Fur Color: Mostly black, with purple at the tips of the spines.
Eye Color: White irises, blue pupils
Clothing:

• Purple gloves with red cuffs.

Alignment: Hero
Equipment: Dual swords. Really, that's it. What else does he need?
Powers: Malik is able to manipulate darkness to his will, giving him access to attacks related to the shadows.

Dark Forme: Malik also has a Dark forme, turning his fur black and removing his pupils for the time this forme is maintained. It seems to have the capabilities of Sonic's Dark forme, but since just controlling it takes so much energy, Malik's is a bit weaker. His dark powers and abilities are strengthened in this forme.


Abilities (might add more detail): The majority of Malik's non-elemental moves are usually related to his acrobatic and sword-fighting skills, with a little bit of the occasional darkness in between.

Shadow Onslaught: Malik delivers an upward slash strong enough to launch the enemy into the air (ensuring that he passively makes the enemy levitate throughout the attack). He then coats his dual swords with darkness and proceeds to slice the enemy fifteen to twenty times at super-sonic speed before knocking him/her/it to the ground with a final slash. (At this point, the darkness coating on his swords has worn off.)


Likes:

• Friends. Doing things with others makes those things that much enjoyable.
  
• Entertainment. This comes in many different forms, including just foiling evil plans.
  

Dislikes (might add more):

• His friends being harmed or killed. This can aggro him enough to force him into his dark forme for about five minutes without any control whatsoever.
  

History:
Malik was born in Station Square before the power "went to people's heads." He wasn't one of those people – he didn't really have powers at that point – he had no choice but to flee to the Mystic Ruins area, which had always intrigued him. Some of the areas were destroyed, but while he was running away, he found a book and dual swords on the ground. He still does not know why or how they had ended up on the ground, but he found them here and there. The book would enable him to learn how to manipulate darkness; the dual swords would be his weapons of choice.

Now, he has learned everything from the dark book that could be learned. He had also developed his signature move, Shadow Onslaught, which involves his main weapons and his powers. He tries to help anyone he can in the newly rebuilt Station Square, where he now deems livable in (he lives there now).


Personality: Despite his sinister appearance and more sinister powers, Malik is, in reality, very friendly due to his current home. He is an excellent team player and does whatever he can to get the job done. Despite this, he can be easily aggravated due to his dark powers. If he is aggroed enough, he can severely or even fatally injure someone.
