Chaos is Coming.

Plot:
Legends speak of an ancient primordial power. A type of power that is forbidden from knowing, a type of corrupting power. The power of Chaos is bizarre and dangerous type of power, yet there are still those who seek it. For some it may offer a warped sense of freedom, for others it offers a chance at acquiring what one desires. Still, there are those who shield themselves from Chaos and seek to purge it from Mobius.
Recently strange rumors and occurrences have been taking place. There is gossip that in the northern lands people have been going missing, strange feelings and monstrous sights have been seen in the forests, and even scuttle bud of certain cults rising from Mobius’s disenfranchised to form a new religion has been heard. These Chaos Cultists say they offer power and reward, but is this true?


Rules:
1.This is PG-13 at most. (If there is combat it will be like Fire Emblem with no blood, swearing, and no death.)

2.Chaos is a religion, it is joinable by conversion.

3.To join Chaos your character must covert, then I will give their player the chance to become Chaos Undivided (Chaos vanilla), Tzeentchian, Slaaneshi, Nurgelate, or Khornate.

4.No, there will be no official characters, and everyone must play as their own characters. (Example: Eggman’s not involved, Sonic won’t save the day, and there will be no official Chaos characters such as Sivgald the Magnificent.)

5.Characters may remain neutral to fight Chaos, or they can join the Imperial Sanctioned Abuhmans to combat the forces of chaos. (Lead by Sister Agatha Clark)



6.By joining either Chaos or the Imperials I shall reward your character with loot periodically, this will be chosen at random so that I can adapt each person’s characters.

7.Standard roleplaying rules apply.

8.I will refrain from corrupting characters as If feel it’s more fun to have people create their own character’s builds.

9.No, this has nothing to do with the Chaos Emeralds.

10.G.U.N are not the major heroes in this story, while G.U.N characters can join and be approved they will have to follow under sister Clark to stop the Chaos Cultists.

11. This is not a 40k or Fantasy crossover, there are no marines, no guards, and everyone is a Mobian or a human. This falls under Jaredthefox92’s Chaos Mobians fanon lore, and is not canon to anyone’s continuities.

12.I will be toning down the themes of Chaos as needed to make them ‘child friendly’. Examples:

Khorne: Will be more about fighting and martial prowess in this than shedding blood, (which there will be none of.)


Slaanesh: Is more about beauty, sensation, the senses, and the arts.

Nurgle: Is still about life and death, but most diseases will be those that are common.


Tzeentch:  Pretty much the same, you can be Tzeentchian and not be over the top.

Chaos Undivided: Is basically all of these in the philosophy that one can worship ALL the Chaos gods in a pantheon and receive the basic benefits and blessings of Chaos without serving just one deity.This is also the default affiliation for Chaos aligned characters.



Also, no summoning of either Slaaneshi or Nurglate demons, (other than Nurglings which are fine)

Imperial Abhuman Mobians: Are not trying to burn the world and kill anyone, this is a pure witch-hunting expedition by Mobian converts.


13.The setting is the 32 millennium, (as with the Archie Sonic comics).


Starter:
Several kilometers south of Holoska the annual winter was brewing in the cold and yet festive region as December was upon everyone. Winter festivals were about to take place throughout numerous locations as the seasons holidays would soon be upon the citizens of Mobius. While the weather was becoming colder and snow was falling the festive mood was not sway by the people who naturally were used to such seasonal weather. Shopping was frequent and many a carol, snowman contest, and snowball fight was taking place in the small town.

The holiday season never failed to bring a happy smile to Saige's face. The snowfall was still wonderful to her. Granted, she had still wished to get some practice with her vine abilities but for now, she would appreciate what she had. She happily smiled and hummed along to the tune of a Christmas carol she was listening to on her music player before sighing happily. 

"Now then... I wonder what I should get my family for Christmas?" 

Saige pondered that for a while, looking around the many shops surrounding Holoska. She pondered it for a while before snapping her fingers. 

"That's right! Mom said she wanted that new skin care product." 

She glanced down at her skirt pocket and pulled out her wallet, tugging the dark purple and black jacket closer to her. She hummed in satisfaction. 

"That'll be plenty~ And I'll have enough to buy that book on frostbite." 

With a grin of triumph, she walked into the store, glancing around and looking for that one skin care product. While looking around she hummed a bit. 

"The Winter Festival is probably being prepared for right now. Maybe after I'm done shopping, I'll go and help them out. It's the least I could do during the holiday season." 

With that in mind, she continued her shopping.

