Starting off the journey

Darias:*Wakes up*
          where am I?
          *sits up and looks around*
All-Knowing Narrorator:"Darias is an empty field and there is a city set off into the                                             distance"

A calm and deep voice responded to his question. The voice was male, and it sounded like it belonged to somebody in their mid-to-late twenties.   

"The outskirts of Central City..."

The voice sounded like it was being carried by the winds of the field, coming from behind Darias.

Darias:Wha! who, who are you?! Wait, who am I.....                 I ,I cant remember.... d-do you know?

The echidna unfortunately... Did not.



"I can't say that I do, and I apologize for that. I just found you here a few hours ago, and since it really isn't wise to be taking a nap out here, I decided to make sure that you weren't robbed or stabbed in your sleep."

He rolled his shoulder until it popped with a sensation of pure pleasure.



"But if you have amnesia, you must have hit your head on something and crawled here until you passed out. Pretty brutal, if you ask me... But that's just a theory. Do you feel any pain right now?"

Darias: I don't now I- my hand i-it's vibrating 

Daria's lifted his arm and suddenly his hand shot a plamsa beam into the sky

"Woah! Woah! Woah! Take it easy, kid! I'm not evil, so don't shoot me!"

The echidna had his hands in front of himself, palms open and facing Darias.

Atlas and Yamashi were enjoying the nice afternoon nearby. Yamashi was digging into a chocolate ice cream while Atlas watched her in envy. He nearly missed the streak of light heading from the ground to the sky. 

Yamashi - *stops eating abruptly* What was that? 

Atlas - Probably something dangerous... Shall we investigate? 

Yamashi - *quickly eats her cone* You bet. 

They run towards the source of the mysterious light.

Darias: what h-how I-I don't.....   I'm sorry I just don't know who I am... All I can remember is my name... And horrible horrible pain.

Regaining his composure, the echidna took a deep breath before continuing the conversation.

"That's a good start. If you already know your name, we can look you up in archives and we'll definitely find out who you were."

He stands up and walks over to Darias from the front, offering his hand to pull the stranger to his feet. The echidna was very tall, almost the height of an average human, but the grin on his face was one of genuine kindness and truth.

"My name is Cruz Igranaggio Glocke, and I'm glad to be of service to you."

Yamashi and Atlas reach their destination, and see two mobians standing there talking. One of them was very familiar to both of them. 

Yamashi - Cruz?

Darias takes cruz's hand. Then he sees two strangers that look slightly familiar.

Darias: I'm Darias, but who are they?

The echidna craned his neck in the direction of the Shadow and Nine-Tailed Kitsune.

"What a pleasant surprise, my friends. This poor amnesiac is in need of our assistance. Would you kindly help me find someone who knew Darias?"

Atlas - Uhh... Sure. Is he the source of that laser that got shot into the sky?

Cruz just scoffed and patted Darias on the shoulder.

"When you put it like that, I question whether it's even a good idea for you to try and remember. Personally, I'd do anything to erase everything I could remember before I turned 16."

Atlas - I don't know what he would have experienced... Sounds like something completely un-ordinary 

Yamashi - So, you just woke up here in the middle of this field having no idea what happened in the past... Few months?

Darias: Not just months I have no idea who I'm am - at all
