghoulish-toned giggle arose, they family looked to see the source of the laughter. The figure then emerged more clearly: A black-haired monkey that wore a black vest and open front black skirt; with a creepy grinning white mask that covered the bottom of a jester hat that had all three spikes leaning down to represent dreadlocks; the middle spike was white and the two others were black like most of the mobian's apparel; he had three white stripes that looked like a claw mark across his belly followed by a white crest under his mask. He then approached the cowering family and leaned his body forward as he still juggled the expenses.

"W-what did you do..." The husband asked, to this the started to giggle more as if he was about to burst into laughter. "Just a house 'warming' gift." The mobian replied and then he followed in a burst of laughter as he saw the families devastated face, unable to move from shock. "Well well it been quite a day, I have to be on my way you see, tisk tisk look at the time it looks like it's getting dark." He then leaned forward as one of his yellow eyes shined through his mask as it stared at the family, he then stated the final stanza and his tone changed deeper and darker. "Quick quick you must find a shelter, before the creatures of the night find you."

He then reached under the side of his skirt as he juggled the items with one hand and underhandedly threw one of his tails at the many tree tops. He gave it a yank and he lunged forward as one of his long tails lunged him forward, he then disappeared into the treetops as his ghoulish laugh started to disappear as he got farther and farther. The residents were in tears as their home and all their belonging were engulfed in flames.

In seemingly nowhere was where one could find a source of dark and light energies. Toothless Bladesong sat, alone, trapped in thought of who he is. Nothing seemed to bother him, despite being somebody anyone in their right mind would be highly cautious about. That's when he swore he thought something radiating from Darkedge was now very unusual, but he just sat there.

"Okay~, Party starts here..." Shadow said to herself in a Russian accent as she lurked within the shadows of the castle, awaiting to see if anything out of the ordinary happened or she managed to find the others who were invited.

(Blitz we have a turn order I would very much appreciate it if you stuck to it.

(Please excuse the double post, as it is my turn to post anyway. Yes I am back from doing a bunch of stuff so we can continue now!) 

The hard scratching against his dark throne stopped as the Shadow heard footsteps from someone- or something- entering his domain. His striking purple eyes emitted a glow that was easy to see from the end of the room where the stranger walked in. His gaze looked over the form and figure of the fox. Female, it seemed. His ears flicked as he saw her mouth move but he did not hear a word of it. He waited a few more moments before rising from his throne, taking off into the air slightly. As he got up, he looked almost enraged as he didn't see any others walking through the large doors. Moving slightly closer, he hovered above the fox at a point where he believed that she should have been able to see him. That didn't change the fact that the entire entrance hall- the entire castle, for that matter, was pitch black. 

"Welcome to my domain." Vesper's deep, suave voice boomed above the fox at a volume that echoed throughout the entrance hall. "I don't suppose you are here to join me in my endeavors?" He lowered himself slightly, but always kept himself above the fox as to assert his power over anyone who had entered the hall. He was above them all, wasn't he? He smiled a... proper smile, it looked gentlemanly to say the least. He kept his arms slightly out stretched at the sides, but not all the way. More so, his arms were out stretched in a way that said 'Welcome to my grand home, isn't it amazing? Aren't I amazing?' His gaze was fixated on the fox, awaiting an answer from her. Despite his glaring ego, he tried to carry himself in a very proper way as if trying to appeal to all who entered by playing nice and appearing flexible in his terms. Even to those who wouldn't have been able to see in the dark, his glowing purple eyes made his location rather obvious in the dark room.

SB chose her words carefully. She knew this guy wasn't weak but she wasn't in the mood to figure out how strong he was. She looked up at him straight in thee eye with her void for eyes. "I have considered your invitation and I have come to the conclusion that this friendship of sorts can benifiet us both in the long run." She said with care.

She noticed this man was floating, as she remembered there were no footsteps and he was right in front of her. She may be able to see in the night easily, but even black in black it's hard to spot the outline of someone. She quickly analyzed his voice. "Hmm, said with a smile, gentleman tone, proper greeting for a civil person, and your body language suggests either a show-ff or one that has respect for all who could be your equal. Not what I expect, whoever you are. I suppose introductions are in play? My name is Shadow Blitz, The Illusionist, though my 'friends' just call be Shadow. Might I know your name for a decent conversation, sir?" She said with a twist, hiding her usual killer nature. She showed and felt no fear or paranoia. Guess that's what happens when you're usually the hunter and not the hunted. She thought to herself.

The one who had burned the cabin down was sitting on a balcony of the castle, looking down as one of his yellow eyes shined through his grinning mask. "Well well this looks like where the party will begin!" He then jumped off, but before he hit the ground one of his tails that was attached to the ledge he was on, then pulled him off the ground like a bungee cord, and  in midair with a flick of the wrist the tail was undone and he fell lightly on the ground.