Outside the merry mood of the town was sprawling as not only her, but other shoppers were busy trying to scramble to buy what they needed in regards of gifts and deals that came about around the season. Meanwhile in the center of town crews of construction workers and contractors from the towns office were trying to hoist a finely selected evergreen tree to be the Christmas tree this year in the center of town.

As Saige entered the quaint little shop the smell of candles and holiday spices was pungent throughout the air within the store. The shop was festively adorned with all sort of Christmas decorations and wreaths. Deals were abundant to take advantage of the holiday cheer and she would perhaps have to search hard to find what she wanted before it became out of stock.

Saige took a rather deep inhale before sighing in happiness. 

"Yep. You can't beat the smell of gingerbread cookie candles." 

She looked around somewhat lazily. 

"Looks like a lot of sales... Guess that means some competition is in order." 

Saige let a tiny grin enter her lips. 

"If I want to get the skin care product, I'll have to grab it quick." 

Saige immediately started trailing down the isles. 

"Sometimes people could put the items away in the wrong isle. If that's the case then I can take it without a worry about the cream going out of stock." 

She searched high and low for the skin care cream in the hopes that maybe she'll find out where it's located. Her first place to look was in the cream isle. If she couldn't find it there, she would move on but for now, she searched the isles in the hope of finding it.

Saige's luck just struck the jackpot. There appeared to be one bottle left that she could snag before anyone else got their grubby mitts on it. Nobody was around but her and apparently she could snag this bottle and claim it before everyone else. Meanwhile as this happened a person outside was slowly coming from the woods all bruised, cut and limping. He was a Mobian husky and he had to brace up against the trees as he came out from them and slowly made it towards the town.

He looked pretty beat up, but he was able to manage until he could enter the town and brace up against the side of nearby house clearly wounded. Sadly however nobody took notice of the poor many yet and he looked extremely exhausted.

Saige grinned and quickly took the bottle. 

"Perfect~! All that's left is to buy it and then I'll get started on wrapping it when I get home." 

She went up to the cashier, paying for it. The bottle ended up being a little more expensive than she previously thought it would have been. 

"Looks like I won't be getting that book on frostbite. Oh well. I'm sure there's always something online that I could use to research it."

With that encouraging thought, she pumped her fist a little in victory before starting to walk home, pulling her jacket closer to her and humming another tune to herself.

"Please, listen to me." The husky said as he reached out a hand to motion over to her as Saige neared him clutching the side of the house's wall.

"Everyone here is in grave danger...You got to...Inform Sister Clark." The man said as he began to cough while clutching unto the side of the wall.

The husky looked rather young for his age, but certainly an adult. However, he looked like he took a beating, or worse. He looked like he was tortured. All over him were scratch marks and bizarre arrows carved into his fur leaving red lining. He look very unhealthy and appeared to have a wounded leg, or two.

"Those heretical monsters....everyone here...." He kept trying to make out words to when clearly he was gagging and the winter weather wasn't being too helpful.

Saige's face paled as soon as she saw him. She instantly ran towards the husky's side. 

"Sir, don't try to speak." 

Despite her words, she was thinking a little about what the Husky was talking about. 

"Sister Clark...? Heretical monsters...? What's going on...?" 

She decided to push that aside for now. This young looking husky was injured and she couldn't just leave him here to go look for this sister. She decided to study his wounds for now. 

"These look like a beating of sorts... Scratch marks, a wounded leg, arrows of sorts... Has he been fed or given water...?" 

Saige immediately focused her attention back on the man, finally speaking. 

"I'll inform Sister Clark, whoever she is, as best as I can but for now, you're still injured. How is the pain in your leg? Do you think you can stand on it? My house isn't too far from here. Once we get there, I can help you out by dressing your wounds as best as I can. While I'm doing that, you can explain more about Sister Clark so I can find her and tell her more about these monsters."

She then knelt down. 

"I'm not too strong but I'll try my best to help you to my house if you need someone to act as a support pillar."

"They...We got ambushed...Tried to sacrifice me." He went on even after she told him to cease, clearly there was some mental trauma at fault here as well.

"No, there is not time...Please....For the good of everyone...Find her."

As she knelt down he suddenly collapsed into the snow. His entire body was trembling. There was no way he was going to make it to her house in time. With his last moments he turned over on his back and then put his hands in front of him to cross them to make a bizarre bird like symbol by with his hands over his heart.

"The Emperor....Protec-" He said as he took his last breath of life and his body ceased to function.

It seemed his heart just couldn't take any more of the stress and pain, as it simply gave out. His entire body went cold and lifeless. Yet there was something around his neck, some sort of brass colored dogtag that could perhaps be legible.
