Xavier The Hedgehog

Species: Hedgehog (Part cyborg..?) 


Gender: Male 


Occupation: Assistant Research Scientist for G.U.N (Hope that's okay)


Appearance: Xavier has a very pale gray-yellow coat with almost white skin. He has a white chest tuft, and short quils that are usually held back with a hairtie of some sort in a bunch, giving him a somewhat feminine appearance. He usually wears a white lab coat, but any other time he will wear a large brown shirt and blue jeans. He has blue and green eyes, and a small pair of spectacles that sit on the edge of his nose. (yes, he has full heterochromia). His right arm is robotic and very sensitive to specific things, such as liquids and electricity. His voice is one of seriousness but is usually laced with playfulness.

Personality:


Xavier is very.... Mixed. He often comes across as just plain rude and disinterested when you first meet him, but if you give him a chance, He knows how to be charming and kind. You treat him nice, and he'll be at least semi-nice back. He does not do well during Combat, as he can become crazed in the heat of the moment and just violently attack anything and everything, making others label him as unstable. Which he admits is true. Very few does he let into his soft side, but he can be a huge sweetie when he is calm and collected, and had a good day. He likes to think first... that is until he actually gets into battle, that's when all plans go down the drain for him. He's very much a chaotic neutral, and as long as no one he cares for gets hurt, he'll act like he doesn't care. He does much of the research from the computer in the G.U.N research facilities, and will usually take a two minute break, just because his hand is cramping from all the typing. When he isn't fighting anyone, he can be very passionate and protective over the ones he cares about.

- Programmed his robotic arm to turn into a small laser canon (a bit similar to Metal Sonic's)

- His feelings are hurt easily, he just doesn't show it
- Liquids make his robotic arm unusable
- Electric causes him more pain than one would usually sustain even at small jolts

History:


Xavier was born to sickly single mother. As he grew up, the two of them depended on the world to survive as his mother did not have the money to feed or house either of them. When Xavier was about 5 years old, she passed away from the sickness that had ailed her for so many years. He was left to fend for himself, and surprisingly managed. Wherever he went, he distracted himself from his sadness by teaching himself to read, and quickly advanced in learning research and the like. On his 14th birthday, he fatefully got into an argument with an agent from G.U.N. That argument turned into a fight that left them both pretty wounded. Seeing the hedgehog had potential, he offered him a job as a research scientist. Xavier quickly accepted, not knowing he would only be the assistant, but he still didn't mind too much when he found out. During the fight, he had very badly gotten his arm broken, pretty much crushed. He fixed it himselt with some spare robotic parts he found in the lab later on.
He still works for G.U.N without complaint, and lives off the money he earns from it.
