Infinite gets off the bed and stands on his feet. He is still wearing the suit minus the shoes and jacket. "Yeah, I think so".

Sonic laughed as they got out of the room. He calmly took him to the showers and waited for him outside the door while reading some of Infinite's archives.

Infinite returns a while later cleaned, and his hair combed. "We can have running water in space, but the deserts are a dry wasteland. It must be nice".

"Oh... I remember reading about that. I'm.. Sorry for that. L-let's just go see the others."

So they continued until they reached an elevator and went all the way up to the very main office. The most important office, where Sonic and Shadow have control over everything. Kory was there, spinning on the chair until she saw Infinite and jumped out of it to see him.

"INFINITE MAH MAN!!"
She hugs him tight.
"Yooo! Your fur is so soft now! What shampoo did you use, boy?!"
Her eyes got sparkly from feeling his fur.

He embraces her hug. "Whatever they had Kory. I'm sorry about your sister. It will be a hard time".

"... Yea..."

A loud silence ensued in the office.. But then it was time for Sonic to break the ice.

"W-Well... Infinite, can you please-"

"Zero."
Kory interrupted Sonic.

Sonic was confused..
"What-"

"His name is Zero."

"Oh.. Alright. Zero, please sit down. We have something very important to discuss with you."
Sonic says as Kory goes back to her chair.

Infinite looks at the group before sitting on a chair. "Is this going to be about how many years I should be behind bars"?

He looked at Kory while waiting her answer.

"Mhm, i suggested that i should train you to be a good man."
She puts her fists on her hands with a large grin on her face.

Infinite lets out a laugh. "I may consider you as a friend but that doesn't mean I'm wanting to be a hero. I've lived my life like this for way too long to just be forgiven and save people".

She sat back on the chair with her elbows on the table.
Sonic already looks concerned about this.

"And.. My speed wasn't actually that much of a gift. Sometimes, it turned into a hell wrecking curse. It wasn't always "cool" to have it."
Sonic replies, trying to give a comforting smile. He looks at Shadow, waiting for him to say anything.

Sonic fanned his quills at Shadow in slight anger.
"(Shadow!!) ... What we're trying to say is basically what Kory already told you.. Probably more than once. You don't need any powers to be strong. You may be feeling like that because you spent a long time with the ruby on your chest and it's all fine, you just gotta move on from it. There are many ways you can become stronger if you want."

"Yiea! Like workin' out!"

Kory thinks about this situation with a blank face.
