Search for the Rain Crystal Empty Search for the Rain Crystal

A very distinguishable silver vixen cautiously and quietly made her way through the dense rainforest towards the south of the major Mobian continent.  Two chief attributes that made this fox so noticeable were her bright, piercing ice/electric blue eyes and her five tails...although when it came to those who decided to make a trek out here in the thick of the jungle, what might be oddities anywhere else weren't given so much thought.  However, whether she wanted to seem strange or not, she probably wouldn't be able to hide very well without calling on her ability to manipulate light.

Jayne Granger - for this was her name - caught sight of a cave opening in a rock formation ahead; maybe this would lead to the network she was searching for, the one that legend said contained the Rain Crystal, an artifact that kept the water cycles around the globe in order and led to the particular denseness of this soggy forest.  She hurried her steps to approach the entrance faster, although this put her in danger of tripping on and falling in the squishy, partially muddy ground.  And while her focus was directed towards arriving there...she continued glancing around, taking in the world around her and trying to keep up awareness at all times.

Alex to had heard about this crystal from the Club leader Flak, seeing as Forests and Jungles where wear she was most able she decided to check this out for herself, she had a pack back on her full of odd tools that she had found to use to help her in this one as she felt it was not going to be easy, when ever something came up in the meeting room it was always hard to get to.

Getting into the more dampend looking area she knew she was on the right track and smiles at her work so far, to be fair she was infact doing this to get into Flak's good books or at least something that he would thank her for doing and for her to be seen by him as something more the just a pretty face, if he even saw that to?

Useing the trees she gets to the same cave entrance she was not being to quiet about her work and going from tree to tree maked a lot of russling sounds from above.

Sprinting now, the kitsune approached the cave entrance in a rather short amount of time.  The mud sloshed below her until she reached the rocks and began climbing the rock face up the few yards to the entrance.  Although she noticed the rustling more and more, she chalked it up to the rainforest creatures in general.  After all, if it was anything dangerous, she'd see it exit the trees at some point.  Glancing back without seeing anyone or anything, she paused for a moment, started glowing slightly, then entered into the caverns.