 The masked jester-like mobian then walked through the entrance, observing every little thing like an inspector, with his hands behind his back and his head swinging back and forth like a penedulum, constantly looking back between the walls, he then stopped in his tracks seeing the other two having a conversation, he still stood where he was and made a slight giggle, listening to what they were saying.

A very weirded out cat seemed to stop thinking and stood up, Toothless walked for what could feel like forever. The cat had only walked for twenty minutes before he ran into a very odd looking...cave?

Toothless foolishy entered, and was greeted with an otherworldly energy. "Hello...?" he said as he poked his head in, Darkedge was acting strange as well...seeming to shriek at the darkness of this abnormal pocket realm.

(I apologize for taking so long, I've been trying to focus on the August event and have been dealing with some heavy stuff lately, but i'm going to give it my all to try to reply at a more steady pace)

Vesper kept his expression twisted at a gentlemanly and welcoming expression, eyeing the individuals that had just walked through his doors. He tried to keep his gaze split between the three of him equally as he uttered his next set of words. "Ah, yes, equals. The three of you, of course. I have called you all here for something... very special, ah yes, but I should introduce myself before I tell you all of my grand ideas." He smiled a wide, warm smile. A trained eye, perhaps, could tell that there was something off about this smile, something with a... different intention. He kept his arms spread wide, perhaps motioning to all of his entrance hall- despite the three that he had to address were rather close. 

"I am Vesper." His voice echoed throughout the hall once again, keeping his volume at an appropriate level to show the three who was boss in these parts. "A Greater Shadow from the Realm of Shadow, I have come to you here in search of something... but this realm is certainly... in need of a change, I believe." He motioned to the two that had just entered. "Introduce yourselves, if you would be so kind." He gave a slight bowing motion as he pointed his new cohort, Blitz, towards the others as he awaited their introductions.

Just take mental noted for now, Shadow. Just mental notes for now...as much as I want to just snap his neck, he may prove useful. Damn my killer instincts. Happy place~ She ordered to herself in her mind. Though she was more focused on her thoughts, she knew what was going on around her. Little trick she learned a few years ago. "Shadow Blitz, The Illusionist. I hope we can generate a..fruitful partnership with all of us." She said in a dark tone. The only reason she didn't lash out at the other two was because she was part-singing to herself in her head.

"Though, I must agree. This world is in need of much change. After our associates introduce themselves, I hope you can elaborate as to what you have planned." She stated, her accent starting to give a hint of a Scotswoman.

The masked one then leaned far forward as he let his hand out, bowing as he rhymed an introduction for himself as the shadow requested. "Luis Capucinus is my name, here as you requested, for I have gladly accepted your offer, arriving here with as much haste needed."

He spoke in a ghoulish tone giving his rhyming and riddles a slight spine-chilling touch. He then stood back up as he started to juggle some valuables that he took from the cabin, turning to the cat on the side of him, waiting for the Bladesinger's introduction.

Toothless realized all eyes were on him. He introduced himself with a sort of nervous tone in his voice "Toothless Bladesong is my name...". Toothless had no idea what the person known as Blitz was talking about, but he went along with it.

Toothless stood there and looked around, the masked one looked familiar. Blitz looked like she could have taken Toothless out easily, and Vesper looked like he was smiling, and even made Toothless nervous

Vesper nodded, his smile finally faded as Toothless uttered his name. He lowered himself slightly, but still hovered high enough that he kept himself above the three that stood about the large hall. He balled two fists, bringing them closer as he opened his mouth- beginning to speak again. 
"My fellow cohorts!" He bellowed, talking at a much louder volume almost to the point where he seemed to be yelling. His voice, still smooth, still deep, was powerful. It was the type of power that would surely bring weaker willed folk to their knees- or so it seemed, anyhow. "Now is the time for change! It is time this realm is enveloped in darkness! The denizens of this world must come to realize the unnatural notions of accepting the light into their lives!" 

He outstretched his arms again, seemingly making some very grand and gaudy gestures as he dragged on. "Darkness is truly the only proper state of the world, one that must be prolonged! So I propose to you that we plunge this world into darkness, a darkness that the creatures of this realm will come to appreciate- a darkness that will become our natural state, the natural state of this unnatural world!"

"Quite the speech, I prefer action to words but on this, I must agree. Let's get it done." Shadow spoke with confidence. She hoped once that the world was in the Darkness, she could have an entire territory of her own and possibly become allies with these strange individuals.

Luis tilted his head to the side as he began to think of the possibilities of a word in darkness; People would start to scream for their loss of sunlight and the ability to see, this amused him even now as he only thought of it. "This plan seems to be quite swell, I gladly assist in any way I can." Luis rhymed as he looked back at the source of the speech.

Toothless wasn't exactly fond of the idea, but Darkedge "Fixed" that by telling the cat that this plan was all for the good, Darkedge spoke of a sun burning the world and scorching all who live on it, which convinced that cat that anything must be done to bring this darkness, of course Darkedge, being of its own, laughed at the horrors the dark would bring without that horrific round sun.
