Appearance: Arcadia is a curvy, female wolf standing at 3'10"(116.8 cm) and weighing 77 lbs.(34.9 Kg) with long, wild, and poofy lavender fur. She's most often seen wearing a nice leather jacket with pins along the sleeves, a white t-shirt, gray sweatpants, black running shoes, black gloves, and a face-covering, cloth mask with pinks markings around the eyes, especially when doing hero work but mainly cause she's trying to hide. Under the mask her muzzle is bare, being the same light skin color as her arms and ears, and her eyes are sky blue.

Personality: Arcadia is a good samaritan, a friendly, idealistic small-time hero trying to help the "little guy" out. They are an anarchist that hates big corporations, the military, and especially law enforcement, and have taken it into their own hands to help put a stop to their injustice. Though she's not necessarily dumb, she can be very impatient, childish, and absentminded with a tendency to forget things a lot and an inability to keep still for long periods of time. She's fairly witty, determined, and a little cynical - generally she's a very smart-mouthed, hard-headed individual.



Combat traits

Powers: Arcadia's powers rely on sources of electricity in her environment, which she is capable of absorbing and turning into energy her body can use. This is what allows her to use most if not all of her other abilities, but notably she can just simply use that same energy she absorbed and convert it back into electricity that she fires out from her body with incredible force. This electricity is rather uncontrolled unless the target has something she can use to "aim" or ground her bolts, which is referred to as Tagging, most often fine with the nails from her nail gun. With enough focus, she can manage to pull energy from heavily insulated sources or, when outside, even call lightning during a storm. Almost everything about Arcadia gets boosted after absorbing electricity, most prominently her Speed, Agility, and Reflexes. The more electricity she absorbs, the more these traits get boosted, as her perception of time slows down around her and her own thinking gets faster to compensate. She's affected by physics normally, so she can't go nearly as fast or faster than light and stuff like air resistance and dangerous obstacles to run into are still an issue, but she's still gone pretty fast - not faster than Sonic, but still fast. Notably, she can expend energy to give herself an extra boost in speed toward a Tagged target, as if riding the electricity she covered her body with. If she ends up absorbing too much electricity at once, she'll end up turning feral with very little control over herself. In this state, referred to as Nature Form, her senses and speed are boosted tenfold, and her body is covered in arcs of electricity. It only lasts for a few minutes and when she runs out she'll be completely drained and often pass out.

History
Wendy Chester has been homeless since she was a young teen when her family disowned her due to her identity, but stayed in school and eventually got a job working at a diner as a cashier before eventually becoming a cook. Shortly after graduating High School, she took up a job offer as a test subject by a fairly shady company, which eventually resulted in a freak accident that made it so her body could directly absorb electricity due to a mutation. She immediately used it to try and be a superheroine, though she sucked at it and occasionally caused more problems for people than she solved and eventually resulted in her on the run from the law until another heroine, Pyra, and her sister Julie took her into their apartment to help her out.
