Possible RP: BLACKOUT

 






So yeah, this would be the start of an ongoing plot-line I had planned in which Vesper comes to Mobius and decides to be a huge jerk. I don't want to make it very character-centric, so I also thought it would be cool if a bunch of villains could meet up and kind of form a villain group based on similar goals and what not?

So they can do villainy things and stuff. And this would be the start of that, you know?
Lemme know what you think, and if you wanna join the RP then just fill out the bio there so everyone can know a little bit of what to expect with your character before we start. If enough people want to join, then I can actually start the RP too.

Though he originally came to this realm to pursue Twilight and take the rest of his core, upon seeing the dreadful amount of light that bathes the land he had decided to change his goals. He now wishes to plunge the world into darkness in some way.

I'm interested, I just made my third character bio, and the character is practically evil, but I don't have enough time right now to fill out the form, I'll try to post it later though, but I am interested.

Name: Luis "Swinger" Capucinus (Cerus Capucinus is the binomial name of the white-faced Capuchin
Age: Unknown (Theorized to be about 16)
Gender: Male
Species: White-faced Capuchin (Monkey)
Personality: Creepy; almost always talks in riddles/ never a straight forward sentence; laughs at confusion, anger or any other negative emotion of others; enjoys being chased; enjoys pain; ghoulish voice; can be annoying after to many riddles; enjoys annoying and tricking people.

Strengths:

Acrobatics: Luis was raised in a circus and worked as an acrobat, which includes frontflips, summersaults, backflips, and balance, he uses this for stealth and for a very unique style of parkour. He can swing around a horizontal pole multiple times, then fly up from it landing perfectly on it. He will engage in chases instead of head on fights, forcing the opponent to chase him, as he darts around the area, tricking his opponent to their defeat.

Circus Freak: He was born with two extremely long tails that has few bones, except for the tips of the tails, likes Miles "Tails" Prower, he can use his mutated tails for transport, using them as grappleing hooks to trip, slingshot, hang, swing and launch. When not in a chase, his tails cannot be seen, for he has rolled them up like ropes to the sides of his skirt, making it easy to move around. He has pratically mastered the skill of his organic grapple hooks and uses it to his advantage most of the time.

The King's Jester: Luis is an expert thief and trickster, he is one to even use best known strengths against his opponent (Rping against this character will involve random events, such as: stealing something, rigging a chase or fight, or even disappearing.) Luis is also an expert thief and can pickpocket just by going near the victim. He is very unpredictable, for he will sometimes reveal what he has done just to see the victims face, laugh about it, then disappear into the environment, thus leading to the chase if victim is tempted
enough.

Weaknesses:

Riddler: Luis enjoys annoying others with his riddles, never getting to the direct point of the conversation, this most of the time leaves an unamused impression for a first appearence, he is scolded for this, thus not having many friends.

Coulrophobia (fear of clowns): Though Luis was raised at a circus and his uniform represent slightly a jester. Luis has a fear and hatred for clowns, a very odd fear for Luis to have, but clowns are the reason he hates the circus, the reason for this hatred is unknown for he wishs not to speak of it.

Masochism: Luis suffers from mascochism- the enjoyment of what appears to be painful or tiresome. He will gladly bring a plasic toy knife to a knife fight, if he even brings the toy knife. This will result in putting himself in dangerous situations non-stop. As most people would cry to pain, he laughs at it in a ghoulish-tone.


Powers: Luis was born with a tail mutation like Miles "tails" Prower, and uses his
for speed or getting to places easier also, except his tails are
extremely long, and has few bones in it except for the tips. Luis uses his
tail as a grapple hook and he keeps his tails wrapped like a rope inside his
skirt, so he can fling them when needed. He can parkour with acrobatics in a
unique way. He is a very skilled theif and trickster, enjoying both the pain
of others and himself, he can tie his tail to people without them even
noticing. He only has two tails like Miles also.

Goals: To cause mischief an satisfy his amusement for negative emotions, (his other intentions are very unclear thus leaving it a mystery.)

Torso: Black leather trench coat / Orange turtle-neck / Black cloak to hide herself in the darkness. Reaches down to her ankles.
Legs: Black/Grey Cargo, Camouflage pants.
Feet: Orange/Brown mix Military style boots. A metal skeleton is in the leather of the boot for sturdiness.

Shadows and Darkness: Falls into a dark shadow, reappearing out of another shadow wherever she wants.(teleporting) Can only work in dark places.

Time to Reap: Pulls out to large Shotgun-like pistols and starts shooting in every direction for 20 seconds while being moderately covered by a dark curtain-like shadow. Can only work if she has both pistols.

Sulking Shadows: Sparks dark colored electricity from her hands. Any organic that touches it will have their nervous system from numb badly to destroyed if exposed long enough. Cannot travel to the next person if they're not touching the electricity and touching whoever is getting electrified. Can only work by direct contact or if the target is touching her own made shadows if she decides to use her own shadows as a current.

Shadow Show: Pulls out her twin 'Judges' (Real Gun but hers has a different design) and fires KSG Slug rounds at her targets. Must reload each gun after they fire 5 rounds. If standing in her shadows she can toss the guns into her shadows, the guns will immediately pop back up into her hands fully reloaded. Has a range if 15 meters.

In the Shadows: Conceals herself with the shadows, making her virtually invisible to everything around her. Cannot attack or teleport from this state. Can walk right next to someone and as long as she doesn't breathe heavily she will remain undetected.

Shadows and Monsters: Sharpens her claws and teeth. Making anything she bites are tears apart tear like cloth from a normal hand. The more durable the material, the harder and longer it'll take to rip through it.

Darkness: Any dark place helps her as her cloak will help her partially blend in, making her harder to see.

Fear: When her target is in a state of fear and/or paranoia, she will use it to her advantage and scare them to a point of craziness or until she kills them.

Manipulative: Can alter her voice moderately to make herself sound like someone else. She mainly uses this to create fake deaths and cause fear.

Natural Immunity: Is immune to all gases, poisons, and toxins. Though she cannot get rid of it if it's within her vicinity, it does not affect her.

Light: Any light or shining area hurts her vision, making her partially blinded to the area.

Rallying Strength: If her enemies have some sort of rallying words or actions, it will make it much harder to hurt her enemies by the mind.

Facing the Fear: If anyone scared or turned paranoid faces on with her around, it will become much harder to deal with them. Courageous acts and words also apply to this.

Purification: Anything that comes from the heavens or something similar and attacks her, she has weak defenses against and she generally tries to avoid this sort of confrontation.

Goals: To make the whole world of Mobius fall into darkness, fear, and paranoia while destroying it piece by piece. She does not care who gets in the crossfire as long as death, fear, and destruction happen to everyone or anyone.

A sword bound to this cat, which had two abnormal abilities, it does not break, and is lighter than a mobian blade.


Gunblade: (highly inspired by Final Fantasy VIII) This is Darkedge's first ability, it is not visible on the blade. Darkedge can be loaded with a bullet or magic and fired, however these projectiles do less against solid surfaces, but are extremely effective against other forces such as magic, force fields, etc.

Mind Strike: Darkedge can mentally attack others within a certain range, and has driven Toothless slightly insane, Darkedge does not play nice with a persons' mind, and will try to make people feel worthless. Darkedge uses this ability to try and make Toothless do evil things, which indeed sometimes works.

Magic (Energy Channel): Toothless can channel his thoughts and energy into magic, and as long as he doesn't use too much energy, which can kill him, he can do just about anything, but every spell varies in energy cost.
